“Ben was a super great host! 10 out of 10 would recommend, he was kind, communicative, flexible, and my doggie had a great stay. He asked if I had any specific requests, provided lots of cute pics for me throughout the day and evening with updates, my doggo got to play with all the others, and was taken good care of making the experience a breeze. Can’t thank you enough for everything!!”

“Savannah took great care of my pooches. This was the first time being apart from them overnight, so I was a little nervous. She gave several update pics and made sure my two were comfortable and didn't stress about being away from me. One of them is pretty reactive to other dogs, but her and husband were able to walk both pooches without any issues. I look forward to booking with Savannah again in the future.”

“Adrian and Cameron were wonderful! They were communicative and kind. My dog had a great time staying with these two, which I know because they sent me regular photo and video updates. I definitely recommend using there services.”
“Taylor and Andrew took great care of our dogs. They sent plenty of pictures and updates about how they were doing, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable sitter!”

“My husband and I were going out of town and so nervous about leaving Albus for the first time. Dustin and Crystal were amazing with him and so understanding. They sent us daily updates and pictures of Albus and I could tell he was having a great time with them which put as at ease. I will definitely be leaving Albus with them again.”

“Super grateful for Jasmine! She took a last minute booking for our dog over the holiday weekend so we could visit family. Communication was great, and our dog came home happy and well cared for. Will definitely use them again in the future.”

“Linda provided great care for my mini poodle for 6 nights. I was out of town and Linda sent email updates daily sent one video of her playing. The messages were reassuring that she was happy and safe. When I travel again I will definitely have Linda take care of my dog.”

“Cerita is my go to dog and cat sitter. She treats all of my fur babies with so much love and makes them feel completely at home. I especially appreciate the extra care she gives my senior cat, she’s very attentive when it comes to giving him his insulin.”

“Mark and his son were really awesome with our dog, Thor. We booked a 10 day stay, and Mark provided consistent updates on how Thor was doing. They walked him regularly and played with him often, and they have a great home with a back yard Thor could enjoy. I felt comfortable and confident leaving my fur baby with them!”

“So great! Jess was welcoming, patient, and obviously has such good experience with dogs. Her communication was timely and consistent, and she cared for our puppy like one of her own. Additionally, her fur baby, Stroopy, was such a wonderful playmate! Looking forward to more family getaways with the knowledge that our pup will be comfortable and loved. Thank you!”

“Leo stayed with Scott and Ping for 2 1/2 weeks. While he was there he visited the dog park daily with them and spent the day inside the home with them. He stayed over 4th of July with them and did great— it’s not easy taking care of a large puppy for this long and I felt so confident in their love and care for him. They sent photos and videos of him everyday. I will definitely be reaching out to them next time we go on a trip!”

“Terri is a true animal lover. She cared for my dog Lucy over the weekend. She took Lucy for plenty of walks and even took her to the lake a couple times. Baked her some dog treats and even sent her home with a batch. Plenty of pictures. We are very pleased.”

“I needed a sitter at the last minute at Ashley did an amazing job of communicating and being flexible and understanding when plans changed or issues arose that needed to to be addressed. She made me feel comfortable and always prioritized my pet's health and safety. I'm so thrilled I found her and will definitely be a return customer the nex time I'm in need of petcare. Do not hesitate to request her services!”

“Bailey is a fabulous experienced and caring dog sitter. Our dog immediately liked Bailey; he was very comfortable within her loving care. It was so sweet to receive several photos and an update at the end of each day of our sweet doggy. Our dog was also blessed to play with Bailey’s too young daughters. Bailey has earned my highest recommendation for all your pet needs.”

About: My name is Tony, better known as Philly. I am a professional dog trainer and also provide boarding. I have always had animals in the house growing up, however, dogs have always been the closest to my heart. I love going to the dog park, beach, even an empty field to play fetch. I have various enrichment activities that will keep your pup occupied while in my care, as well as, a number of cots for those relaxing moments. I have 2 personal pups; Stella, a 7yro Blue Pit and Bagheera, a 2yro Cane Corso. Both are trained and love to play. Any further questions, please simply ask! I do this as a profession so I'm home often. Day starts at 6a for the pups. Potty breaks, breakfast, digestion, play, leash training and decompress/relax. Throughout their stay we go on various walks (group and individual), depending on the weather, we will hit the park for some leg stretching or a simple 2-5mi walk, which is more for my exercise 😅 I have an enclosed backyard with tug toys, flirt sticks, water bowls and various other treats and chew toys. I have a huge garage with industrial fans and industrial exhaust to regulate the room. Theres also a thermostat for added piece of mind.

