“Irina is a wonderful sitter. She watched our 6-year-old dog and our son's new puppy for 4 nights. She was very proactive, with lots of updates and videos of our girls, and super responsive whenever we checked in or had a question. Her training as a vet is so reassuring. She noticed that our girl was exhibiting some behaviors that indicated she had some inflammation and was kind enough to intervene (with our blessing) to straighten things out for us. Would 100% recommend Irina.”

“Thank you Reginay for caring for Queenie. She had a great time and I knew she was in the best hands. Lots of walks and play time. Pics and prompt communication. Appreciate it!”
“They were so accommodating on such short notice. Gave Bodie the quiet space she needed on the final leg of her spay recovery. Received many updates along with photos. I don't think she wanted to leave when it was time to pick her up. Wonderful people and will definitely keep Marie & James in mind for next time. <3”

“Wonderful care for our dog, we are so grateful. Wenchi’s communication from first contact through the pick up was excellent, fast, and helpful. We got lots of updates, including pictures and videos. Thank you for taking such good care of Pete.”

“Denise took wonderful care of my dog while we were away. She communicated clearly throughout the process, sent regular updates and pictures to let us know how she was doing, and my pup came home happy. A great experience!”

“First time with Briana. Our fur babies stayed with her for 7 days. Receiving pictures on a day to day basis from Briana, gave me comfort and felt safe. I found me a doggies sitter that I can trust.”

“Achara was fantastic! She took great care of my dog for a whole week, and was very accommodating with my last-minute request and when plans had to change. I will definitely rebook with her in the future.”

“Vanessa and her family were absolutely fantastic with our dog! We were kept up to date on daily activities and pictures with how he was doing! He was definitely treated like family and we will definitely be returning the next time we need a sitter!”

“Roy was very accommodating to our needs for our doggie Onyx and was very responsive by text. He sent us lots of photos of our guy, which was very comforting. We highly recommend him for your doggos stay!”

“My dog was very comfortable with Rekha. My dog is usually very nervous and I could tell she enjoyed her stay. Rekha and her family are very nice people and I would recommend her dogsitting to anyone.”

“I wasn't sure my dog Max would want to come back home after spending time with Mayra and all the beings in her warm and comforting home. Her kind and gentle nature put us all at ease.”

“It was the absolute best experience. Cristal was constantly communicating to give us updates on our pup and what his day looked like. We got pictures every day to see him playing and napping which brought us so much peace of mind. On top of that she was so sweet and gave our dog her own treats because I forgot to pack some for him. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would do so in a heart beat. I don’t think I would feel confortable boarding my pup anywhere else.”

“Tammy was very easy to talk to, promptly responds and just overall helpful as to this was our first time leaving our 1 year old dog with someone else. She did a meet and greet prior to our trip. She did daily check ins and sent photos of our doggy. We’d definitely use her again in the future!”

“Aki took care of our dog, Jack, very well. He got walk, sun bathing, and we got a lot of pictures from her. We tried the other sitter too, and I trust Aki more. Definitely would book her again next time.”

“Wendy was great. She took a last minute booking that allowed us to enjoy our trip with peace of mind. Our dog Miley got along great with Wendy’s two dogs. They couldn’t stop playing all day. Wendy kept us updated with pics and messages. Miley got plenty of long walks while in Wendy’s care. Miley had such a great time that when we got back to pick her up she almost didn’t want to leave. If you’re a husky owner who has a dog with separation anxiety I recommend giving Wendy a try.”

“Both were super sweet. Kind energy. My little guy was so happy when I picked him up. So I know I left him in good hands. Received a video of him on a walk and a pic of him lounging while I was away. Super thankful for them! Can't wait to have them watch Roscoe in the future”

“Sarah was a fantastic sitter for my kitten. He loved her so much, he gave her cuddles. She was very responsible and gave me updates and pictures every day. She even went out of her way to accommodate my kitten when he had difficulties transitioning to a new type of litter and food when I was gone (due to supply shortages). I was very lucky she took care of my cat last minute, due to an emergency situation in which the original person who was going to watch my cat ended up in the hospital. I am thankful for her service!”

