“Henri had a great weekend at Paulina’s! She came out to greet us and then took the leash and introduced Henri to her home-he was so comfortable with her from the start. Our dog has hardly been away from us in his 7 years and I was a little nervous about leaving him with someone new, but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. Paulina was an absolute lifesaver and we are so happy to have found her!”

About: I’ve helped my neighbor when she was sick walk her dog. His name is buddy he’s in my profile picture! I’ve dog sat a few times when I was younger also helping my neighbors out and I’ve had a few small pets. Including a gold fish, hamster and a gecko. I ensure that I maintain my litter for my cats clean consistently washing the litter boxes replacing the litter and showing that I’m scooping at least three times a day. I also feed my cats twice a day and ensure they have a mix of wet food and kibble. For my dog I typically always wake up early in the morning to take him on a long walk and then I typically provide my dog breakfast followed by a treat. I spent a lot of time next to him so I will pet him hug him give him attention simulation. I did ensure that after work when I come home that I walk him at least 30 minutes and ensure that I am checking in on him and feeding him no later than 6 PM every day and then going on another walk after dinner. On the weekends I typically tip my dog on longer walk so we’ll go out and walk for about an hour on Saturday and Sunday I’ll make sure that I keep him away from a high foot traffic area is just to avoid any potential dog interactions that we may not be fully confident in as we don’t know everyone’s pet care routine or nuanced behavior issues. I’m always attentive and patient.

NOTE 2: my parents come over with their 16 year old maltipoo (10 lbs) approximately 3 times a month, so your dog must be okay with other dogs and may meet my parents dog. NOTE 3: We currently board up to 2 dogs at the same time (if my parents’ dog is here, there may be 3 dogs max). If you prefer to have us board only your dog during the time you need, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we may be able to accommodate your dog. About: Hello, fellow fur-parent! We are a family with 2 kids and our own furbaby. We understand firsthand how hard it is to find a trusted, loving home for your dog when you’re traveling, so we want to be an option for fur-parents like ourselves. Your pup will be in good hands while you are away! We are located in Ingleside Terraces, with a nice fenced in yard with turf, and are a block away from a large grassy neighborhood park. We work from home, so we can give your pup the 1:1 attention they deserve (as well as frequent potty breaks, walks, etc). The main floor of the house is pretty large and gets lots of sun. We prefer hosting low-shedding dogs <25 lbs who are well-behaved and used to children (and of course we will always be vigilant parents). Our kids are very good with dogs and do not antagonize or pull ears/tails. We can have a short meet-n-greet for new clients at our neighborhood park to ensure we are a good fit for your pup! We work from home, so are always around for scratches and cuddles. We take our dog out on daily walks or for ball-time at a nearby grassy park. Let us know your pup's schedule and we are happy to accommodate. I send frequent (multiple-times a day) photos so you have peace of mind. We have a 4yo spayed goldendoodle (25 lbs) who is very friendly and gentle with our young children. We have pet/baby-gates in place in case we ever need to separate the dogs. We keep a tidy home and do not feed our children foods that are toxic to dogs. We have a fenced-in yard with turf. We would treat your pup like ours, but happy to follow any specific rules/routine you would like us to.

About: Growing up with pets has taught me a lot. Ive helped many friends with their pets for a long time and enjoy doing it! I have 3 cats and 2 dogs of my own that I care about and love deeply. I great at following instructions. Keeping up with routine, giving meds on time and I am good at communicating with families and reporting issues to pet owners and making sure they feel comfortable with leaving their pets in my care. I’m currently working part-time in the afternoon during the mornings I have free time to take care of your pets and take them on walks and do drop in visits. About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life. Growing up, my family’s had three, and I was hands-on with all of them — from raising a litter of puppies to caring for our senior dog through the end of her life. I’m currently at college, and I’m missing my Lab-Pyrenees mix at home, so walking and spending time with dogs here is something I’m really looking forward to. I’m a pre-med college student at the University of San Francisco, so my schedule is flexible and works well for regular walks. I’m most available on weekday mornings before 9, afternoons, and evenings between classes, plus weekends and holidays. I can do daily walks, drop-ins, or a set weekly routine — whatever fits your dog best. Safety is the most important thing to me when walking your dog. I keep dogs leashed the whole time, stick to routes I know well, and always bring water and waste bags. I pay close attention to their body language — heat, tiredness, or nervousness around other dogs — and adjust the pace to match their age and energy. I’m really experienced walking dogs of all ages and personalities; at home, walking our dogs was always my job, and I worked around my neighborhood doing it for neighbor’s pets as well. I know the importance of consistency and ensuring the experience is enjoyable and comfortable for your pet, so I’ll follow whatever routine and commands they’re used to at home.

About: I absolutely adore animals. From the age of 6 I thought I wanted to be a vet. I even went down that path in college. Until I realized I wanted to be a nurse instead. I have worked as an ER nurse for the last 10 years. I have experience giving meds to my own animals ( a 9 year old Schnoodle and a 4 year old cat). About: As the title says, full-tume dog dad and proud of it. Volunteered at Muttville for some time before adopting two more (a Maltese from the shelter and a Boxer/Pitbull who followed me home.) Have effectively trained three small dogs to follow me off-leash, with one being my neighbors' Maltipoo as well. I manage to take my over-active dogs on at least 2 walks per day, with the usual three, though Ive been known to include my neighbors dog and/or I happen to be fostering at that time. All small dogs within my care have been taught to walk off-leash safely. I have a small studio where all three dogs live in relative harmony. I have introduced my neighbors Maltese, Miko, to all three of my dogs and feel who/how they communicate with best (Ie Miko gets along best with my 80 lb Boxer/Pitbull "Bruno" rather than the other Maltese and Chihuahua I have myself. They play outside and/or cuddle together when my neighbors are out of town.) Any dog that enters my doors are spoiled beyond belief and if any of my dogs get rowdy, they get put on "Timeout" in the bathroom, rather than in a cage or leashed up outside.

For my dog I typically always wake up early in the morning to take him on a long walk and then I typically provide my dog breakfast followed by a treat. I spent a lot of time next to him so I will pet him hug him give him attention simulation. I did ensure that after work when I come home that I walk him at least 30 minutes and ensure that I am checking in on him and feeding him no later than 6 PM every day and then going on another walk after dinner. On the weekends I typically tip my dog on longer walk so we’ll go out and walk for about an hour on Saturday and Sunday I’ll make sure that I keep him away from a high foot traffic area is just to avoid any potential dog interactions that we may not be fully confident in as we don’t know everyone’s pet care routine or nuanced behavior issues. I’m always attentive and patient.
About: My boyfriend and I do rover sitting and boarding together, so you get two people caring for your pet for the price of one! If you choose to have your dog cared by us, we promise to treat them like our own. I understand that you can be apprehensive about having a member of your family cared for by a stranger, but I’m always next to my phone and respond to texts and calls quickly. I can also send pictures and videos of their time here. We like to keep our care intimate, meaning we will only have a maximum of 3 dogs at a time in our home. We want to make sure your furry friend gets as much attention as possible. I spend a majority of my time at home, meaning your dog will RARELY be left unsupervised. I also have experience with senior pets that require medicine administration, diaper changes, specific feeding instructions, and any other specialized care. My work schedule is flexible, so I work from home on days where I have bookings. My boyfriend wfh full time. Even though I’m working from home, I can block off time on my work calendar for walks, feeding, and play time. Don’t worry. Your doggo will be cared for! We do allow dogs on the furniture, but we also have multiple dog beds for them to lounge on. My house may not have a backyard, but we do have a small gated side yard and a gated front porch for your doggo to get some outside time besides walks.
