I have an open schedule, and I try to be as accommodating as possible. I grew up with what I feel is almost every type of animal imaginable, so nothing gets past me. I have also grown up around many litters of puppies, so I have experience bottle-feeding and attending to needs. I also have dealt with animals diagnosed with dementia and other health problems they just need a little extra love and time is all! I also have handled disabled pets including missing appendages and paralysis. I love being able to give pets the attention and time they need and deserve while the owners can be worry-free. Dog breeds I cannot watch in my home are pit bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, chow chows, and wolf hybrids. This is just part of the navy’s housing policies. Pet care is my priority! I currently don’t have a job since I just moved to this area a couple of months ago so I am completely available to give furry friends the attention they need. Since I am not in a position to take pets into my own home I try to be my absolute best wherever I am! Having works as a receptionist in a veterinary hospital I have learned the proper care for every animal that passed through our doors. I’ve cared for pregnant stray cats and fostered their newborn kittens to young adulthood and beyond. I’ve both raised and helped train dogs from birth as well as caring for elderly pups. I work part-time but I walk/bike daily and have the majority of my days free to walk, play, and love on sweet fur baby’s. I miss having animals in my home and would love to help you with yours! I have a good size fenced-in backyard and am not too worried about little (or big) paws on my furniture. There's room to play either inside or out, a quiet neighborhood to walk in, and a park a few minutes away. If your companion is crate trained I do have my own crates if that is something you need/are interested in. I have had to care for sick as well as elderly babies, both dogs, and cats, so if your pet needs certain accommodations or extra attention I have some experience in working with those that need a little extra help.
About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a child. And from my senior year of high school until my freshman year of college I worked at an Animal rescue, taking care and adopting out a plethora of animals. I am currently working full time. But would definitely be able to take care of your animals from 4pm on Friday’s until 9 pm on Sunday’s. I have a fenced in yard with one medium sized dog and two cats. My animals are very loving and don’t really ever have issues with other animals. There are lots of toys to also keep your dogs and cats entertained and comfortable. I have an open schedule, and I try to be as accommodating as possible. I grew up with what I feel is almost every type of animal imaginable, so nothing gets past me. I have also grown up around many litters of puppies, so I have experience bottle-feeding and attending to needs. I also have dealt with animals diagnosed with dementia and other health problems they just need a little extra love and time is all! I also have handled disabled pets including missing appendages and paralysis. I love being able to give pets the attention and time they need and deserve while the owners can be worry-free. Dog breeds I cannot watch in my home are pit bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, chow chows, and wolf hybrids. This is just part of the navy’s housing policies. Pet care is my priority! I currently don’t have a job since I just moved to this area a couple of months ago so I am completely available to give furry friends the attention they need. Since I am not in a position to take pets into my own home I try to be my absolute best wherever I am! I am a big advocate for respect not only to others but their property as well so when working with clients and their homes I hold myself to a standard of leaving everything as it was unless specifically told otherwise. Doing this can also help me build trust with the pet simply as an acknowledgment that I understand that it is their territory and I am in their space.