“Kaitlyn did a great job taking care of our 2 cats over the holiday weekend. She was communicative and it looked like the cats had a fun time hanging out with her. Will book again ?”

About: Although I've never had the pleasure of owning my own cat, pretty much everyone else that I know has (which is great for me). I've spent the past couple years cat sitting for friends and enjoyed every second of it. I've grown used to playful nips and scratches just as I've learned about cat personalities. Some cats need to be by you at all times, while others don't even care that you're there - both just as fun to visit! I like adapting to each cat as I get to know them and figuring out their favorite scratching spots, their preferences on if I should pretend I'm not there, and how silly they sound when they get super vocal. I'm big on communication and will quickly and openly work with you to ensure your cat has a puuurrfect experience (sorry). Feel free to reach out with questions or concerns!

“Loren is amazing, reliable, & a pet person. My cat, who rarely comes out, was very receptive to her. Loren provided regular updates & was consistent with the times she visited my cats. I highly recommend booking with her. Thank you Loren!”

“We had a great experience with Kayla! She took very good care of Elka. She always checked in with cute pictures and made us feel comfortable being away from her. I was over all please with my experience and would recommend her to anyone! We would book again with Kayla!”

“Amber took excellent care of our senior cat. Rusty needs daily injections and Amber was able to give him this medication without any stress to him. I would recommend Amber without hesitation and will rebook in future.”
About: I am an animal lover and I have been lucky enough to love and care for many. I am a former volunteer at Project Wildlife and now a current foster mom for the Humane Society. I am lucky enough to have very flexible work schedule. I am home most of the time. However, my first job as a mother to my 2 girls is my priority. First I follow and respect all rules and requests by the pet parents. Your home and pets will be loved and cared for as it were my own.

“Shelby and Dalton were amazing! They did an initial meet and great with our cat prior to the scheduled drop in visits. They were thorough during the visits and were very good sports when our cat was being feisty. They even brought out/in our trash bins when asked. Would definitely recommend.”

About: I'm very accustomed to all kinds of dogs! From pups to elderly dogs, small to large I'm the right guy for the job. I've raised all 3 of my dogs from puppies along with helping friends with theirs. I have tons of experience in cleaning and keeping them busy so I am more then happy to help with watching pups! I also have experience with elderly dogs that require medical treatment, as long as I get a detailed explanation on the steps to help I'll be able to follow them perfectly. I also live with very large dogs so I have all the experience with how to handle them no problem. I'm currently on summer break so I have plenty of time to look over your pets! I am very willing to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays. I have 2 very friendly dogs while my third is pretty territorial so while I can make sure your dogs are safe and acclimate them to the others, I feel it would be best to stay at your house.

“Lara did an excellent job taking care of my two 🐈 .She was always on time and very reliable, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. I especially appreciated the regular updates she provided after each visit—it was reassuring to know how my cats were doing and that they were in good hands. She was attentive, caring, and clearly experienced with pets. My cats were well taken care of, and I could tell they were comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend Lara to anyone looking for a trustworthy and responsible pet sitter!”

“Michelle was amazing! She was super attentive and clearly cared so much about my pets. She kept me updated and sent the cutest pictures, which made me feel really comfortable while I was away. I could tell my babies were well taken care of and happy. I would definitely hire her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter :)”

“Alexis was fantastic with my cats! She was communicative, put a lot of care and attention into her visits and her updates to me, and even picked up on something I'd forgotten to ask for when we did the house tour. For the first time in many years, I was able to take a vacation and feel completely confident that my cats were in good hands. I did still worry on the first night, but the first few updates from Alexis put my mind totally at ease. I can't overstate how valuable that was for me. I came home expecting anxious, avoidant cats, as per usual when I go on trips. Instead, they both sniffed my luggage and then acted like I'd never left at all. That is an unbelievably ringing endorsement from my super-needy cat who hid from me for 24 hours the last time I spent a weekend away. Alexis worked some kind of kitty magic. 10/10 stars! Alexis far exceeded my expectations. I hope to work with her again for all of my future trips. Thank you SO much!”

I love how prepared she came. She is an experienced animal sitter and I will definitely book her again.”

“Ben and Luke were great with Penny and she had such a great time with them! She had a blast playing with their 4 other fur babies. We'll definitely be a returning client. Thank you Ben and Luke for taking such great care of our baby.”

