“Our cats love Kendra! They are very shy and don't come out for most cat-sitters, but they always come out for her. When she sends photos of the kitties, they're always just chilling in the doorway or watching her from under the table--and that is phenomenal for these two! They also always eat when she looks after them, which has not always been the case when we've had other sitters. While they are always offered food, if they're upset about a cat sitter, they will skip eating, so I know they like her just because of that. As far as the humans are concerned, my spouse and I both really like Kendra too. She is always great about communicating if issues come up, or if she has any concerns or questions. She lives close enough that she's been able and willing to take on a few last-minute bookings from us, which has been really nice for us.”

I currently have a 6-year-old Burmese and Australian Shepherd mix, and over the years I’ve cared for four cats for more than 10 years combined. I also feed my cats twice a day and ensure they have a mix of wet food and kibble. For my dog I typically always wake up early in the morning to take him on a long walk and then I typically provide my dog breakfast followed by a treat. I spent a lot of time next to him so I will pet him hug him give him attention simulation. I did ensure that after work when I come home that I walk him at least 30 minutes and ensure that I am checking in on him and feeding him no later than 6 PM every day and then going on another walk after dinner. On the weekends I typically tip my dog on longer walk so we’ll go out and walk for about an hour on Saturday and Sunday I’ll make sure that I keep him away from a high foot traffic area is just to avoid any potential dog interactions that we may not be fully confident in as we don’t know everyone’s pet care routine or nuanced behavior issues. I’m always attentive and patient.

About: My boyfriend and I do rover sitting and boarding together, so you get two people caring for your pet for the price of one! If you choose to have your dog cared by us, we promise to treat them like our own. I understand that you can be apprehensive about having a member of your family cared for by a stranger, but I’m always next to my phone and respond to texts and calls quickly. I can also send pictures and videos of their time here. We like to keep our care intimate, meaning we will only have a maximum of 3 dogs at a time in our home. We want to make sure your furry friend gets as much attention as possible. I spend a majority of my time at home, meaning your dog will RARELY be left unsupervised. I also have experience with senior pets that require medicine administration, diaper changes, specific feeding instructions, and any other specialized care. My work schedule is flexible, so I work from home on days where I have bookings. My boyfriend wfh full time. Even though I’m working from home, I can block off time on my work calendar for walks, feeding, and play time. Don’t worry. Your doggo will be cared for! We do allow dogs on the furniture, but we also have multiple dog beds for them to lounge on. About this sitter: I am a born dog lover and have never met a dog I have not instantly fallen in love with. Growing up, I never had my own dog so I spent my afternoons begging my friends to let me take their dogs on walks to the dog park. I loved going on vacations with the families of my friends, knowing their dogs were always a vacation staple. I can’t help but smile when I meet a new dog, their individual personality making me fall in love with them. Yes, I am that person that stops you on the street to pet your dog, saying over and over how cute he is. My brother has a Beagle named Bailey and I am always insisting that he comes down from San Diego so I can play with his sweet sock stealing dog. Why I love dog sitting Growing up, I never had a dog of my own so I spent my afternoons begging my friends to let me take their fur pals on walks to the dog park. Now my brother has a playful fur baby named Bailey. I love when they visit me from San Diego. About my yard We have a small fenced backyard landscaped with wood chips. I love hiking with pups and try to go at least a few times a week, so they'll be able to enjoy nature too! My experience administering medication Yes, I have no problem administering medication or injections. I just ask that you give me specific instructions. If you fur-kid needs to be administered injections, I do charge $5 an injection.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a teen , friends and family have trusted to me to walk their dogs , feed them as well. For cats they have trusted me to make sure their litter is clean and food bowl Is filled . I’m currently working part time at puppies and yoga on the weekends so I have plenty of time to take care of your little ones at any time of the day I have a screen on every window in my home ,so I know my cat is safe when i open the window. When leaving and coming home I am making sure that your little one is is safe and can not run out without me knowing .

“Henri had a great weekend at Paulina’s! She came out to greet us and then took the leash and introduced Henri to her home-he was so comfortable with her from the start. Our dog has hardly been away from us in his 7 years and I was a little nervous about leaving him with someone new, but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. Paulina was an absolute lifesaver and we are so happy to have found her!”

About: I’ve been around dogs pretty much my whole life, whether it was my standard poodle as a young kid, my mini poodle as a teenager or, more recently, the senior dogs I’ve fostered or adopted from Muttville. Dogs have always been in good hands with me. Right now my wife and I have two dachshund chihuahua mixes we adopted at five and six. Our home is a dog home. They’re on the couch, on the bed and even under the covers (if they want to burrow). They’re in the mix and they’re loved. If your dog has medications, I’ve got it. If they have special needs or they’re older and need a slower pace, I have ample experience with that. I’m currently dedicating my time to taking care of pups, so your pup will have my undivided attention throughout the days and evenings. The max amount of time I’d leave your dog alone would be for four hours. I have two dogs of my own that I would keep separate from your dog to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. I have a fully fenced backyard with a couple of stairs. I also have pet stairs inside to help senior dogs get up on to the couch and bed
