“Everything we asked Mayra to do in order to care for our cat she did. Mayra's communication and work skills are impressive. Words cannot describe how happy we were with what Mayra did with our cat. My wife was worried before we met Mayra and my wife's concerns that we would find someone caring disappeared after we met with Myra to give her the key and go over where things were. I don't think anyone could find a finer caretaker for their pets than Mayra. We highly recommend her for future visits, and we will definitely contact her in the future when we need her assistance.”
About: Strays and lost dogs always seem to find me and of course I can never just leave them. I feel responsible to care for them like my own pet and do my best to find their true owners. I understand that love for our pets❤️ I am currently only working part time so I have plenty of time for you and your pets😊. I am available daily Monday - Friday. About: Cats have always held a special place in my heart! I currently have five of my own, all with very different personalities, so I know firsthand that no two cats are alike. My experience with feline care goes back many years, including volunteering and completing an internship at a nonprofit cat shelter and spay/neuter clinic. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I take the same approach while respecting their established routines and environment. I make sure doors and gates are secured, food and medications are handled appropriately, and pets receive the attention, exercise, and supervision they’re accustomed to. “This was my first time ever needing a dog sitter who wasn't a family member or friend and having my current 6 month old timid velcro puppy means that I had to be extra wary of where I leave her. When Anya and I met Audra during the meet and greet we were able to chat for a while and I felt totally comfortable explaining my own concerns and Anyas needs of patience and time. Audra was able to address them all and the answers she gave made me feel she would be a great fit. Dropping off my puppy was hard but it was easier knowing that someone who seems to really love dogs and was capable of accomodating a more timid dog had her. I was able to get updates throughout her daycare stay and when I picked her up she seemed perfectly fine and elated to see me. Driving home she was plum tuckered out and napped but when she got back home Anya was back to her regularly scheduled trouble. I gave her a look over and saw no issues and behavioral wise Anya acts as if she had never been gone at all. Afterwards I asked Audra some questions about Anya and how she did to follow up with her dog training and received prompt responses that will help me make sure that this timid pup continues to thrive and grow in confidence. If I have to find someone to watch her again or need an overnight boarding I will definitely see if Audra is available first.”

About: My work with animals started when I was just 10 years old, volunteering at a family friend’s dog daycare. About: I've grown up with German Shepherds, and can lift up to 70 pounds. I often house sat for friends and family. One in which had me take care of four dogs and four cats. My jobs included feeding, walking, and playing with the dogs. As they were diffrent beeds/sizes and some were seniors, they had a very strict potty and pill/medicine times, as well as different portions sizes. While doing a house sitting or drop-in, I always greet the animals check food and water bowls, make my way to the yard and ALWAYS check the yard before letting out animals. I will walk around the house to make sure there were no accidents or anything out of sorts really. I make sure doors are closed that need to be and always give the love that's needed.
