A bit about me: I have loved animals since I was a kid. I was a vet assistant at a local vet hospital. After working in the field for about 5 years, I wanted to try something else and transitioned to pet sitting. With my vet experience, I can spot subtle signs of illness, can give eye drops, oral medication, and injectable medications. Working at a vet hospital also means I worked with a wide array of different dog (and cat!) breeds and temperaments. Special accommodations can be made to ensure everyone’s safety (within reason). I am familiar with the more stubborn and hard headed breeds, even owning some of them in the past. I also have basic obedience training knowledge, so I can help with puppy training. I of course love all pets, but I have a special place in my heart for senior pets! You can guarantee patient and gentle care will be provided to them. Starting June 19th, 2026 I will be doing dog walking and pet sitting full time. Therefore, I will be able to accommodate most schedules, even for the more anxious and clingy pets out there. If your pet cannot be left alone for more than 4-5 hours, an additional fee will be added to the booking. You can rest easy knowing you pet will be treated like family in the comfort of their own home. For you — I can do some light housekeeping, bring in the mail/packages, and take care of any houseplants. Boarding clients can expect a tidy house and side yard potty access. 20-30 minute walk included per day. I can provide puzzle toys and frozen kongs on hot days with owner permission. Boarding requests are taken on a case by case basis, as I have two dogs of my own. They get along well with other dogs, but I would like to see how everyone interacts with each other before agreeing to anything. Boarded pets will also need proof of vaccination. As a pet owner myself, I know it can be hard entrusting your pet, as well as your home, to someone unfamiliar. My goal is to always keep your place looking as untouched as possible, if not better than how you left it. I have pet caregiver insurance as well, for additional piece of mind. I live in Galt and have been driving all the way to the Greenhaven/Pocket area in the mornings before work (in Elk Grove) for daycare. During our meet and greet I got to see her very well kept home and her two adorable little girls who did very well with my big excited puppy. About: I’ve taken care of different breeds and types of dogs, including catahoula leopard dogs, golden retrievers, labs, yorkies, and hounds, over the past couple of years. The dogs I’ve taken care of range from the ages of 3 months to 13 years. I have also taken care of pups after being neutered, which required extra attention to incision site as well as giving daily medications. I’m currently working full time in San Jose, but am completely available weekends. I also am available early mornings and late evenings. Willow and Piglet loved being with her family and the pictures we received showed playtime, and how the pups were tucked into doggy beds and covered with a warm blanket. Jennifer's family were just as amazing and our pups loved it there. It is always an anxious moment trying to find someone to take care of your loved ones, but Jennifer and her lovely family take the worry out of the choice. About: Hello my name is Angelina! I’ve pet sit for cats and dogs in my neighborhood aswell as walked dogs. I also have experience and reviews on wag with sitting and walking. I like to run and can run with dogs. If you need your dog tired out I can make that happen! I’m going to school so I have plenty of free time to board, sit and walk dogs in between. I love walking my dog and playing with her in my free time. I have a fenced back yard with plenty of space to run back and forth in. I have two dogs living at my house but they both can be kept separate if preferred. Also have a cat but he’s never home. My neighborhood is safe with minimal cars and loud noises.
“This was my first time leaving my pups Daisy and Luna with a sitter for the weekend so I was definitely nervous. Nathaly was very communicative and answered my surplus of questions in order to help reassure me my pups were in good hands and would have fun. The day of drop off Nathaly confirmed she had everything she needed to care for my pups, I gave them hugs a kisses and Nathaly took them in the house. I was a bit sad they didn’t turn around to see where I was at, but it gave me reassurance they were happy and felt safe with her. Nathaly provided daily updates and included photos of my pups happily playing with other dogs. Day of pickup was a breeze and my girls were so happy. I’ll most likely be signing them up for puppy daycare once a week so they can play with their new buddies.”
