She even put up with our extra-early drop-off and pick-up times. Her friendliness and love of pets is genuine, and she helped our Leo and Charlie warm up to her dogs Penny and Moe instantly. Leo is not always good with other dogs, but Danielle has a gift for helping the menagerie get along. Danielle's place is truly "Paradise" for dogs! I highly, highly recommend Danielle.”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, so being around them has always felt natural to me. I recently graduated from Chico state and currently have two dogs of my own a 6 year old toy poodle and a 5 months old border collie mix. As a pet owner myself, I know how hard it can be to leave your dog or cat with someone else. That’s why I do my best to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re with me. Whether your pet loves to play, go for walks, or just relax and get cuddles, I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention and care. I treat every pet like they’re part of the family, and I’ll always keep you updated so you can have peace of mind while you’re away! I currently work part time at Bath & Body Works and usually only have 2–3 shifts a week, so my schedule is very flexible. When I’m not working, I’m home spending time with my own dogs. This allows me to be available for different drop-off and pick-up times and gives me plenty of time to provide walks, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of love and attention. “We had a great experience with Yesenia! My husband and I are very thorough when we are choosing a sitter for our dogs. We like to make sure that the environment is welcoming, safe, and fun for them as they are our family members (we look for sitters who allow dogs on furniture and on the bed and are good with dogs who have dietary restrictions). Yesenia was very understanding and after a meet and greet, we felt very comfortable having her watch our girls in her home. She has a great space for sitting and a wonderful backyard where our girls could run around with each other! She even asked if we had any preferential instructions that we may not have included in our online request. She was very responsive when we asked for updates on our dogs' stay and sent pictures to us as well. Her availability was also a great fit for us. My schedule is flexible since my daily job is a hairdresser, so I can adjust my schedule to fit in needs for each animal individually. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I have experience with dogs who have special needs, specifically, neurological disorders requiring medication administration. I’ve spent the last two years training my dog, Bubba, through separation anxiety and reactive aggression. He went from chasing cats to occasionally taking naps with them. My first dog, Lilly, was reactive to dogs and when I brought home Bubba as a puppy, my family called him “snack” because they didn’t think it was possible, but she immediately took him in and they were inseparable for 7 years! I’ve always been gifted at reading animals - humans, not so much. I will always advocate for those who can’t advocate for themselves :) I’m available every day, whenever you need! I recently quit my job and needed a fun way to get a little extra cash before moving to the PNW! Unfortunately, my dog is an anti-social introvert and doesn’t like visitors. About: I am a retired veterinary professional and lifelong animal lover. I have two extremely friendly pups, Pukka and Tildon, that are happy to share their space if your kiddo would enjoy it. I have a fenced back yard. Our household goes on one (if not more) walks a day. My boys are well leash trained and would welcome a walking buddy. Depending on your location I'd also be happy to walk your pup solo. We love cats and I am happy to give anything from a few water and kibble top offs and litter box changes as needed to nightly cuddles and adoration. I offer a love and care for all critters (snakes, birds, rabbits, turtles, fish, dogs, cats, horses, you name it!), 10+ years of experience in the veterinary field, and an understanding of animal handling that I know will bring you comfort in my work. If your pet requires special care such as insulin injections, oral medications, SQ fluids, etc please notify me. I am comfortable with medical procedures but reserve the right to adjust my pricing according (upon discussion of course). I work 8-4:30 most days. I am two minutes away from home and always come home to check on the critters on my lunch. We go for walks in them morning before work and there is a dog door into the back yard that can be open if needed. Fenced (6+ feet) back yard with locked gate. I have door dog insert on my back door so everyone can come and go as they please. I live in a small one room studio with a yard about four times its size. Dogs are allowed on the bed and there is a step up onto the bed for senior citizens. It is a small but very comfortable space.
