About: I have experience with my 2 dogs and our friend dogs for about 8 years now. We used to take them to walk , hike and beach whenever we could. About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats my entire life and have lots of hands-on experience caring for pets of all sizes. All of the dogs I’ve owned have been over 100 lbs, so I’m especially comfortable handling and caring for large breeds. I’ve also volunteered at animal shelters, where I gained experience working with animals with different personalities, needs, and comfort levels. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, check-ins, and giving pets plenty of attention and love while their owners are away. About: I believe that all pets should experience living life and doing fun activities that we all do! I grew up with pets my whole life, having 2 dogs and 2 cats. What inspired me to begin my journey on this app is from when I volunteered at my local shelter to foster huskies, ranging from a day trip to week long care. I like to plan fun activities in advance with the pets to do throughout the day/weeks, which can be a fun stroll to the beach to collect seashells, going to downtown, and meeting new people at events (such as the farmers markets, makers markets, and more)! I make sure they are under the best possible care while still having fun :) I’m a current student, so I would appreciate if services are scheduled in advance. At the same time, I’m overall pretty flexible and tailors to clients needs. This can be scheduling, pricing, and instructions! I’m pretty flexible! Something as easy as dog walking or drop-ins I can basically do any time, but dog/ cat sitting needs a bit more preparation. Being a student, sometimes things can come up last minute. When given instructions, I am pretty on top of it. Any requests I would be more than happy to accommodate. No need to be afraid to ask questions! I listen to instructions well.

About: Since a very young age (about 5+), I have been taking care of a myriad of animals and learned animal body language from them. If that’s not your pet(s)’ speed and/or favorite things, I am also very into cozying up with them on the sofa or whatever activities may be their favorites as well. If you are in need of care for your horses or livestock, whether while looking for a house sitter or other times, I have a lifetime of experience with horses and am very able to feed, muck, hotwalk, etc. while house sitting or on a drop-in basis. I have not been riding much since returning back to the Central Coast from SF but pending the temperament and experience level necessary, after learning to ride horses much around the same time I was learning to walk, I am always open for an easy ride if needed for your horse(s) as well. Just message me and we can discuss further! Please note, if you foresee last-minute requests for daycare, check-ins, and/or dog walking being necessary in the future, please reach out to schedule a formal meet and greet anytime in advance so we may know that the pups are a good match prior to any late bookings becoming necessary. For my safety and the safety of my dogs and yours, I will not accept last-minute check-ins or dog walking requests without this meet and greet completed. Río and I always make sure to take time to get outside to exercise, take potty breaks on grass, and explore daily with an hour-2.5+ hours hike in the mornings and an hour long walk/run after work. Río and I are ideally a package deal so any dog(s), cat(s), and/or whatever pet(s) you are in need of caring for and giving some love to, please advise if they are dog-friendly and enjoy a workout but also love a good lounge throughout the day. For potty breaks and a bit of engagement during the work day, I have a privately fenced yard to pop outside for some sunshine and ball play any time throughout the day and night.