About: Hi! I'm new to the Rover app, but I'm not new to caring for animals. I've always had a natural connection with animals and they seem to gravitate toward me wherever I go. I’m a stay at home mom of a 3 and 5 year old so I am always home and always active and my fiance is home while I run errands. We have a decent size fenced yard where your animal can get some energy out while staying safe. I truly believe animals are family, and I care for every pet as if they were my own child. I'm highly communicative, reliable, and genuinely empathetic. I pay close attention to each pet's unique personality and needs, making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, or just having a calm companion, I'll make sure they receive the care and attention they deserve. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family member. That's why I'll keep you updated with plenty of photos, videos, and messages throughout each visit, so you always know how your pet is doing and can enjoy those special moments even while you're apart. If you're a busy family looking for a dependable dog walker or pet sitter who will treat your pet with patience, kindness, and lots of love, I'd be honored to help. I can't wait to meet you and your best friend! I am a mom of two girls. I have a flexible schedule and I’m willing to do whatever’s necessary to make sure your pet is taken care of. I’m a hair stylist on weekends and I love when people bring their dogs to their appointments. Rover is great way for me to play with animals, get some exercise, and make some extra income. Just message me 😊 I make sure the dog goes outside to use the bathroom . Make sure the food and water bowl is always fresh and full. Engage and play with your pet. Chill, lay down, and watch tv together. I absolutely love playing tug of war with dogs so make sure to pack that toy in their overnight bag LOL. If I were to come to your house I would let you know exactly when I enter and when I leave and give you updates on your pet .
About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have had three dogs of my own, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. Over the years, I’ve also babysat and pet sat for family, friends, and neighbors, giving me experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’ve cared for breeds including Goldendoodles, Maltese, Poodles, labradors, Chihuahuas, French Bulldogs, and many more. One thing that sets me apart is my responsibility and dedication. I recently served as the ASB President at my high school, where I learned the importance of being dependable, organized, and someone others can count on. This fall, I’ll be attending California Lutheran University to pursue both my bachelor’s and then master’s degrees. I truly love animals and understand that every pet deserves patience, kindness, and individual attention. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply keeping a familiar routine while you’re away, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I would be honored to earn your trust and treat your pet like they’re one of my own. 🐾 I’m currently on summer break and in the process of preparing for my first semester at California Lutheran University, so I have a very flexible schedule. This allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pet. Whether your dog needs a walk, playtime, overnight care, or simply someone to keep them company, I’m happy to work around your schedule and provide reliable, attentive care. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and any special instructions so they feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’ll make sure they stay on their normal feeding, walking, and potty schedule, provide plenty of love and attention, and always keep a close eye on them. I’m respectful of both your home and your pet, and I’ll communicate with you throughout the visit with updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in good hands.

About: I am a pediatric physical therapist by day and aspiring stay at home dog mom all the time. I have two little furry monsters of my own, a rescue tripod and a pointer mix. I take them all over hiking, to the beach, to the park, and they would love the company of your little furry friends too! My dogs get free range of my house and yard when I’m home and a large open living area when I’m gone. I’ve had dogs all my life and love all of them, big or small. I’ve taught my dogs some tricks and continually work on reward based training for better behavior and obedience if you are interested in that during my time with your pup! Someone is usually home or in and out every day. We wake up early for breakfast and to play and go on walks. On weekends when we are home all day we like to go on adventures and the dogs have free reign of the yard all day, but we can also keep yours more contained if they are a flight risk! I have a fenced yard to play outside and we will go on walks in the neighborhood. My dogs like to meet new friends. At my house they are allowed on the furniture

“I can tell our pup Mochi had a great time with Christina and her fiance, They took him out on a few walks, and gave him lots of attention! Great communication and sent us lots of pictures!”

“Shelby and Dalton are the best! They are so responsive and accommodating!! Literally lifesavers, I work really long hours and my husband, who usually watches our dog during the day, had to travel for work last minute. Shelby and Dalton agreed to watch my pup on one of my long days and were so understanding and flexible when I had to pick her up later in the evening - truly I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! They treated her as if she were their own and she LOVED playing with their sweet pup and cuddling with one of the cats, and I got lots of updates and pictures throughout the day. I couldn’t recommend them enough, I will definitely be taking her back to hangout and play with her new best friends!”

“Madison & Moses are awesome! So easy to communicate with and both have a great, calm energy that was perfect for helping my shy, anxious, rescue pittie feel right at home. It’s clear they’re both well-versed in dog behavior and I appreciate that they met my dog right where she was at. They had no issues giving her the time, space and patience needed to open up in her own time - it made all the difference. Thankful to have found them!”