About: Hi there, welcome to my profile! :) As a child, I grew up with multiple different kinds of pets, including cats. I have experience with seniors, cats with kidney issues, bottle-feeding, and even litter-box training. I even helped my cat birth a litter of kittens right in my very own bedroom when I was in fourth grade! Animals aren't able to verbally communicate their needs, so experience is necessary in order to figure out what they require to live a happy life. I'm extremely patient, caring and passionate about animals. I hope you entrust me with the care of your fur baby!
“This is our second time using Sammi and she always leaves cute personal notes every time she visits. We absolutely love her taking care of our two cats and feel content knowing they are in good hands.”

About: I currently have two dogs at home that have been raised since they were puppies. I provide consistent routines for our dogs and am confident in my ability to provide stability for your dogs while you are away from home. My home has a fenced off area indoors and outdoors to give your dogs plenty of space to roam around and not have to be fully cooped up all day. I will help your dogs have a home away from home. I currently have a full time job, but my job also allows for work from home so my schedule is based on my ability to be home during your pet’s stay. Even if I need to be in office, I can come home during my lunch break for 30 minutes to tend to the dogs. On weekends I will be home and only go out for a few hours at a time for groceries. I am very familiar with crate training and other simple tricks for dogs. I always feed all dogs separately to ensure no food guarding occurs and we monitor the dogs throughout meal time. I am comfortable with feeding basic medications if needed.
About: With years of hands-on experience caring for dogs since age 15, I bring calm, reliable, and high-attention care to every pet I work with. I’ve volunteered with the Humane Society and a local Bay Area puppy rescue, and I’m especially confident supporting puppies, senior pets, and animals who require extra medical attention. I’ve raised two dogs of my own—Player (a full-sized Collie) and Kona (a toy Maltipoo)—and have provided ongoing care for an Australian Shepherd (from 8 weeks old through adulthood), a senior German Shepherd, and a Bengal cat. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, loved, and completely at home while keeping routines and care instructions consistent, while letting you feel reassured your pet is in good hands while you are away with as many updates as you’d like! I have open availability so I am able to drop by for walks, check-ins, or overnight stays as you need. I find that keeping the dog in their own environment is the least stressful to them. I am able to accommodate whatever you and your fur baby needs! I do have a fenced in yard with no current animals in the house, however I find it best for me to stay in the dogs normal environment vs bringing them into a new one. I am open to discussing if you prefer I keep them at my place, but heavily prefer staying at your home with them.
“Oreo and I so appreciate Amanda and Hector’s help during these beginning weeks of the new school year! I know Oreo looks forward to going on his lunch potty breaks with Hector where he can sniff to his heart’s content. 🐕 💜 🥰 We truly appreciate Hector’s flexibility when he comes a bit earlier some days due to the hotter weather or Oreo’s needs. We will definitely be requesting Amanda & Hector again!”

About: We are a mother, daughter duo! You may meet myself YingYing or Annie, my daughter. However, we provide the same adequate care! Animal sitting has been a big thing of ours since we can remember and now that we have adopted Bingo, it has pushed us to do this full-time. We have had Bingo for about 3 years with no issues and no emergency pet visits. She is healthy and lively albeit a little lazy. You can say she is at the top of our food chain in our household. We live in an area where there are trails right next to our house for walks and the park is a block away. We also have a minivan that can take the doggies to the park if they have mobility issues. We are equipped in handling pushy dogs when they are walking and can control their behaviors. Additionally, we can read some body cues from dogs. Please message or email us before booking so we are aware of your dog’s situation and are able to care for them to the full extent. I am currently a stay at home mom with kids aged 10 and 14 so I can accept bookings whenever is necessary. I intend to pet sit as a full time job with opening on the weekends as well. Bingo is quite calm and careless. She is trained to go into a bedroom on command and we have multiple helping hands to situate her and your own fur baby.

