About: I have had dogs in my life since I was in grade school. At any point in time my family had at least 4 dogs in our household. Now my husband , Justin, and I have our one Golden Retriever, Finn who’s a very social, and very well-trained boy. I would treat your dog as my own; wake up early (5:30-6) to let them out, feed them day and night, and walk/play them once or twice a day, if/as needed, and most importantly, love them as my own💞 I’ve also successfully trained a few dogs, including my own, so if you’d like for me to do some work there, as well, I can absolutely try! Aside from that, I can take your dog for runs, play their favorite activity with them, or just sit with them and rub their ears. I will do whatever is necessary, or asked of, in order for you to feel your dog is in the best care! I work part time, so my schedule can be a bit random, but I’ll always be sure to reflect my current and future availability on my Rover Calendar! Our back yard is fenced in, so should your dog need an outside break that isn’t a walk, they would be perfectly safe here! I’m willing to overnight board, as long as your dog would get along with our dog Finn. Finn hasn’t been mean to a single dog, he’s extremely social and loves having other fur friends over. I often would care for my neighbors dog since he was a puppy, parents worked full time and puppies need all the attention they can get so I helped train him. I also trained my own puppy Melo, he’s still growing and learning but I love being his mom. I currently work part time at Bath & Body Works and usually only have 2–3 shifts a week, so my schedule is very flexible. When I’m not working, I’m home spending time with my own dogs. This allows me to be available for different drop-off and pick-up times and gives me plenty of time to provide walks, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of love and attention. I treat every pet like they’re one of my own. My home is a safe, loving environment where pets get lots of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and cuddles. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I have experience with dogs who have special needs, specifically, neurological disorders requiring medication administration. I’ve spent the last two years training my dog, Bubba, through separation anxiety and reactive aggression. He went from chasing cats to occasionally taking naps with them. About: I’ve grown up with many cats and different types of dog's. I had a dog that was 19 years old and have been self training my current dog since I got him. Im currently a student at Chico State so I have plenty of time after classes and school. I have plenty of time to walk and play with your pets after 2pm on most weekdays. About: I am a retired veterinary professional and lifelong animal lover. I have two extremely friendly pups, Pukka and Tildon, that are happy to share their space if your kiddo would enjoy it. I have a fenced back yard. Our household goes on one (if not more) walks a day. My boys are well leash trained and would welcome a walking buddy. Depending on your location I'd also be happy to walk your pup solo. We love cats and I am happy to give anything from a few water and kibble top offs and litter box changes as needed to nightly cuddles and adoration. I offer a love and care for all critters (snakes, birds, rabbits, turtles, fish, dogs, cats, horses, you name it!), 10+ years of experience in the veterinary field, and an understanding of animal handling that I know will bring you comfort in my work. If your pet requires special care such as insulin injections, oral medications, SQ fluids, etc please notify me. I am comfortable with medical procedures but reserve the right to adjust my pricing according (upon discussion of course). I work 8-4:30 most days. I am two minutes away from home and always come home to check on the critters on my lunch. We go for walks in them morning before work and there is a dog door into the back yard that can be open if needed. Fenced (6+ feet) back yard with locked gate. I have door dog insert on my back door so everyone can come and go as they please. I live in a small one room studio with a yard about four times its size. Dogs are allowed on the bed and there is a step up onto the bed for senior citizens. It is a small but very comfortable space.
