“Sharon and Albert were fantastic hosts for Mushu. They sent frequent pictures and provided daily updates. Our pug went for a nice walk daily with them. Mushu was in good hands and had lots of fun staying with Sharon and Albert. They have a good front/backyard for the dogs to play in. They do take up to 4 doggies so it may get crowded. I recommend Sharon and Albert, and trust them to watch my PUG. There costs are higher than some others, but they do provide good service. Late pickups will require an extra night's stay.”

About: I currently have a 7 year old cat who is like our child. I also grew up with a cat (that was with me for 20 years!). But my real love for cats started when I started working in animals hospitals, and I discovered that I have a knack for handling the more temperamental/fractious cats. About: I grew up on a large family farm with all kinds of animals. We recently had two senior Shih Tzu's that each had their own special needs. After the loss, we are ready to open our home to new pups! We love all dogs and animals of all kinds. Our property is a large 3 acres. Our large backyard is fenced. We enjoy hiking and long walks. My husband works from home so there's someone always here for potty breaks, snuggles and treats. We do have one friendly, easygoing cat. Your dog must be comfortable around cats. We are happy to give medications or whatever special needs that you might require. My husband works from home and we are generally homebody people. I work about 32 hours a work. I am usually at work at 10 am and home by 5:30 pm. Our cat is self-sufficient and has his own bathroom space with his automatic food feeder and litter box. About: As a cattle dog owner, I'd like to think I have a special set of skills for crazy babies. I have always had rescues and fosters in my home. I have been fortunate to work with foster pets from the Caribbean and Mexico as well, each of these often came with health issues. I have experience with pregnant dogs and cats as well! If you are interested in having your pet stay over, know I have two very friendly dogs. They have both experienced having guests and foster pets in the house as well. Tolerant and obedient. I have multiple rooms and baby gates for separation and quiet time. In general, I am a very active and outdoorsy person! So i am happy to take the pets out to the trails or the lake! I live on 10 quiet acres with a fenced yard. There is ample space to play outside or be kept safe and warm inside. I am fortunate to work from home. I have the ability to provide care all day and night for your pet! I walk each morning and evening and have the option to take your pet out for a walk or a play on the property in both fenced and unfenced areas. I have an older dog who is very arthritic so I am used to caring for the elderly animals as well. Pets in my home have their own room if needed. I have plenty of space for crates. I have a large gated deck and live on 10 acres on a quiet road. My own pets walk daily with me along my road which works well for easy elder dog walks as it is shady even in the summer. It also can provide great training ground as there is little traffic. For the high energy babies, we can play fetch or take to the trails nearby. I have always had rescue pitties so I am comfortable with big cuddly babies. I adopted a cattle dog pup who had clinical anxiety which has taught me how to care for highly intelligent, high energy dogs as well. Treats, love, and confidence makes for a happy dog!

Can take the dog out by the house or out to a lake for swimming and ball throwing. I am very aware of my environment to keep the dog safe from others and feel a private area is best for dogs while under my care. I have a even tempered 2 year old playful dogs as well that may join the adventure once I feel comfortable with your dogs and them knowing me.

“Amanda was very gracious towards our very naughty puppy. Apparently, some of the nervous behaviors that we don’t see at home came out with an unholy flourish at Amanda‘s home. But I appreciate the fact that Amanda gave us a full and honest report (which is helpful for us to gauge the areas he still needs significant training) and was very kind about the negatives. The most important thing, though, was that he settled down in the car almost immediately. Our dog is a very nervous dog, so if he has had a rough time at a dog sitter, we know right away because he whines and whimpers all the way home. After leaving Amanda‘s house, he winded for about 60 seconds and then went to sleep. Hallelujah! Thank you, Amanda, for the top quality care you have given to our very low quality puppy. I am especially grateful that Amanda was willing to take the puppy at the last minute, because my husband had a hospital procedure and I had completely forgotten about making arrangements for the dog. My first best friend was a cocker spaniel named bear that spent everyday with me. Any of my friends or family will tell you that I am obsessed with dogs and animals in general. I currently work full time as an office manager in the Roseville area, but I have a flexible and consistent schedule that allows me to support pet care needs throughout the day. I’m able to step out during my lunch breaks for potty visits, check-ins, or to administer medications when needed. My routine is well-structured, which helps me reliably accommodate most scheduling requests and provide consistent care. I understand how important timely visits and dependable support are for both pets and their owners, and I do my best to ensure that each visit is handled with care and attention. I believe the best pet care starts with following the guidance provided by pet owners. They know their pets best and understand their individual needs, routines, and personalities. One thing I've learned over the years is that every animal is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to caring for them. I also place a strong emphasis on observation and communication. When I first meet a pet, I take time to learn their normal behaviors and establish a baseline for how they typically act. If I notice anything that seems unusual or out of character, I promptly reach out to the owner to keep them informed. Clear, timely communication helps ensure the best possible care and provides peace of mind for pet owners. About: I finished my bachelors degree at Sacramento State and find myself with free time before starting my career and I want to use this time to take excellent care of your pets. I have experience anywhere from raising puppies or kittens to taking care of older dogs that need more help and assistance. About: I've love animals especially dogs! I don't know what we would do without our furry friends. I have been house sitting dogs and cats for 10 over years. I have total flexibility. I love being outdoors, there are so many fantastic places to take dogs in our area. I am trying to be active as much as possible, so this is a great hobby for me. “Sharon and Albert were fantastic hosts for Mushu. They sent frequent pictures and provided daily updates. Our pug went for a nice walk daily with them. Mushu was in good hands and had lots of fun staying with Sharon and Albert. They have a good front/backyard for the dogs to play in. They do take up to 4 doggies so it may get crowded. I recommend Sharon and Albert, and trust them to watch my PUG. There costs are higher than some others, but they do provide good service. Late pickups will require an extra night's stay.”

About: I have had dogs and cats all my life and have been cat sitting for a friend for the passed 3 years. I can handle giving medication and large dogs. I'm a Preschool Teacher during the day looking to help where I can. 😊 I work Monday through Friday, however I'm off fairly early at 3:30pm everyday so afternoons, evenings, and weekends are free. I have no pets anymore so they will have all the attention! There is a lovely creek that runs through my complex for walks and plenty of toys and energy! And for the older furr babies they are more than welcome on the furniture for cuddles. I also have treats if they are okay for their diet 😊 I have experience with giving medication as well if need be.

Your dogs will go on walks and have the opportunity to check their peemail. They will enjoy playtime, naps and lots of cuddles. I simply love animals and they will let you know. I understand the importance of keeping fur babies on a schedule with feeding and walks to help them feel safe and loved while in my care. I follow directions well. I live in a cute home with a fully fenced back yard. My 4 legged guests will have indoor outdoor access and full usage of all the homes amenities. I am prepared to set healthy boundries for furniture use at your request, otherwise they will have the freedom to be where they feel most comfortable. My schedule is flexible. Im working remotely from home part time. The fur babies in my care are nutured and loved. That's why I'm a Rover. Safety is my highest priority. I have a fully fenced yard, and firmly believe that playtime is an essential part of enhancing the lives of happy healthy fur babies.