About: Hi! My name is Liz. I recently re-downloaded Rover after being away for a few years, and I’m excited to start pet sitting again through Rover. I’m a college graduate with years of experience caring for pets through my mom’s Rover account, along with ongoing cat sitting jobs and trusted repeat clients. I’m known for being a great communicator, dependable, and attentive to both pets and owners. I offer house sitting, drop-ins, walks, overnight care, and can also help with light household tasks like bringing in mail/packages, watering plants, pulling trash cans in or out, and keeping your home tidy while you’re away. I especially love caring for senior pets and pets who do best staying in the comfort of their own home. I understand every animal has different needs, personalities, and routines, and I always try to make them feel safe and comfortable while you’re gone. For overnight stays, my fiancé may occasionally accompany me for safety and comfort purposes, but your pet’s care and respect for your home always come first. I’m happy to communicate openly beforehand so everyone feels comfortable and confident. Feel free to message me anytime with questions. I respond quickly and would love to see if we’re a good fit for you and your pets! Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine because I currently have a very flexible schedule during the week. Outside of pet sitting, I spend my time applying to jobs in clinical research, running errands, doing chores, and meeting with friends, which gives me plenty of availability and flexibility for drop-ins, walks, overnight stays, and last-minute bookings. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so caring for pets never feels like a chore to me. I’m very attentive with feeding schedules, playtime, walks, litter box cleaning, medications if needed, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. At this time, I only offer care in my client’s home because I have an anxious 9-year-old tabby cat at home, and I want to keep his environment calm and stress-free. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always try to maintain their normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. For overnight stays, I usually stay in the guest room or designated area of the home, and many pets enjoy sleeping nearby or spending time with me throughout the day.

“Tammy was very easy to talk to, promptly responds and just overall helpful as to this was our first time leaving our 1 year old dog with someone else. She did a meet and greet prior to our trip. She did daily check ins and sent photos of our doggy. We’d definitely use her again in the future!”

“Both were super sweet. Kind energy. My little guy was so happy when I picked him up. So I know I left him in good hands. Received a video of him on a walk and a pic of him lounging while I was away. Super thankful for them! Can't wait to have them watch Roscoe in the future”

“Ceudi and her wonderful family were great sitters for our senior Boxer (11yr). She was attentive to his medical needs (medicine and care) and stubborn habits. She sent daily updates and always responded quickly to our messages. She lives in a nice neighborhood with a large park nearby. We will definitely be reaching out to her for our future sitting needs.”

“Anais was very aware and considerate of my dog’s needs and our preferences. She was communicative and shared pictures throughout the stay. I will definitely reach out to Anais again in the future.”

“Zariyah was amazing! She sent pictures and videos of my pup and gave me an update on him every day. She took excellent care of him. Her other dogs were very sweet. She took the time to introduce them all to my dog differently, and they all got along. I highly recommend her, and definitely intend to use her again if we need to board him in the future. She even got him to eat while he stayed with her (something no one else has been able to accomplish, so this is very impressive). He came back happy, healthy, and tired - exactly how he should be after a fun time. I highly recommend Zariyah!”

“Amazing as always! Qiana is very flexible and accommodating to our needs. Azora cried when she got home like she didn’t want to be away from them and then slept most of the day lol she obviously loves it there!”

“Anton took such good care of our dog Milton. He sent us numerous photos while we were on our trip. After a bad experience at a boarding kennel we couldn’t send our dog back to a kennel. We needed something different. Anton gave Milton some organic pumpkin in his food to help with his digestion and made sure he was properly hydrated. We are truly grateful. We will continue to take Milton to Anton when we go on trips. We don’t worry at all while we were gone. Anton kept Milton safe and hydrated.”

“Annie was great, she accommodated her schedule during Thanksgiving break to help us board our dog while visiting family. We appreciate her flexibility and will definitely use her services again.”

“My dog Oreo had a great two weeks with Marilee and Joe. Oreo had loads of fun playing and wrestling with their dog Zuko who is a great role model for my 3 year old pup. The entire family welcomed and played with Oreo. He even got to go visit the river to swim! 😊 🐕 💗 💦 Marilee was great with communication and sent photos of my happy pup! Lol! He had such a great time I was sort of worried that Oreo would be in withdrawal when we got home without all of their company and attention! We are planning on having Oreo visit again when we go out of town.”
