I love now that I come home and he is as content as can be. He eats and uses his litter box. His being alone in the house was not a problem for him. My take away is to be certain someone will be at home with him for most of the time he will be in someone else’s care. Danielle was very responsive and kept me informed the day Heath was in her care.”

Due to the weather the same day we confirmed, but on the way cancelled and paid for the day care as this is her livelihood. We could have asked to cancel, but that is not what good pet parents do. They make sure people like Mrs. Achara are taken care of as well. I will use her in the future when we are in West Sacramento. About: I may not have dogs of my own but I sure do love being around them. Before moving I use to volunteer at an animal shelter and I loved it there just to see how dogs were able to have at least a couple of minutes of happiness from pups to seniors. I also foster kitties and have two of my own! I am currently attending nursing school, so can’t fit a full time job into my schedule. This is the best option because it’s something I love and I can still complete my studies! I would first build trust with the animal ensuring they are not frightened by me. Aside from that I love for the owners to tell me more about their pet to allow me to best adjust my skills to accommodate the pet.

About: In my younger years I was known as that house you could trust your pets with, which sadly led to less boarding and daycare services and more abandonment of pets on my doorstep. I accepted each surrender because I always figured better here with me then on the streets. After successfully adopting out all these love bugs to people I knew and trusted over the years, I've found myself in smaller quarters. I've found comfort and fulfillment in caring for outdoor cats (commonly referred to as strays) Taking in an orange Tabby to call my own in the process. I've made friends with neighbors who share the same love and passion and through these connections found community - a cat community! I currently care for three cats (siblings), house-sitting as well while their human parents are away. Each individual cat has it's different wants/needs. Through these experiences I've learned gaining trust and love is different for each individual feline. I'm looking to expand my care/services to neighboring cat families mainly because I love cats and know how important it is to have a community of cat folks in your corner when duty, vacation or emergencies call. I'm currently employed by Uber Eats so I make my own schedule. I'm open to weekend care as well. The only thing I do religiously is cultural dancing on Wednesday nights. My current clients are all indoor kitties so I am used to securing the household, feeding on a schedule throughout the day and doing enrichment with them be that play or individual love and cuddle time. “I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Leaving Atlas for a full week was a huge step for me. He is a rescue dog who has experienced trauma, and this was the very first time I had left him with someone since adopting him two years ago. From the moment I dropped him off, she understood exactly what he needed. Rather than pushing interaction, she gave Atlas the space and time to come to her on his own terms while he adjusted to a new environment. That patience and understanding meant so much to me. Throughout his stay, she sent frequent updates and pictures, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. She was always quick to respond whenever I reached out and made sure all of my instructions were followed carefully. If anything wasn’t clear, she asked questions rather than making assumptions. Most importantly, she treated Atlas like family. He received plenty of snuggles, attention, and playtime; including one of his favorite activities, fetch. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about his comfort and happiness. She went above and beyond to make both Atlas and me feel comfortable, and I am so grateful for the care she provided. The biggest sign of how well she cared for him came when I picked him up. Atlas was incredibly excited to see me, but after greeting me he ran back over to her for one last snuggle before we left. As his mom, that told me everything I needed to know about how safe, loved, and comfortable he felt during his stay. I would absolutely trust her with Atlas again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and compassionate dog sitter.”
