“Huina was the perfect pick to board our Teddy boy with for the weekend. We had booked last minute and were worried that we wouldn’t be able to find anyone to take care of Teddy, but she responded immediately and accepted Teddy to stay with her and her family. Upon drop off Teddy was so comfortable going with her immediately, there was no hesitation. I received my first update about Teddy within minutes and knew Teddy was good hands. Huina kept us updated very consistently and sent videos and pictures that helped all my worries go away. Teddy was welcomed into their home and made new friends with this family and we will definitely book with her again if she is available. I cannot recommend her enough and will be telling all of my friends and family how happy we were and more importantly how happy Teddy was with her. He is a dog with a lot of energy and she was able to keep him happy and took great care of him. Best choice I could’ve made for Teddy 😁 10/10 recommend 🥰”
“Allen is the first person I’ve ever used on Rover. I started with one daycare, then one overnight and then proceeded to a 2 week stay for my 12 yo dog. I was very nervous bc she had never stayed with anyone who wasn’t family. Every time I picked her up and then dropped her off, I very carefully observed her behavior. She always wagged her tail and jumped right into him for scratches and would expose her belly for rubs. That made me feel comfortable. My dog is a fiery girl and nips if she is bothered. I warned Allen of her finicky senior behavior and he said she was overall fine. I provided him a notebook full of information but the most important was her medicine and he and his wife handled it like I asked. I would definitely ask Allen and his family again if we need another dog sitter. He sent pictures daily and responded very quickly. Thank you Allen!”

About: I don’t have experience with cats love them but in my household growing up, there is so many dogs that there wasn’t any room for cats, and the dogs were accustomed time, though I have gone through research studying how their mannerisms are things are common in them from body to personality wise as well as their diet, making sure of what they can and cannot eat as they do differ from dogs.

“Daysha is a lifesaver! I came into town from over eight hours away under very stressful circumstances and had never been to the area before. When my pet sitter canceled at the last minute, I decided to bring my almost two-year-old Chinese Crested with me. My mom suggested trying Rover for doggy daycare. It was 9 PM and less than 48 hours before my arrival, but Daysha responded immediately. She was communicative, professional, and instantly put my mind at ease. She happily agreed to care for my pup on short notice, asked thoughtful questions about his routine, diet, and personality, and was incredibly flexible with an early morning drop-off and pickup time. On our way there, we discovered that the nonrefundable hotel I had booked didn’t allow pets. I had been misinformed and immediately panicked. We reached out to Daysha to ask if she could accommodate an overnight stay instead—even though we were still seven hours away and wouldn’t arrive until around 11 PM. She didn’t hesitate for a second and said, “no problem!” My dog sleeps with me every night, and this was our first time apart. I hadn’t planned for him to stay elsewhere, but Daysha was completely prepared and even had a crate available since I hadn’t brought one. She and her adorable chihuahua mix, Harlow, met us outside, and we introduced the dogs on leash first in a neutral space—such a thoughtful and knowledgeable approach. Then we moved to the backyard so they could get more comfortable off-leash. She even invited us inside briefly before I said goodbye, which I really appreciated. I was worried my pup might have a hard time adjusting, especially since he’s used to sleeping with me, but Daysha handled everything with ease. She didn’t force him into the crate (which meant a lot to me), and he ended up sleeping comfortably in the bed I brought. Throughout his stay, I received regular photo and video updates, and Daysha remained consistently communicative. Honestly, I think it was harder on me than it was on my dog! I’m so grateful for this experience—Daysha truly went above and beyond, and I would absolutely trust her again.”
About: Growing up with dogs I realize all dogs are good dogs but it takes time to understand them and build trust. It doesn’t matter if your dog is in training or well trained already, I’m ready to give them a home away from home while you are busy. I work from home and I am home most of the time. Your dogs will get the same attention and care I give my own three dogs. If you have a certain schedule, such as feeding and potty, please let me know. My dogs roam free around the house and yours are welcome to as well. They will also be able go in and out of the house into the yard freely while I am home. About: I work for the purrground. It is a non profit cat rescue and I care for multiple cats at a time with all different tempers and conditions. I also work for a nonprofit reptile rescue, I am very experienced with many types of animals. I have pet-sat over 20 pets in a home safely and cleanly! About: I’ve lived with several types of dogs for all my whole life. Multiply at the same time from family members to mine and I have learned how different breeds have different personalities and how even when they’re different they all just need patience and love and space to grow. making sure that they are paid correctly fed correctly to healthy owner wants it to be. I’ve pet it for many of my family members and have always taken care of my dogs so I know with puppies sometimes you have to help potty train and teach trick tricks as well as as for senior animals or dogs you need to be very specific where they sleep how they’re bathe how they are overall taking care of as well if they need any pills to be incorporated with their food. As well as their meals need to be made special that can be arranged. Like many college students most of my time is usually at home studying or the library so my schedule is very flexible, whether you need me to go to you’re home at at any time with enough time in advance. I have a fenced house so the animal can’t get out and then a small wooden fence that is if the dog wants to be separated from my other dogs but I’m much more comfortable making sure the pet is in their own home due to my dogs because they aren’t friendly with others pets

