“Achara was such a blessing for us. We were literally leaving in 1 day, down to crunch time, and freaking out because our girls have never been away from home. She did a meet and greet that afternoon, and was so easy going, very friendly, and even suggested if we wanted to make the transition for our babies easier, that we could bring them that same evening, as an option too. She was friendly and welcoming, her down to earth demeanor spoke volumes. My son and I liked her right from the start. Once we received our first update text and picture, my husband felt reassured, more and at ease in our decision. She kept in communication with us, put us at ease with the whole process (clear communication, the payment process because it was our first time with Rover as well) and gave us both pictures and updates of how they were doing. She respected our dogs' boundaries, as well as gave them options with sleeping arrangements. We knew our dogs were in the perfect hands while we were gone. We definitely will be making plans in the near future, either for over night or even just for the day. About: Ived taken care and loved many dogs growing up I’m very experienced with dogs of any age, family and friends have replied on me to sit for their pets while away on trips At the moment I’m home all day morning and afternoon, once I’m back at work I will be mostly available afternoons and weekends but willing to make schedule changes I live in an apartment with a small fenced patio but will mostly be taking your fur baby out for walks and potty breaks, I currently do not have any other dogs or cats.

About: I've grown up with all sorts of pets for as long as I can remember. Dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish. I have two cats of my own right now (two very spoiled babies). I'm typically free in the evenings Monday through Thursday and completely free on the weekends. But if needed for an emergency I can work from home Monday through Thursday to be there for your pet. I care for pets in the same way that I care for myself, with the upmost care. Dogs get walked at least twice a day, and plenty of love. Cats also get the same, and I have plenty of toys for both cats and dogs.

I have 1 green cheek conure, 1 desert tortoise, 2 cats, and 1 dog myself. I can medicate your animals, but also help with training, exercise, grooming, and other enriching or basic husbandry care. I’ve recently moved to Woodland to help my sister with her kids, which leaves me some time for myself but not enough for a full time job. That’s where pet sitting comes in for me. Animal care is an important thing to me, and I love to know I’m helping your pet live their best life. Most pets will be comfortable in their own home so I can make house trips at least twice a day, perhaps more depending on where you are located respective to me. About: I have had a variety of animals always in my life. I have cared for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish and rodents. (All of which I've had at some point) I have also worked for a rescue charity for 7+ years which resulted in having learned basic and emergency care, as well as administration of medication. About: I grew up on a farm, animals galore. I was always with the animals, they are incredible companions, as well as teachers. I have been on the birthing end of Dogs, Birds, Fish, Turtles Horses, Cows and sheep. Unfortunately I have been on the departure side as well. My love of animals is only second to my love of Life. I also have a very extensive medical education, no not vetinary, but this is the one time I am glad they can't talk. People give way to much information, where as animal will give you indications as to the possible problems. It has been my experience that diet is usually the culprit, but not always. Any other critters would be treated according to there familial traits.
About: I have an understanding of dog psychology and act calm under pressure. Previously, I was the dog trainer at Petsmart for a year and a half. I love dogs very much and care for their success! My main concern is the dog's health, which is why walking them is extremely important. Giving dog's additional exercise other than playing in the back yard is key to releasing their excess energy. Walks also provide new areas to explore which will give them an opportunity to use their smellers and analyze the world. You will be surprised at how tuckered out they become! If you wanted to have your dog work on socialization and make new dog friends, I am more than willing to help your fur baby improve in this area. I am available Tuesday through Saturday mornings for a walk. There is a possibility of opening a window of availability in the afternoons. Let’s talk! “Achara was such a blessing for us. We were literally leaving in 1 day, down to crunch time, and freaking out because our girls have never been away from home. She was friendly and welcoming, her down to earth demeanor spoke volumes. My son and I liked her right from the start.
