“I’m writing this review to help others who are looking for the perfect person to watch their precious fur babies. Like many of you, my pets are incredibly important to me. I have three indoor cats, including Luna, my “scaredy-cat” princess, who usually only likes my wife and I. My biggest worry was that Luna would be too terrified to eat while we were away. This is my first time using a pet-sitting app. I chose Trisha because she lives nearby, has cats of her own, and had great feedback. We had a wonderful meet-and-greet where she was punctual, attentive, and showed a genuine love for animals. Because our vacation was a month and a half away, I asked her to come over one more time right before we left to review the routine. She happily agreed, which really put my mind at ease. Trisha visited twice a day for one hour over seven days. She was incredibly reliable never missed a visit and sent daily reports with pictures. While Luna spent most of the time under the bed, Trisha used different feeding tactics to make sure she ate. By the end of the week, Luna actually came out of hiding for photos-which is huge for her! When we returned, the house was immaculate. The litter boxes were clean, and the floors were perfectly vacuumed of any tract litter. I am so relieved, and will definitely be using Trisha for all our future Pet setting needs!”

I've been the only house/dog sitter for a pair of Dalmatians for the last 5 years. I've handled puppies that are still working on becoming housebroken as well as senior dogs that need regular medication and extra care. I do in-home tech support/ IT work. When a customer's animals have warmed up to me, I've been asked if I did pet sitting as well. It feels good when the pet picks you. I live in Galt and have been driving all the way to the Greenhaven/Pocket area in the mornings before work (in Elk Grove) for daycare. During our meet and greet I got to see her very well kept home and her two adorable little girls who did very well with my big excited puppy. She sent pictures of Drake romping around her yard and playing with another dog who is currently being boarded with her. She was honest with me letting me know any behaviors that she had to correct and I’m thankful that she is knowledgeable in dog behavior. About: I have been taking care of pets for over six years. I have cared for fish, cats, and dogs. I have a big dog myself so large dogs do not scare me. I am great with animals and am more than willing to do house sitting, day time check ins, walking, bathing, etc.! I am about to graduate from school so I will be home all the time and will be able to stop by for house visits or to hang out with pets all day. Though for things like walking dogs would prefer to do that in the morning in order to beat the heat! I have a large fenced in yard with one dog to keep others company. My dog is crate trained and is non aggressive. In the house there is no chemicals or other harmful substances that pets could access. Additionally most cabinets and such are baby proofed so cats or other small pets would not be able to get in or trapped.

I like to run and can run with dogs. If you need your dog tired out I can make that happen! I’m going to school so I have plenty of free time to board, sit and walk dogs in between. My single-story home has a large, fenced yard where your dog can roam freely to play, take a sunbath, or chase butterflies. My 32 lb dog, Prema, will keep your dog company on daily walks and at home. The home has a doggie door, so your dog is free to roam in the house and outside. The doggie door is locked at night. Ideally, you would supply you dog’s favorite bed (although we have extras) a collar and leash, and preferred food with instructions on feeding timing, amount, etc. I want your pet to feel happy, safe, and have fun while here. 🦮
