About: Hello, I am lexington a recent college graduate and I am trying to save money to go to vet school as well as get experience with different dogs or animals. I have experience with giving dogs shots and where to place the different kinds of shots on the dog or cat. I have worked with many different breeds at the butte humane society. I started out going twice a week to 3 times weeks for 6 hours weekly just to walk dogs and hang out with cats. I got up to 108 hours for a unit course which was cool. I have also helped with wags and whiskers events such as moving the dogs to the pen area so they could get adopted. I have also grown up with animals my whole life, since my first animal was when I was two and he was a black cat named mine. Full availability till the 27th of may and then I am available after 5:30 pm Monday-Thursday. Open availability on the weekends though. I would love to hang out with your animals since it makes me a happier person. I can feed them, clean litter boxes, play with the animal, I can also lay with the animal while watching tv with them. I can do heavy lifting if needed.

About: I've had cats since I was 5. My grandparents also has a farm so I have lots of experience with farm cats and feral cats. I've also worked for 10+ years with a local rescue, raising kittens only days or weeks old until they are old enough to be fixed and adopted - feeding them milk on a regular schedule and then weaning them onto wet food, then dry food, also teaching them how to be a cat by interacting with my cats. During the course of my volunteering I have also been taught various first aid treatments as well as how to administer medications and injections.

About: I’m a huge animal lover of both cats and dogs! I’ve had experience training puppies and also caring, walking, crate training, and maintaining a healthy feeding schedule. I’m open any day of the week at any times and I’m able to come house sit. Most animals are comfortable in their own home so whatever works best for them. I will ensure a safe environment for your pet whether that be crating your pet, keeping a close eye on your pet, and providing them play as a healthy distraction as you arrive.

About: I’ve taken care of mostly cattle dogs since I was 10. My neighbors, family friends, family, and coworkers always ask me to pet sit for them. I am so excited to have the time to care for and love your furry friends! I work from Tuesday-Friday and I will be available after 7pm Friday. Saturday-Monday I am available at all times. I am not able to keep your furry friend in my current living space, but always am more than happy to take care of them in their home environment.

While I do work in sales and occasionally need to travel up to an hour away for meetings, I can usually adjust my day to fit a pet’s routine. This means I’m available for early morning walks, afternoon visits when I return home, and evening care as well. If I do have to step out for a few hours, I always make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise, and love before and after. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow their routine as closely as possible so pets feel comfortable and secure. This includes feeding at their usual times, keeping to their walking schedule, playtime, and any special instructions such as medication or crate training. I treat every home with respect and make sure pets are safe, happy, and given lots of attention while their family is away. When pets are in my care, I focus on creating a calm, loving environment. I have a very large fenced in back yard and I have proofed it so not even very small dogs (like mine) can find a way out. I am an avid pet counter before doors are open and I double and sometimes triple check that the home is secured before I leave, we don’t want any babies to get out of their safe space.
