About: I have been taking care of pets for over six years. I have cared for fish, cats, and dogs. I have a big dog myself so large dogs do not scare me. I am great with animals and am more than willing to do house sitting, day time check ins, walking, bathing, etc.! I am about to graduate from school so I will be home all the time and will be able to stop by for house visits or to hang out with pets all day. Though for things like walking dogs would prefer to do that in the morning in order to beat the heat! I have a large fenced in yard with one dog to keep others company. My dog is crate trained and is non aggressive. In the house there is no chemicals or other harmful substances that pets could access. Additionally most cabinets and such are baby proofed so cats or other small pets would not be able to get in or trapped.

For you — I can do some light housekeeping, bring in the mail/packages, and take care of any houseplants. Boarding clients can expect a tidy house and side yard potty access. 20-30 minute walk included per day. I can provide puzzle toys and frozen kongs on hot days with owner permission. Boarding requests are taken on a case by case basis, as I have two dogs of my own. They get along well with other dogs, but I would like to see how everyone interacts with each other before agreeing to anything. Boarded pets will also need proof of vaccination. As a pet owner myself, I know it can be hard entrusting your pet, as well as your home, to someone unfamiliar. About: I’ve always had dog in my life. Having my own dogs as well as working in a vet hospital I have much experience in giving love and care to all pets I meet. I’ve been entrusted many times by family and friends to take care of their pets. My days consist solely of pet care. We can go for short or long walks a couple times per day and they have full access to to indoor and outdoor throughout the day. We have a fenced backyard and can separate rooms with baby gates if needed. There’s a doggy door in the garage to the backyard and two separate runners. We have a soon to be 5 yr old German shepherd, a 9 yr old rescue chihuahua and our old man a 10 yr old Shih Tzu. They are spayed/neutered and get along great with other dogs. You will have the option to have your pet sleep in the living room alongside our dogs or in a separate room.

My dog is very friendly and loves other dogs, so I always make sure introductions are safe and comfortable for everyone. I do also have a cat but they typically hide away upstairs when new pets come around :) They are very friendly with dogs.
