About: Growing up we’ve always had cats, however a few months ago I found myself with a couple of foster kittens who had been abandoned. I bottle fed and raised these kittens, and I currently care for them, as I grew attached and decided to keep them. About: I worked at Mountain View Animal Hospital starting as a receptionist the. Transferring to a kennel assistant. As a receptionist I had to communicate information to the client regarding their pets care and meds. Which helped me learn the medical aspect of the hospital. I then realized I wanted to spend more time with the animals so I transferred to be kennel assist. I was feeding, bathing and playing with the boarding dogs and cats. Following all instructions on meds, meals, and restrictions a client request to take care of their furry friends. About: Hi! I’m Jenna. I work remotely for a nonprofit that supports first responders and military families so I’m around most of the day and your pup will get lots of attention and love! I live on a quiet property surrounded by orchards in Gridley with a big fenced yard that dogs love. My boyfriend is in law enforcement and between the two of us there’s almost always someone home. We have two friendly dogs (yellow lab and queensland heeler) and two kids who love animals and will happily play and give your pup of love. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, happy, and part of the family while you’re away! As a dog mom myself I know how important this is! Your pup will be part of a pretty active and dog friendly household. Between my schedule and my boyfriend who works in law enforcement, someone is usually around the house most of the day. About: I’ve been taking care of cats and dogs for 15 years! It started with a dog my mom bought me when I was little. I feed wash and walk my pets. I feed the pets twice a day.I walk the dogs every 2 to 3 hours. I bathe them once a week depending on how dirty they get. About: I have always loved being around dogs. I used to have one of my own before moving away from my parents’ house. Before moving, I taught my dog a few tricks like sitting, giving me her paw, lying down, not pulling on the leash, and staying in one place. I loved her very much and cared for her as if she were my child, so it won’t be hard for me to care for and love your dog as my own. I have always grown up around dogs, no matter their size or breed. Although I’m not a mom, I tend to have a strong maternal instinct when I’m around them. I currently am going to college and am not working any other job so I am pretty flexible on scheduling at the moment. Right now I only have afternoon classes and there is a good gap in between them where I could fit in a walk. I am also completely open on the weekend Friday through Sunday. When taking care of your pet I would make sure to be aware of how friendly your dog may be I don’t intend on having them be pretty close to other dogs as I can’t predict how nice or reactive the other dogs may be. I would make sure to have water and treats on me as well as monitor how tired your dog may be
