“tl;dr: if you have an anxious dog that is fearful of new people, trust Jamie to take care of your dog! We have a 10 month old puppy who is very anxious around new people and can growl. At the vet, he has gotten muzzled and needs to be sedated for regular visits. Elaine’s pet resort failed our dog within 1 hour of his meet and greet and we had to pick him up because he was “growling and aggressive.” We know that our dog is not aggressive and that he just needed someone who loves dogs and took the time to bond with him and wasn’t unnecessarily fearful of him. Jamie was that person! She is phenomenal! Our dog stayed with Jamie for 10 consecutive days with no problem! Jamie took photos during the entire stay and kept us informed. When his paws started bleeding, she even put little booties on his feet so that he could keep playing outside. Based on the photos she sent and how he acted upon pick-up, I know that our dog had a great time and truly ended up bonding and loving Jamie. Jamie really does have a gift with dogs! It was also great that she had lots of other dogs around for ours to play with and get his energy out. Thank you Jamie!”

About: I've had pets (of many varieties) all of my life. My high school included classes in animal care, my first job was at a pet store, I spent several years fostering dogs and cats for a local shelter, and I've cared for friends and neighbors pets while they were on vacation. About: Hi, I have grown up and taken care of dogs and many other animals , my entire life. My Mom and Dad had a lab who had 14 pups and I grew up with 2 of those puppies, Rowdy and TyTy. After Rowdy passed, at 14 years , we got the first of 2 Rottweilers, Cody Bear and then Brigadier, a 155 lb. teddy bear. Brig thought he was a lap dog, had to finally get him his own love seat! Now, I have my own family. Maya is our Rott. Mix and our first baby! She has been back and forth to Italy with us, on a road trip acoss the U.S. Everywhere we go she's with us. When we lived in Italy, we also had silkie chickens. I have owned rabbits , cats and one of my favorites was a ferret, D'artagnan. Our animals are our family.

I do not have a fenced in backyard. I only crate animals if you request that and you provide your own crate. Other wise I allow all animals to roam the house freely.

I have house, dog, and cat sat for more than one person in the last 20 years. I currently work remotely as an associate therapist so I am able to attend to animals when needed. Sometimes I have breaks during the day so I am available to walk the dog as well. I love them as my own. I make sure they are played with and loved on. I make sure they have food and water. In addition, depending on the pet I make sure they have access to go outside.
About: I love dogs! This is just one of the reason I decided to live on 4 acres. We love that our property is fenced in and has so much room to play. We watch neighbors dogs all the time and love getting to know new dogs and new friends. I am home all day and available for over night stays 7 days a week. Your dog will get all the love and attention they deserve. My entire property is fenced in and I also have a fence around my backyard. Your dog will have the entire 4 acres to run around and play all day. Your dog will get plenty of exercise and love while you are away.

About: I have taken care of my friends dogs and cats along with many family members throughout the years 😄 I treat them like they my own! I am currently working other part time jobs so I am flexible to help with doggy and cat cars. I will be available for overnight care often My dad taught me at a young age how to treat dogs and cats in a way that they trust me and become my friend😄 I can make sure they will follow the rules of my clients house and have a good time!
