“Henri had a great weekend at Paulina’s! She came out to greet us and then took the leash and introduced Henri to her home-he was so comfortable with her from the start. Our dog has hardly been away from us in his 7 years and I was a little nervous about leaving him with someone new, but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. Paulina was an absolute lifesaver and we are so happy to have found her!”

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with extensive experience caring for both dogs and cats. I currently have a 6-year-old Burmese and Australian Shepherd mix, and over the years I’ve cared for four cats for more than 10 years combined. I lead an active lifestyle and enjoy working out, running, hiking, and spending quality time with animals. Long walks, play sessions, and providing both physical exercise and mental stimulation are some of my favorite ways to help pets stay happy and healthy. If your dog is energetic and requires extra activity, engagement, or attention, I’m more than happy to provide the level of care they need. During the week I work from 10 AM to about 6 PM Monday through Friday. Outside of those hours I am available from 7:30 AM to about 9 AM Monday through Friday. Then on the weekends I’m typically free starting as early as you need me and as late as you need me. I ensure that I maintain my litter for my cats clean consistently washing the litter boxes replacing the litter and showing that I’m scooping at least three times a day. I also feed my cats twice a day and ensure they have a mix of wet food and kibble. For my dog I typically always wake up early in the morning to take him on a long walk and then I typically provide my dog breakfast followed by a treat. I spent a lot of time next to him so I will pet him hug him give him attention simulation. I did ensure that after work when I come home that I walk him at least 30 minutes and ensure that I am checking in on him and feeding him no later than 6 PM every day and then going on another walk after dinner. On the weekends I typically tip my dog on longer walk so we’ll go out and walk for about an hour on Saturday and Sunday I’ll make sure that I keep him away from a high foot traffic area is just to avoid any potential dog interactions that we may not be fully confident in as we don’t know everyone’s pet care routine or nuanced behavior issues. I’m always attentive and patient.

She has to go potty more often than most pups due to her incontinence. We're always nervous about leaving her with other folks. When we did our initial meet and greet, Gordon shared their process with us and asked a lot of thoughtful questions to get to know us and Rose better. During her first few days and weeks with them, they paid close attention to her and shared details with us on how she was doing, which we truly appreciated. I manage to take my over-active dogs on at least 2 walks per day, with the usual three, though Ive been known to include my neighbors dog and/or I happen to be fostering at that time. All small dogs within my care have been taught to walk off-leash safely. I have a small studio where all three dogs live in relative harmony. I have introduced my neighbors Maltese, Miko, to all three of my dogs and feel who/how they communicate with best (Ie Miko gets along best with my 80 lb Boxer/Pitbull "Bruno" rather than the other Maltese and Chihuahua I have myself. They play outside and/or cuddle together when my neighbors are out of town.) Any dog that enters my doors are spoiled beyond belief and if any of my dogs get rowdy, they get put on "Timeout" in the bathroom, rather than in a cage or leashed up outside.
About: I love animals and have taken care of them - both my own pets and the pets of family, friends, colleagues, etc. I am available for drop-in visits and walks for both dogs and cats. I currently do gig work full time, which allows for full flexibility! I am able to work on a schedule or if my calendar allows, I am able to work on a flexible as needed basis depending on your pet's needs. I am all about details! If you have special instructions for the care of your pet, please know that I will follow them to the smallest detail. For drop-in visits, I make sure all doors and windows are closed as well as make sure the environment is safe for your furry family member. About: I absolutely adore animals. From the age of 6 I thought I wanted to be a vet. I even went down that path in college. Until I realized I wanted to be a nurse instead. I have worked as an ER nurse for the last 10 years. I have experience giving meds to my own animals ( a 9 year old Schnoodle and a 4 year old cat). About: My boyfriend and I do rover sitting and boarding together, so you get two people caring for your pet for the price of one! If you choose to have your dog cared by us, we promise to treat them like our own. I understand that you can be apprehensive about having a member of your family cared for by a stranger, but I’m always next to my phone and respond to texts and calls quickly. I can also send pictures and videos of their time here. We like to keep our care intimate, meaning we will only have a maximum of 3 dogs at a time in our home. We want to make sure your furry friend gets as much attention as possible. I spend a majority of my time at home, meaning your dog will RARELY be left unsupervised. I also have experience with senior pets that require medicine administration, diaper changes, specific feeding instructions, and any other specialized care. My work schedule is flexible, so I work from home on days where I have bookings. My boyfriend wfh full time. Even though I’m working from home, I can block off time on my work calendar for walks, feeding, and play time. Don’t worry. Your doggo will be cared for! We do allow dogs on the furniture, but we also have multiple dog beds for them to lounge on. My house may not have a backyard, but we do have a small gated side yard and a gated front porch for your doggo to get some outside time besides walks.

For my dog I typically always wake up early in the morning to take him on a long walk and then I typically provide my dog breakfast followed by a treat. I spent a lot of time next to him so I will pet him hug him give him attention simulation. I did ensure that after work when I come home that I walk him at least 30 minutes and ensure that I am checking in on him and feeding him no later than 6 PM every day and then going on another walk after dinner. On the weekends I typically tip my dog on longer walk so we’ll go out and walk for about an hour on Saturday and Sunday I’ll make sure that I keep him away from a high foot traffic area is just to avoid any potential dog interactions that we may not be fully confident in as we don’t know everyone’s pet care routine or nuanced behavior issues. I’m always attentive and patient.
