I have helped my extended family with watching their elderly dog, who has had a lot of problems with most people but she really likes me. I would prefer dogs who are kid friendly. About this sitter: My name is Tessa and I'm a stay-at-home mom of 3. I love animals and have 2 cats myself! I would love to make your dog a part of our family for the day or longer! Regarding my cats: I am able to keep my cats separate from your dog, if you are concerned about that. I think it’s best to keep them separate to avoid any issues. I put my cats in my primary bedroom upstairs along with all their stuff and they are perfectly fine! But if your dog is cat friendly, I don’t mind letting them interact a bit. My senior cat is just a little freaked out by high energy dogs but she calms down after a bit. My younger cat is probably more open to dogs, she’s very friendly and mellow. Either way, I’m happy to accommodate! I drop my 3 kids off at school Monday-Friday and I am done with that around 8:30am. I pick up my youngest at 1:40 and my middle child at 3pm. So I will have about 4 hours each day until pick up my youngest. I am also available most weekends. Just message me and will do my best to accommodate your schedule. We live in a 4 bedroom condo and I have a fenced in patio and plenty of walking space throughout my neighborhood. I’m a college student home for the summer, so I have plenty of time to give dogs the attention, exercise, and affection they need. I love building my routine around caring for pets and keeping them happy and active! I work hard to provide a safe, welcoming environment for every dog I care for! I have a fully fenced backyard where dogs can play and explore, plus a friendly dog of my own who loves company. My younger brothers are great with pets and enjoy playing with them under my supervision. If a dog needs structure or downtime, I can easily crate them based on the owner’s preference. I always follow each pet’s routine closely to make sure they feel comfortable and secure.
About: Well ever since I was little I Knew I wanted to work with animals, I have been a playcoach for a daycare place for dogs, been a bather but internship for dogs . I just really enjoy working with animals.
