About: Hi! If you’re looking for someone to look after your pet, I’d love to help. My home is full of love with my two dogs, Frida and Calvin, and my cat, Archie. I know exactly how to spoil and pamper pets. I’ll treat your baby just like one of my own while you're away. Shoot me a message if you’re interested! Our day starts around 8:00 AM with a backyard potty break and fresh air. After breakfast and some morning cuddles, they get to roam the house freely. I take them out again midday for playtime and a snack. Another potty break around 6:00 PM. Around 8 or 9PM they get one last potty break before settling in for the night in their cozy room. Throughout the day, I make sure their spaces stay clean, fresh, and well-stocked with food and water. If I ever need to step out, they have a comfortable, acclimated room where they can relax safely until I return. We have a big backyard where I take the pups out to play twice a day, and we always make time for plenty of cuddles and some movie time. I have a specially acclimated bedroom for the pets with an open door policy, complete with automatic feeders and a water fountain, inside this room I have a special area for our feline friends, I have a large indoor cage with ledges for climbing, plus a cat tree in the main area in case they need a little space from the dogs.I’m happy to follow your pet's specific routine to make sure they feel right at home, and I’ll treat your little one just like part of my own family while you're away.

About: I've had pets my entire life! I currently have dogs, cats, birds, and turtles. I foster homeless and lost pets that I find out in the streets, including hawks lol. I am very respectful with senior and disabled dogs. I am happy to give your pets medicine (if any), make homemade dog food if that's what you do, be alert when taking smaller dogs outside to pee, make sure pets don't sneak outside and ensure gates are locked to prevent run-aways. I love my pets and I will ensure to take care of your pets as I would with mine. I will make them feel comfortable, safe, loved while you are away, so don't worry! I will be happy to also send pictures and videos and hop on facetime, so you can chat with your babies! I work from home M-F, so I am able to step away from my work to tend to your pets needs whether that's taking them out for a walk, out to pee/poop, feed them, play and take any medication of theirs (if any). One thing about me is that I like to be present and not scroll away on my phone as much while on the job. “Daysha is a lifesaver! I came into town from over eight hours away under very stressful circumstances and had never been to the area before. When my pet sitter canceled at the last minute, I decided to bring my almost two-year-old Chinese Crested with me. My mom suggested trying Rover for doggy daycare. It was 9 PM and less than 48 hours before my arrival, but Daysha responded immediately. She was communicative, professional, and instantly put my mind at ease. She happily agreed to care for my pup on short notice, asked thoughtful questions about his routine, diet, and personality, and was incredibly flexible with an early morning drop-off and pickup time. On our way there, we discovered that the nonrefundable hotel I had booked didn’t allow pets. I had been misinformed and immediately panicked. We reached out to Daysha to ask if she could accommodate an overnight stay instead—even though we were still seven hours away and wouldn’t arrive until around 11 PM. She didn’t hesitate for a second and said, “no problem!” My dog sleeps with me every night, and this was our first time apart. I hadn’t planned for him to stay elsewhere, but Daysha was completely prepared and even had a crate available since I hadn’t brought one. She and her adorable chihuahua mix, Harlow, met us outside, and we introduced the dogs on leash first in a neutral space—such a thoughtful and knowledgeable approach. Then we moved to the backyard so they could get more comfortable off-leash. She even invited us inside briefly before I said goodbye, which I really appreciated. I was worried my pup might have a hard time adjusting, especially since he’s used to sleeping with me, but Daysha handled everything with ease. She didn’t force him into the crate (which meant a lot to me), and he ended up sleeping comfortably in the bed I brought. Throughout his stay, I received regular photo and video updates, and Daysha remained consistently communicative. Honestly, I think it was harder on me than it was on my dog! I’m so grateful for this experience—Daysha truly went above and beyond, and I would absolutely trust her again.”

My very first job was at a dog kennel and then through my teens and 20s I worked at pet stores where I learned about all kinds of animals. I love them all but dogs are my heart and soul. I have 3 small dogs that are well loved and spoiled, so I take smaller breeds for boarding or daycare. I believe dogs are part of the family so I know how important yours is to you and how hard it is to leave them. Our fur babies are like our kids. I will treat them as my own. The pets needs come 1st, they are my kids. I recently left my full time school district job and now just do shift/gig work whenever I chose. I will keep my calendar updated continuously. If it turns out that you want to bring your pooch daily/permanently I will be all for it. Its of course possible I may need to run and errand or go to the dr., if so , the dogs will be secured,house locked and I will return as soon as possible, no longer that an hour, 2 at the most . If I'm doing a drop in visit to your house, I will come in give your pets some love, let them out to potty, probably go for a walk, of course follow any instructions you left for me, Id take some pictures to send to you, hang out and play and then secure your home and animals back up.
