She was skilled in handling all the troublemaking that Moss could throw at her and communicated everything to me; e.g. when Moss pulled a painting off the wall and into her water dish, Quetzaly rescued the painting for me and on short notice refreshed the water dish just so there wouldn't be any traces of paint in the water, which I really appreciated. I also loved all the photos and the little notes she left during the visit (and my family enjoyed the updates too!).
