About: I have been a pet owner for virtually my entire life! Cats, dogs, rabbits and even a bird! My partner and I recently lost our beloved Jack Russell Terrier “Terrie” after 14 wonderful years. While regular travel commitments make it difficult to adopt another companion of our own at this time, we would love the opportunity to care for your “best fur-iend” when we are home! My partner and I both work from home, so, rest assured, someone will always be there with your pet for playtime, potty breaks and walks. I have a fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood. The house is of a decent size and currently we are without a full-time pet of our own. Your pet will enjoy being the center of attention!

About: I may not have dogs of my own but I sure do love being around them. Before moving I use to volunteer at an animal shelter and I loved it there just to see how dogs were able to have at least a couple of minutes of happiness from pups to seniors. I also foster kitties and have two of my own! I am currently attending nursing school, so can’t fit a full time job into my schedule. This is the best option because it’s something I love and I can still complete my studies! I would first build trust with the animal ensuring they are not frightened by me. Aside from that I love for the owners to tell me more about their pet to allow me to best adjust my skills to accommodate the pet.

His being alone in the house was not a problem for him. My take away is to be certain someone will be at home with him for most of the time he will be in someone else’s care. Danielle was very responsive and kept me informed the day Heath was in her care.”

“Tanisha was fantastic with my dog Morty. My dog is reactive and nervous around new dogs, and she was willing to do whatever it takes to make sure he would feel comfortable with her and her dog. We did a meet and greet, followed by a test overnight board and test daycare. It was incredible to see how well my dog settled in with her. You can tell she cares a lot about the dogs she watches. I’ll admit I was really nervous at first, Molly is tiny, and there were two other dogs there, one of whom was super excited to meet a new friend. So much energy can make Molly hesitant, but Hana immediately stepped in with calm, confident leadership. She set clear boundaries to help everyone settle down, which made me feel so much more comfortable. Throughout the day, she sent me several videos showing Molly relaxed and happy, calmly hanging out with the other dogs and going for a nice walk. By the end of the day, Molly was curled up on the couch with Hana, her husband, and her two new friends, a huge sign of trust from my usually cautious little dog! Hana showed wonderful leadership, genuine care, and constant attention throughout the day. I left feeling completely reassured and grateful to have found someone so capable and kind. About: Hi there! I am a recent law school graduate currently studying for the bar exam. In addition to growing up with dogs, I also have experience dealing with reactive dogs. For a time I had a rescue dog, Judge, who struggled with aggression, leash reactivity, and general fear/anxiety. Training with him and learning from him made me extremely educated on dog safety, care, and proper protocols when out on walks to ensure a good time for everyone involved. I recently moved to Sacramento after graduating law school, and would love to walk your dog (and maybe even help with some training) while I am studying for the bar exam. Hope to hear from you! My study schedule for the bar is exam is flexible as it is a self-paced course. I normally go for a walk in the mornings before I start my day, but I am free any time to assist! About: I absolutely adore dogs and their personalities. I had an older pup of my own, who has been with me all over California. Unfortunately my beautiful girl has passed. Now I have a 1 year old rambunctious little aussiedoodle named Thorin and all he wants do is play. He absolutely loves making new friends. I am always the first one to be called by any friend in need to watch their pets. I’m confident that Thorin and I can give your pet a safe space for them to have fun and you to relax and not worry. I currently work 2 miles from my place of residence. Your dog will usually just go with me to work every day, we have a bed/area set up (pet friendly environment) or if preferred the dog to stay home. My man comes with me, so we do the same for yours. Also, they would be walked first thing in the morning, on my lunch, after work and then again before bed. I have a crate if thats needed for your dog/your dog likes to have his/her own safe space. My house is free to roam for the animals. I have a big backyard they can play in.

“Chauncey had a great stay with Demetra. She has a yard that Chauncey and her dog played in nearly all day Sunday, and when I picked him up he was exhausted. Demetra is really responsive and communicative, and after meeting her I knew Chauncey was going to have a great time there. Would definitely rebook!”

“Kashay was an incredible caregiver for our dog, Al. She went above and beyond to ensure our dog felt loved and cared for in our absence. Kashay recognized that I was nervous and made sure to send constant communications and cute pictures - by day two, my worries were gone and I was confident that our Al was in great hands.
