About: When I was a small child I was gifted a tiny kitten I had to bottle feed, and I was uuuubbbbssessed! Then one day he was let out and I never saw him again, & was heartbroken promised myself I’d have one again. My life has been filled with dogs since I was a child, and I owned dogs for over 16+years. But cats have always called me, even though I could never have one in the past. So instead, I’ve taken care of my friend’s evil lil cat off and on for about 6+ years. Meeko swears he really hates me but I love him. So all I do for him is feed him and give him water. Sometimes he’ll let me feed him a churru, but will moan and groan the whole time. Though I now have a kitten 🐈⬛ named Taco. He is only a crazy kitten, so I don’t know what more to prepare for. Taco’s litter box is cleaned/scooped every other day. (Or depending on how many presents he leaves me🤭) The only experience I have with giving medication, was when Taco was spayed and I had to administer liquid oral medication to him for some days. I look forward to watching your puurrrrfect companion and learning new things from them. ☺️

About: From finding and raising 2 day old stray kittens as a kid, to pet sitting a $10k cat in my early 20s, I’ve scratched almost every post there is when it comes to caring for our feline friends! Most of the kitties I’ve been blessed with in life have come from my family rescuing them off the streets or from the parks ourselves. My siblings and I were always the go-to pet sitters of the neighborhood which we loved! I’m currently the proud mama to Simba, a 2yr old Maine Coon/Ragdoll mix who I’ve raised since he was 8 weeks, and Skippy, a 1yr old American Wirehair/Bengal mix I adopted from a rescue group when he was about 5 months. It was not an easy job because Flora has experienced extreme trauma and she is an elderly cat. Where others would have given up, Joslyn was patient and not intimidated by Flora’s stressed demeanor. About: Grew up with dogs of various ages and breeds, including a boxer, rottweiler, doberman, and jack russell terrier. Most recently lost our buddy, Morton, our salt & pepper miniature schnauzer of 15 years. Our young son also loves animals, especially dogs, and loves having a dog around to hang out with. There will always be at least 1 adult with your dog at all times, unless you've been notified. We also live in a very dog-friendly neighborhood and have many green spaces and parks nearby. As long-time owners of dogs of various ages from puppy to senior, we understand the needs of pets. Our most recent pup, Morton, was 15 years old when he passed, but required a special diet and care for several years before the end of his life. We only watch one dog at a time to make sure your pup receives our full attention and care. While our young song loves dogs and pets, it is also important that any pet in our care is comfortable with young children. If you are unsure how your dog will behave around young kids, please consider other sitters. We do not want to risk the safety of our child or the comfort of your pet. Our apartment is best suited for dogs 30lbs and under. Please help us ensure your pet has the best stay by bringing their preferred bed, water bowl, toy(s), treats, food, and whatever else your pet needs to be comfortable in it's home away from home.

About: Hi there! My name is Carly and I'm a pet mom to three boys (two cats, one dog) all aged 1-2yrs old! I've spent my whole life surrounded by four legged friends and each one has left paw prints on my heart. 🐾♥️ I welcome almost any personality type save aggressive ones and will meet your sweet pup wherever and however they need during our time together. Whether it's a quiet, peaceful stroll or zoomies and playing fetch, I'll be the stand-in friend who loves doing the same thing! Any time I get home from an adventure outside with Mako, my 1yr old Shiba Inu, he knows it's time to wipe his "city feet" and bum with a gentle, scent-free baby wipe. The same care would be given to your pupper unless of course they wouldn’t be a fan of such things occurring. I look forward to chance of meeting new fluffy friends and adding more paw prints where it counts! 🫶 As a recent Boston transplant, my days are currently spent setting up a new apartment in SoMa with my fiancé and re-building clientele as a private figure skating coach which means right now I’m usually quite free! I enjoy being an early bird and am available in the middle of the day on a regular basis. I am able to do some evening walks, but nothing after dark. My puppy Mako is friendly, but doesn’t walk well with canine companions so all walks would be one-on-one with your doggo unless you own a pair that is accustomed to going together. Time spent checking in on your pup at home would be respectful of their/your space and contact would be initiated at the pace of the dog itself.

About: I have loved pets since my first bird when I was younger. I have since taken care of my friend’s and family’s dogs, cats, hamsters, reptiles, etc. I currently work from home in the field of technology. I like to stay as active as possible by walking through city and along the water. Occasionally, I love lazy days when can watch a movie, snuggled up indoors. And I would be happy to watch your loved one while you are away. I live in an apartment on a quiet street. A park is nearby and long walks will be taken along the bay. I am very clean! I actively care for my friend’s pets and understand all areas of pet ownership. My goal is to make sure your dog enjoys their time and is as comfortable as possible. I will maintain any schedules you have and will make sure your dog gets extra love during your time apart. Regardless if your dog has energy for days or is older and prefers to sleep on comfy blankets - my apartment can accommodate both types of dog. I am only able to host small and medium-sized pets at my home but I am also available for traveling sitting (if you prefer I stay in your home).
About: Hi there! My name is Eric and I have been a pet care provider all my life. I owned a private pet care business for almost 8 years that I sold in January 2021. In my first 6 1/2 years, I served over 1,000 unique pets. Before starting my business, I was on track to go to veterinary school, and have worked under 5 veterinarians, including a mobile vet, and at a spay-neuter clinic. You may recognize me from when I worked at San Francisco’s first pet shop, The Animal Company. I taught Pet-CPR and First Aid & have a fair amount of experience with senior cats & dogs, as well as dogs who are reactive & need to avoid interactions with passers-by while out on walks. I can also trim nails, give oral/injectable medicine, administer fluids, etc. I have a pretty flexible schedule; I own a consulting business and travel all over the city for work. I usually don’t work outside of San Francisco- feel free to inquire about my travel rates & availability. Probably not the best fit for a dog who needs someone around the entire day, but if your dog can be left alone for a few hours here & there we might be a good fit 👍🏽 I work remotely so I am pretty flexible in terms of adapting to your pet’s needs. I’m also pretty good at responding to call/text/email right away for added peace of mind.

I’m currently working part-time so, time is flexible. I will have a plenty of time to hang out with your pets. I’m available for week day and on weekends also. About: Shelby grew up with Labrador retrievers ever since she was 5 years old. She has experience with medication administration, ear cleaning, walking, and more. We have a 2.5 year old dachshund who we crate, potty, and leash trained. We are both dog lovers with some of our friends saying Shelby is “the most dog obsessed person I’ve ever met.” We will strive to make your dog feel as comfortable as possible while respecting any rules and boundaries you have in your own home. We absolutely love every kind of dog and would give your fur baby 5 star care ⭐️ We both work from home, so our schedules are very flexible. We take our dog out 3 times a day for potty breaks and several walks a day. We can really take your dog out whenever is needed, as one of us is always available. Our home is very, very dog proof. Our dog loves to eat everything so we’re very mindful of keeping things tidy. Especially with larger dogs, we put away our dogs smaller toys, so that there’s no possibility of them being ingested (there’s the labrador experience haha!) we will be around and loving your pet 24/7 while they’re in our care ❤️
