She went the extra mile by looking up various potential locations, such as drop-off points and multiple entrances, which gave us a rough idea of how far it would be. “Heather did a wonderful job of taking care of both of our fur babies (cat and dog). She went out of her way to bring the dog for the cat visits so the our cat can play with and have the company of our dog. She also spent time playing with both of our animals. I found Heather to be extremely responsive answering questions and sending pictures. She also showed us a better way to give our cat his meds and took the time to send us a video. We will definitely have Heather as our go to for both of our fur babies because we know when Heather is taking care of them, they are in the best hands possible!”