About: I’ve spent my whole life around pets, caring for them with love and dedication. After my own dog, Techa, passed away, I realized I still have so much love to give, even if I’m not quite ready to adopt again. That became part of my own journey with pets, and it’s why I opened my home to welcome and care for other families’ dogs. I don’t just stay home with them, I take them out, observe them closely, and tune into what they need and what makes them feel happy and safe. I have a natural intuition with dogs and pay close attention to their behavior and energy so they feel understood and comfortable. I also love sending lots of photos and videos so you can feel connected and at ease while you’re away, just like I would want for my own dog. . Be prepared for some cute photo bombing! Because I work remotely, your dog will have constant companionship, care, and lots of love throughout the day. I’m available for weekends and extended stays, and I always send daily photo and video updates for peace of mind. I have a fenced yard with a small garden, and there are no other animals in the house, so your pet will receive my full attention. I believe animals need daily outings to stay healthy and happy, so I offer at least two walks a day, either short or long depending on their needs. Playtime and affection are also essential parts of my care routine. If I care for your pet at their home, I make sure to follow their regular routine, so they feel comfortable and secure in their own environment. I also send daily photos and videos to owners so they can relax knowing their furry family member is safe, happy, and well cared for
“As a mom of a toy senior fur baby who’s almost 17, it’s always worrisome when she’s not in my care with her growing list of health issues and how fragile she is. But luckily I found Eden who is amazing and has the kindest, most loving energy! Her love for dogs is apparent and shows in how she cares for both her own and mine. ❤️ She carefully asked all the appropriate questions, gave me a tour of her place (along with a separate living area perfect for small dogs; connected to a dog door and outdoor dog run) and updated me throughout the stay with pictures and quickly answered any questions I had. Thanks again Eden, you’re a lifesaver and I look forward to future bookings with you! 🐶 ❤️🫶🏻”

“First time using Rover or any doggie day care. I felt comfortable with them even before I booked the appointment. They took the time to answer all my questions. Via messages. Promptly I will add. The day of our visit Cameron greeted us at my car, asked a few more questions, as did I. I felt like a mom dropping her kid @ school for the 1st time. He eased my mind and sent videos and pictures of my girl enjoying herself. Definitely will be a repeat customer.”

About: I’ve had hands-on experience with animals my entire life, beginning with growing up surrounded by pets and later adopting my own dog at just 11 years old. From a young age, I’ve been pet sitting throughout my neighborhood, caring for animals of different personalities, routines, and needs. Over the years, this experience has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to make pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. My lifelong passion for animals once inspired me to pursue veterinary medicine before I discovered my interest in understanding the human mind, but my love for animals has never changed. I treat every pet as if they were my own, providing attentive, loving, and dependable care you can trust. I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to prioritize pet care. I do not work, and I only attend college classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays for most of the day. Outside of those hours, I am fully available for drop-ins, walks, and sitting. I also have reliable transportation, so traveling to clients’ homes is never an issue. I’m committed to providing dependable, consistent care and making sure pets receive the time and attention they deserve. Creating a safe, calm, and trusting environment is my top priority when caring for pets, whether in my home or a client’s home. I follow all provided instructions closely, maintain consistent routines, and pay close attention to each pet’s comfort and behavior. I keep spaces clean, secure, and free of hazards, and I always make sure pets have access to fresh water, proper meals, and plenty of affection. I respect each pet’s boundaries and take the time to build trust at their pace, ensuring they feel relaxed, cared for, and safe at all times.
“My family and I highly recommend Alexis and Adam as dog walkers! They walked my two German Shepherd mixes early in the morning for 16 consecutive days for an hour each while we were on vacation. Always on time, always submitting report cards with photos and the route they walked. On top of that, my dogs, who are rescues with shyness or aggression toward strangers AND severe dog reactivity on walks, LOVED Lex and Adam! As a professional dog trainer and walker myself, I’m extremely careful with people who interact with my dogs, and Lex and Adam exceeded my expectations! It’s clear to me that they take caring for their clients’ dogs seriously and both are extremely nice and personable. Thank you Lex and Adam!!”

