I recently graduated from Chico state and currently have two dogs of my own a 6 year old toy poodle and a 5 months old border collie mix. I have a good 7.5 years of experience under my belt and I have a high attention to detail to make sure that your fuzzy member of the family is getting top quality care. I am available Saturday through Tuesday, as those are my current days off. A typical day with your pet would include walks as many times a day as necessary, meals whenever they are typically had and plenty of play and relaxation throughout the day. If I have a meeting/appointment or need to leave the house for a bit, your pet won't be left alone for more than four hours. I carefully follow all feeding, medication, and care instructions, and make sure litter boxes are cleaned, water is refreshed, and the home is left tidy. I make sure each animal gets the right balance of playtime, affection, and calm companionship depending on their personality. I always move at their pace, especially with shy or anxious fur babies, and never force interaction. My goal is to make every animal feel safe, comfortable, and secure in their own environment while their owner is away. I also send regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your fur baby is being well cared for.

About: I’m an experienced pet and farm sitter. I’ve taken care of other peoples animals, ranches and farms (chickens, cows, horses, donkeys, pigs, goats, dogs, bunnies and cats) for over 10 years. My clients are now primarily dogs and cats, but I am experienced and open to accepting all animals! I have experience with live-stock guardian pets, reactive animals, high energy pets, and pets that just want to relax all day. I am comfortable and familiar with animals who have anxiety, boundary reactivity, resource guarding issues, behavioral issues, puppies, senior animals and so much more. I’ve worked in shelters, on farms, and in training for over 10 years. Your animals will be treated just like my own-with love, respect and understanding! I am typically unavailable Tuesdays and Thursdays, but always feel free to ask about a particular Tuesday or Thursday and I may be able to schedule with you. Feel free to ask any questions about schedules. My rates include constant care while I’m with your animals. I don’t currently offer boarding since one of my dogs is reactive. Your pets safety is my biggest priority! I want to care for your pets in the way you do, to ensure they’re as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I am open to any schedule, services, and needs your pet has!