About: My family had puppy dog named Hazel who we had for about 3 years. I used to play fetch with her in the backyard when I’d come home from school when I was around 10. I’d help with baths, walking her, my mom taught me how bring her inside when I was home alone doing homework, she behaved great and protected me well. A few years later, she passed from choking while eating something that I think had a bone in it and that was the first experience of heartbreak/loss. A few years after that, I adopted my current pet cat on my birthday, Ace, who I love so much. I’ve always loved animals and give pets to dogs whenever I have permission to, my best friend has many dogs so when I go over her house, I get all the cuddles and get drooled on, which I’m used to at this point. I love watching dog training videos and educating myself as I get older so when I finally get a dog again, as an adult, I want to be prepared and educated on how to protect their health, feed them properly and keep them safe with proper nutrition, exercise and training. I would personally love to get myself a Doberman or German Shepherd (Like Hazel was). I often go to my aunts house who has multiple chunky french bulldogs and help her in anyway I can, I enjoy how sweet dogs are and would love to help do any training techniques you’d love your little doggo to be working on while you are away. I am also in the process of my goal of losing 100lbs! So this helps me get the exercise I need while doing something I’m passionate about! Weekday and Weekends for now, preferably during the Morning & Afternoons on Weekdays and anytime as long as there is a day notice beforehand so I can clear my schedule just for your pet. We had booked last minute and were worried that we wouldn’t be able to find anyone to take care of Teddy, but she responded immediately and accepted Teddy to stay with her and her family. Upon drop off Teddy was so comfortable going with her immediately, there was no hesitation. I received my first update about Teddy within minutes and knew Teddy was good hands. Huina kept us updated very consistently and sent videos and pictures that helped all my worries go away. Teddy was welcomed into their home and made new friends with this family and we will definitely book with her again if she is available. I cannot recommend her enough and will be telling all of my friends and family how happy we were and more importantly how happy Teddy was with her. “Allen is the first person I’ve ever used on Rover. I started with one daycare, then one overnight and then proceeded to a 2 week stay for my 12 yo dog. I was very nervous bc she had never stayed with anyone who wasn’t family. Every time I picked her up and then dropped her off, I very carefully observed her behavior. She always wagged her tail and jumped right into him for scratches and would expose her belly for rubs. That made me feel comfortable. My dog is a fiery girl and nips if she is bothered. I warned Allen of her finicky senior behavior and he said she was overall fine. I provided him a notebook full of information but the most important was her medicine and he and his wife handled it like I asked. I would definitely ask Allen and his family again if we need another dog sitter. He sent pictures daily and responded very quickly. Thank you Allen!”