About: For the past 14 years, my world revolved around my dog, Zuri. She recently passed away, and while I’m not ready to welcome another dog into my life just yet, I realized how much I miss spending time with them. Caring for dogs has never felt like work to me. I’m naturally attentive, patient, and deeply attuned to animals. I tend to notice the little things; when a dog needs a slower pace, extra reassurance, more water, a sniff break, or simply someone calm to help them feel safe. Zuri taught me that every walk is the highlight of a dog’s day, not just another task to check off a list. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, anxious, or a senior who needs a gentler pace, I’ll care for them with the same love, presence, and respect I gave my own. I know how much trust it takes to leave your best friend in someone else’s care, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. My goal is for you to feel completely at ease, knowing your dog is safe, understood, and genuinely loved while we’re together. I have experience caring for senior dogs, administering medications when needed, and understanding that every dog has their own personality, pace, and emotional needs. I have a flexible schedule and genuinely enjoy being active, so dog walks fit naturally into my daily routine. Walking has been an important part of my own life for years, and after losing my beloved dog of 14 years a few months ago, spending time with dogs has become something that brings me joy and healing. I’m reliable, communicative, and committed to making sure your dog gets the exercise, enrichment, and attention they deserve. I understand that trusting someone with your dog is a big decision because I know what it’s feels like to love a dog like family. I always prioritize safety by following your dog’s routine, using secure leash handling, paying close attention to their body language, and adapting to their individual personality and energy level. Whether your dog is playful, shy, anxious, or a senior who needs a slower pace, I’ll care for them with patience, kindness, and respect. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident they’re in good hands.
About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have raised and helped raise multiple dogs from puppyhood, with experience across all sizes and energy levels. I’m confident caring for puppies, adult dogs, and seniors who may need extra patience and structure. What sets me apart is real-world experience and reliability. I provide calm, attentive care and make sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I work full-time Monday through Friday, but I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be available for dog walks and drop-in visits throughout the week. This flexibility enables me to provide dependable, attentive, and consistent care for your pets while accommodating scheduled visits as needed. At this time, I offer dog walking and drop-in visit services. I focus on providing safe, attentive, and enjoyable care while following each dog’s individual routine, energy level, and specific needs. My goal is to make every visit a positive and comfortable experience for both you and your pet.
About: My whole life I’ve grown up with pets: cats, dogs, birds, and reptiles! I have so much passion for treating animals kindly and my family has always relied on me to take care of our pets :) I’ve walked multiple dogs through Rover ranging from a small chihuahua to a large doberman. I’m currently a college student and I also coach gymnastics! I’m available in the mornings 9am-1pm all days of the week! Weekends I have more flexibility :) While in your home, I will always remember to be very respectful and considerate of your space/environment and cater towards any specific care needs for your pets.
About: I am a dog-mom who loves caring for pets like they’re my own. I focus on keeping them comfortable, safe, and sticking to their normal routine. I also have experience with senior dogs and can give supplements or medications when needed. Additionally, I have experience with puppies too since I raised my fur baby since she was only 8 weeks old. I work part time, so I have several days off during the week to focus on pet care. I enjoy making animals part of my daily routine and giving them the time, attention, and care they deserve. Safety and comfort are important to me. I live in a condo with a balcony, so pets get regular supervised walks since there’s no yard. I do have a baby at home, so I’m very mindful about keeping the environment gentle, clean, and well supervised. In a client’s home, I follow your routine and make sure your pet feels safe and cared for.
“Alexis walked my dogs twice on short notice and did a wonderful job! Her updates included the cutest pictures I instantly shared with everyone and Poppy and Snoopy looked super happy! I would definitely use her again!”

“Super grateful for Jasmine! She took a last minute booking for our dog over the holiday weekend so we could visit family. Communication was great, and our dog came home happy and well cared for. Will definitely use them again in the future.”

Thank you!”

“Kaitlin and Verle took great care of our little Remy. They were very understanding of his special needs (he’s an anxious and dog-reactive pup), and their home provided a safe, calm space for him.”

“We had Whitney take care of our pup for five days while we were out of town. I really liked that she took time out of her day to do a meet and greet first to make sure it was a good fit. She's super prompt and professional with her communications and sent some great photos of our dog Dory so I felt she was happy and loved while we were gone : ) I would definitely take Dory back for dog sitting to Whitney in the future!!”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! My dogs were genuinely happy and comfortable the entire time they were there. I received regular updates, photos, and great communication everything you could hope for when leaving your pets in someone else’s care. It gave me total peace of mind, and I’m so grateful. Highly recommend!”

“The minute we met Hana, something told us our dog Pollie would receive excellent care. And she did! Every day Hana sent videos of Pollie reassuring us that all was well. (We hadn’t left her in the care of someone else in the past 9 years.) Without a doubt we would trust Hana to care for Pollie again in the future.”

“Savanah is the GOAT!!! There is no other way of saying it. My dog Nacho is a high energy TJ rescue and without missing a beat my dog took to Savanah. He loved her right away and felt safe around her. Savanah sent updates and was in communication always. Nacho was so so happy and tired which is such a tall order for a runner! Thank you Savanah! Nacho misses you already”
