I asked to come over to meet him and see the yard and stuff and he was very accommodating! He has a huge secure grassy area with bushes and trees and more than enough room for dogs to run and play! About: I love animals!! I am experienced in administering medication if needed. A nice walk or play time at the park is always fun, I might even enjoy it more than them. Some fur babies experience separation anxiety when they are without their humans. I try to connect with them and build trust so that the temporary absence of their human won't be so stressful on them. I would not want your baby to feel uncomfortable in their own home so building trust is very important. I would like to note that I am open to care for almost any type of animal. I have had fish, rats, hamsters, birds, snakes, dogs, cats, bunnies, you name it. If I do not feel comfortable in the quality of care I am able to provide your pet based on specific needs (like exotic animals) I will communicate that to you and I will also do my homework. Knowledge is free! I am more than willing to learn I am currently an active foster for a non profit rescue in Oregon as well as a local non profit rescue. The most fosters I have had at once is 8, both big and small breeds. If you'd like to reach out to either of the rescues I am more than happy to provide their info to you I have 4 guinea pigs, 2 hairless guinea pigs (which require a little extra care) and 3 dogs. My mornings before work consist of feeding them. I start with the dogs,then the guinea pigs. I spot clean the guinea pig living areas (they live like they are royal), give them their daily vitamin C and urinary support tablets. After that I give the dogs their allergy chews (they have very sensitive skin). While at work I occasionally check my in home camera to make sure they are all okay. When I come home I repeat the routine with the guinea pigs except this time I do a full cage clean and give them their daily serving of veggies. It is rare, but sometimes I might forget to do one of the things during my morning routine so I will return home on my lunch to make sure it gets done, especially if it can't wait. I am very dedicated, they are my children. I will treat your babies as my own🧡 When caring for your pet in your home I like to go over any special tasks that are required, like feeding times, medications, diet, emotional triggers if any, allergies, etc. The more I know about your pet the better care I will be able to provide. I also like to become familiar with where their things are stored so that I can easily access it at any given time. If I am not able to locate something I will always contact you and ask for more details or permission to look in a different area if needed. While caring for my cousins pets I made sure we are stocked on anything I might need for them during my stay and always make sure to familiarize myself with where things are. I take them outside to potty every hour and a half or so depending on their food and water consumption. I can take them out more frequently if needed. I always make sure to put things back where I got them. If I bring my own treats I will make sure to present them to you and go over ingredients before giving them any in case of any allergy they may have.

About: I worked at two big name doggie day cares in the past such as Camp Bow Wow and Elaine’s Pet Resort. From my time there I learned skills such as bathing, how to give oral pills, I also learned how to be attentive to dogs needs. I learned the signs for when a dog becomes overwhelmed, stressed, or more importantly for the summer months heat exhaustion. I love animals and feel strongly a sitter should show as much love and care as if the owner themselves were with the animal and that’s what I intend to provide. I am currently attending college classes in the mornings but am free weekday after 11am. My schedule is open and available besides this. As far as weekends I coach a local softball team so availability is open every other weekend as we have tournaments on the weekends. “I had Bunty (my medium retriever mix dog) stay with Cindy for Day Care in Jan 2023. First, we did a meet and greet with Cindy to make sure it is comfortable for both Cindy and Bunty. Please do note that Cindy has two other smaller dogs as well as bird pets. In addition, she lives with small children. So please ensure that your dog will be comfortable in such a setting. Cindy's home has all the essentials. She has a big backyard with plenty of room for zoomies. She's got house full of people to give lots of love and attention. In addition, she lives just a block away from a park. Bunty stayed with Cindy for about 8 hours. Cindy is an excellent communicator, periodically sending pictures and videos to alleviate any stressed dog parent. She takes excellent care, did lunch, water breaks, two walks, and pee breaks. When we came back home, Bunty was exhausted which is the true sign of a fun dog day! I would definitely recommend anyone to keep their dog with Cindy. I know I'll be back with her soon.”

“This was my first time ever needing a dog sitter who wasn't a family member or friend and having my current 6 month old timid velcro puppy means that I had to be extra wary of where I leave her. When Anya and I met Audra during the meet and greet we were able to chat for a while and I felt totally comfortable explaining my own concerns and Anyas needs of patience and time. Audra was able to address them all and the answers she gave made me feel she would be a great fit. Dropping off my puppy was hard but it was easier knowing that someone who seems to really love dogs and was capable of accomodating a more timid dog had her. I was able to get updates throughout her daycare stay and when I picked her up she seemed perfectly fine and elated to see me. Driving home she was plum tuckered out and napped but when she got back home Anya was back to her regularly scheduled trouble. I gave her a look over and saw no issues and behavioral wise Anya acts as if she had never been gone at all. Afterwards I asked Audra some questions about Anya and how she did to follow up with her dog training and received prompt responses that will help me make sure that this timid pup continues to thrive and grow in confidence. If I have to find someone to watch her again or need an overnight boarding I will definitely see if Audra is available first.”

And of course if outdoors in the community for a walk always with their leash on at all times unless otherwise discussed with client. And I will always give the dog the opportunity to relieve themselves several times during the day.

About: I’ve always had cats and dogs and have a fur baby of my own. I’ve also cared for pets of friends and family, so I know how much love and attention they need. I know how busy life can get, and I love helping pets get the walks and check-ins they need. I’ve always had a natural connection with animals.. every pet I meet seems to love me! This is my first professional pet care role, and I’ll treat your pet like family 🤍 I am a full time teacher here in town, but I have some extra time after school hours, during the evenings, and on weekends that I would like to fill up. I prioritize your pet’s safety above all. I’m very aware of my surroundings and always ensure doors, gates, and locks are secure. I’m observant and will note any changes in your pet’s health or behavior. With firsthand experience caring for my own fur babies and pets of friends and family, including pets who were sick or had injuries, so I understand the attention and care pets need to stay safe and comfortable in your home.
About: I'm a lifelong dog lover and owner. I was a weekly volunteer at the Evanston Animal Shelter in the Chicago area so I have experience handling and walking dogs of all sizes and breeds. I have three dogs in my home, and last Winter fostered a momma Chihuahua and her litter of 7 so I have a LOT of puppy experience. I’ve had a deaf dog in the past so I am also experienced with special needs dogs. I have a fairly flexible schedule, and I’m around most of the time so I can accommodate most schedules. I know it can be stressful to leave your pups for any amount of time, but they will be well taken care of while you're away. I’m more than happy to provide updates by text or email as needed. I have three dogs of my own so pet care is a big part of my daily routine. My schedule is flexible which allows me to care for different pets and accommodate a variety of pet owner needs and drop in schedules. If they are staying at my house, I have a fenced backyard and lots of room for them to run around. They are always supervised when playing with my dogs. My dogs are dog and people friendly and they are used to being introduced to new dogs. If providing care at your home, I am there to provide care for the pets so they will receive lots of attention.
