About: Hi! My name is Sherleen and I love dogs and have always grown up with them. I had a childhood chihuahua that I took care of for over 15 years. I now have a malte poo and a pug that I’ve been raising for over 11 years since before they could be weaned from their mom. You can imagine the nights waking up to feed them like human babies! I’ve picked up doggie accidents that seemed like natural disasters and have groomed and bathed my dogs since having them. I’ve cared for dogs from shelters who have trust issues around humans, dogs with behavioral issues and health issues. This includes giving them routine medication around the clock, dedicating time to gaining trust, or as simple as them needing help cleaning themselves after using the restroom. I own 2 Brachycephalic dogs so I also understand the attention those breeds require. Personally, my pug is allergic to fleas and ticks so my house and yard are flea and tick free for her safety! I am a college student who’s doing classes online this summer and can 100% dedicate attention and care. Dogs are our babies and deserve nothing less! I currently work with students as an orchestra tutor and a coach working with students ranging of ages. I work around schedules for students and I can do the same for people needing pet sitting! I am currently trying my hand at freelance graphic design and content creation, so I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. The only commitment I have is barn cleaning Monday-Wednesday for 3 hours each day. In your home, I will follow all instructions to the letter and ensure your animals and home are kept safe, happy, and in order. At my home, I have 2 separate yards and multiple kennels available if needed. My own dogs sleep and take breaks from the elements in their kennels, but are otherwise outside barking at squirrels! Depending on your dogs temperament and play style, they can either take turns with my dogs in one of the yards or rough house along with them. While my dogs are large, they have proven themselves to know their own strength. They played very well with a Chihuahua we were fostering for a few weeks.
