“Last time we went away, we used a non-professional catsitter who , due to a family emergency, was only able to visit once in 4 days. This time, we loved getting photos of our cat weaving her way between Em's legs, nuzzling her face, etc. during twice-a-day visits. We were so glad to know that our kitty was fed and watered and that she had used her litterbox and it was not filthy (the rest of the house was quite dirty and messy, and we are very sorry about that and grateful that our catsitter fulfilled her obligation despite that). Communication was excellent — she shared regular updates and sent us genuinely fun photos that we loved getting throughout the trip. When we hit an unexpected schedule change, Kat was completely accommodating and made it a non-issue. The house was just as clean as we left it. She followed everything we asked, from the litter box routine to stripping the bed before we got back. Most importantly, Peanut was visibly happy and well-adjusted when we returned — you can always tell when a sitter has actually engaged with your pet, and she clearly had. About: I currently have a chocolate point Siamese female nine year old cat with beautiful blue eyes. I don’t allow her around any dogs and she is always kept away in a separate room until the dog has left.
