We previously had experience with a dog sitter who took in a large number of dogs at the same time as Maggie, and Maggie reacted negatively to that situation. We sincerely appreciate the fact that Sara is willing to limit Maggie's visit to just Maggie and Sara's own sweet dog. Maggie gets lots of walks, lots of love and attention, and comes home happy. About: We love all animals and have been with Rover since 2015. We have two female miniature dachshunds, Daisy Mae and Poppy who are both very playful and friendly.. My husband and I have always felt a very strong connection with all animals. We couldn't imagine our life without them. They bring such unconditional love and companionship every day! We enjoy walking them every day and just hanging outside with them. Your fur babies will be given lots of affection and exercise and will go home happy. :) We are both home all day to watch over your pup.. We have a fenced garden area where the dogs love to run around in or they can just hang out and be mellow on our back deck. We also have a year round creek that runs through the back of our house where the dogs love playing in the water. Lots of chew toys, balls, treats and beds are included too! Your pup will sleep inside with us either on a bed, the floor, or if they are kennel trained, we can provide those as well. We provide daily texts, videos, and photos so you can have comfort knowing that your pup is safe and happy 😊 We look forward to meeting you! My husband and I work as a team and are both recently retired. We are home all day with the dogs and make sure they are happy and safe. :) We also are available for dog walking, drop in visits, and staying in your home to care for your pups during your absence. We take them all for daily walks, playtime, or just relaxing in a peaceful environment. We have two very friendly dogs they can play with or just hang out together. About: I've always had a cat since I was 5 years old. While they don't usually require everything a dog does, I understand that every cat is different and each has its own personality. If your cat needs special attention, or is a cuddle and wants someone to pet or brush them 3× a day, I will happily do it. I also know some cats are the kind you just feed and don't want you to touch them, and I can respect their boundaries too.
“I can't thank Kat enough!! I had a unique situation, my cat that has diabetes and needs a shot every 12 hours. I have my mom to watch my animals but my little diabetic cat is a pill when I'm not the one giving her her shot, and it was getting more difficult for my mom to do it by herself. About: I have been a full-time puppy whelper for the past 8 years and come highly recommended with lots of references. I welcome all different breeds. I am always home. While I do have to pick up and drop off my children for their various sports and activities, it’s just a five minute drive away.I am always available. Plus, I’m attending school online from the comfort of my home. I live on 1 1/2 acres with a mini horse, two small goats that like to visit the neighbors and two potbelly pigs. Additionally I have two older French bulldogs who are house trained and very friendly, as well as two cane corsos who get along well with all animals including pony,goats, and pigs- they’re all pals! All of my animals are well-behaved , and I’ve often been told I should’ve been a vet or a dog trainer because of my love for animals. I have two separate backyards-one for the smaller dogs and one for the bigger ones. However I’m accustomed to rotating them due to my experience as a whelper. My dog has major separation anxiety, but instead of stressing out like he normally does when he knows I'm leaving him, Oakley immediately settled in and started exploring the property with one of her dogs right after we got there! I could tell from Michelle's updates and photos that Oakley was really enjoying his time there and felt comfortable he would be well taken care of if he needed to stay even longer in the future. The location of her house turned out to be really convenient and close to where I was going, but even if I'm further away the next time I'm in town and need a sitter, I know that Michelle will be our first choice for sure!”
About: I have loved animals my whole life and have had many pets; dogs, cats, horses, birds, rabbits, sheep and more. I thoroughly enjoy being with animals, loving and caring for them. Some of my first jobs were at animal clinics, where I learned a lot about caring for animals. I was in FFA as a youth, where I raised and showed sheep, and where I also learned a lot. About: I have always had dogs/animals. We have 5 dogs of our own. We also foster with a local rescue. We specialize in the squish face breeds. We completely understand climate control. We love to exercise outside and go out often to romp. I am currently working remote part of the time (office days are Tues/Thurs). We typically always have someone home and the dogs are likely never alone for more than a 2-3 hour period. Our dogs are very friendly and love to play! We do not have a fenced yard, so our preference would be dogs that are not a flight risk! We can use a flexi leash for potty breaks but that would limit outside play for our guests. We live on 2.5 acres with a lot of grass to romp and play. Our dogs do not go outside unless supervised.

I really enjoy taking walks myself so it’s a perfect fit to have dogs over. Cats are similar with the exception of walks unless you want to leash train them or already have. I love to keep an eye on them so they don’t hurt themselves and I give lots of play time.

We have a pond to wade in as well which is Shadows favorite thing to do. We are always keeping an eye on all of our animals and make sure they are safe and always have what they need. We also have 4 indoor kitties but they usually hide when company is around.

Your fur babies will be given lots of affection and exercise and will go home happy. :) We are both home all day to watch over your pup.. We have a fenced garden area where the dogs love to run around in or they can just hang out and be mellow on our back deck. We also have a year round creek that runs through the back of our house where the dogs love playing in the water. Lots of chew toys, balls, treats and beds are included too! Your pup will sleep inside with us either on a bed, the floor, or if they are kennel trained, we can provide those as well. We provide daily texts, videos, and photos so you can have comfort knowing that your pup is safe and happy 😊 We look forward to meeting you! My husband and I work as a team and are both recently retired. We are home all day with the dogs and make sure they are happy and safe. :) We also are available for dog walking, drop in visits, and staying in your home to care for your pups during your absence. We take them all for daily walks, playtime, or just relaxing in a peaceful environment. We have two very friendly dogs they can play with or just hang out together. We feed them all two times per day unless otherwise needed. We want your fur babies to feel comfortable while you are away so we are compassionate to their needs. They all sleep indoors at night. About: I have always had a pet dog throughout my life, so being around dogs feels natural to me. Taking care of them has been part of my daily routine, from feeding and walking them to making sure they are happy and healthy. Over time, I’ve learned how to understand their behavior and needs, which has helped me build a strong connection with them. I wake up at 5 and feed my own dog and do some work. After I usually take him out for walks through the day. I walk him about 2 miles and can also walk your own dog, just tell me and I can do it. I can also follow any strict dietary restrictions if your dogs requires it for food. After around 3 I am free and spend time with my dogs all day after and chill with him beside me. But, if your dogs requires sheds a lot, I can’t promise he will be sleeping with me or be laying on the couch, I have a specialized ginormous dog bed for he/she. I live in El Dorado Hills, so it is very hilly in some areas, including my home. I have a big dog kennel outside that is surrounded by a fence, while I have a large dog cage inside my house that can also be used. I also have a area for the dogs to run and play in my backyard.
