She ran into the house like it was her own. Angela was patient with me being this was our very 1st Rover experience. I had a lot of issues with the website. Kangwoong took care of JuJu as soon as she rushed through the door to play with their daughter. The updates were timely as if Angela could tell when I was missing our little pup. And the whole family came to say goodbye when it was time to leave. Small gestures that mean a lot! She must have had a good day as she slept on the ride home & passed out a little before her usual bedtime in a deep sleep. About: I’m an experienced dog sitter who had just relocated from San Francisco. I regularly watched a dog 3 times a week and can take up to 2 dogs at once. I've helped take care of my parents dog for 8 years since she was a puppy and I take her to the beach, for walks, to play at the dog park, and bathe her regularly. I work until 3pm so I have plenty of time in the afternoon to take pups out for walks. I love meeting new dogs and am used to high energy dogs. Some quick points we really appreciated: -Had us fill out an in-depth questionnaire about feeding/exercise/health/behavior -Sent plenty of videos/photos/updates, incredibly communicative -Only takes in a few other clients simultaneously -A meet and greet with their own dog -Fenced front and back yard -Someone is always home -We got to take home a cute polaroid of our pup at the end :) We highly recommend to have your pups stay with Jesse and Kimmy!”
