“I know my dog had an amazing time. She looked happy and relaxed when I picked her up. My baby Roxie did well her dog and think they may have horsed around quite a bit since when we got home she just napped like she does after having park time. We got pictures and updates of Roxie and we could tell she was tended to and being loved as well. We were late to pick her up due to flight delays and eventually cancelations. Sylvia was easy to coordinate with for the extra unexpected day. Also, my dog was bitten by a dog the day before we dropped her off and she had meds and special instructions to which I know she kept a good eye on her as the wound/bite had healed and was looking good even 2days after the incident. I would totally recommend her as she is attentive and caring. Roxie is our baby girl and she can be timid but with Sylvia my doggie felt right at home!! That is priceless to know while we were so far away from our little girl.”

About: I’ve raised puppies, kittens, baby birds, chickens and various other animals, I’ve also had experience working on a dog farm and groomed various types of breeds. I’m available for part-time work and am flexible when it comes to scheduling. I am open to working Monday-Sun as long as it’s planned at least a week in advance. About: I have been owned by cats and dogs in the past. I recently transferred with my job from the East Coast to Utah, and now reside in Northern California and currently frequent the Humane Society to visit with the cats and dogs waiting for homes. Pet Sitting - I am able to walk them/feed in the mornings and after 5 p.m. Monday-Wednesday and Thursday - Sundays more frequently. I do prefer overnight pet sitting. I am reliable, responsible and have a "knack" with most pets. I do need to know about any behavioral issues (likes to chew on things that aren't their toys for example). Do they do well with new people? I prefer not to sit pit bull terriers, but mixed breeds I don't have a problem with. About: My own dog, Zeus, who was a German Shepard, had developed hip dysplasia in his elder years. He passed in 2024 but in his last years of life I learned to properly administer his two medications, and was able to trick him into taking them when he was stubborn, which was all of the time. I cleaned up after him while my parents were away and sat with him when he was anxious, which again, was all of the time. I took him on walks when he was younger and was able to handle his strength. I adore dogs and understand the stress of leaving a special needs dog by themselves. If you need a calm energy for your senior dog, or playfulness for your puppy, I'm your guy. At the moment I am still looking for a full or part time job, so my days and nights are completely open for those who need a sitter. I will care for your dog by first making sure they have their nessecities, food, water, medication, and a bathroom break. If we go on a walk I will make sure their harness and leash are secure, and am willing to walk however long your dog wishes to walk. When we come back to your home I will make sure he is uninjured, no issues with the feet or body if we go to a dog park. I am willing to do anything and everything to ensure the safety and health of a dog.
