“I felt safe leaving the dogs with Genae and when we picked them up they were calm and happy. There is a lot of space to run and play for the pups and she is very efficient . It was the perfect situation.”

“Nancy did a great Job with my puppy, he has a lot of social anxiety and Nancy knew how to comfort and work with him. My Oliver was very happy. Nancy also sent me lots of pics and updates to let me know how he was doing-which I loved. Strongly recommend. We will definitely see Nancy again. Thank you ❤️”
“Jennifer is really nice and accommodating. She even took care of our pit Jada with short notice. She provided daily updates for Jada including photos of their activities. We found the perfect dogsitter for Jada in the Redding area, and we look forward to her dogsitting Jada in the near future. Thanks again Jennifer!”

“Lorrie was fantastic! We were able to book with her last minute for a weekend trip we needed to go on with late notice. She sent tons of pictures and videos of our girls and always kept us updated on how they were doing. Our girls had so much fun and got so much energy out they came home exhausted and very happy 😊”

“Aimee and Jack have a beautiful family and are so considerate and accommodating to my dog. I recently moved to San Diego and have had a hard time my dog can be excited about being around. My dog has really bad anxiety and is not the best at new places and they welcomed Ryu with open arms. Exceptional and expert Rovers”

“Ashley was great, everything went smoothly from drop off to pick up to communication in between. She went above and beyond to make my dogs comfortable with disabilities. We've already rescheduled for our next trip. So glad I found this home away from home for my dogs.”

“I feel so blessed to have found Carley! My pup Faith has special needs and I never leave her with anyone but Carley.. it's so wonderful to know that she is being taken care of just like she's at home with me, so I'm not worried and I can have fun. Faith loves her time when she gets to stay with Carley and her friends!”

“We cannot recommend Jared highly enough. From our very first interaction, his attention to detail and professionalism set him apart. He took the time to ask thoughtful, specific questions about our dog’s routines, preferences, quirks, and health history—everything from feeding schedules and portion sizes to behavioral cues and comfort habits. It was clear he wasn’t just “watching a dog”; they were committed to understanding and caring for our dog. Communication was exceptional throughout. We received consistent updates—photos, positive words about our dog’s behavior and how much he enjoyed watching our dog. Every message reassured us that our dog was not only safe, but genuinely happy and engaged. His knowledge of dog care was evident in both small and significant ways. He demonstrated confidence in handling, situational awareness on walks, and an understanding of canine behavior that gave us complete peace of mind. He was proactive rather than reactive, anticipating needs before they became issues. Our dog can be particular, yet he adapted seamlessly and respected established routines while building trust. What truly stood out was his authenticity. There was nothing transactional about his care—it was thoughtful, warm, and sincere. You can tell when someone genuinely loves animals, and that sincerity showed in every interaction. If you are looking for someone who blends professionalism, knowledge, attentiveness, and heartfelt care, his is extraordinary. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found him and highly recommend Jared to anyone looking for an outstanding pet sitter.”

About: I grew up with dogs. I have been living in a house now with 4 Shih Tzus ranging from 1.5 years old up to 16. I've gone through potty training all the way to eye drops. I am also owned by 5 cats so I am well versed in litter boxes and finicky eaters. I work full time Saturday through Wednesdays from 7am to 3pm. My housemate and partner works Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. There is almost always someone home to take care of the dogs. It is no issue for me to stop by before and after work for potties and so on. I am pretty much a low key person so hanging with the fur kids is about as exciting as I get. When I am sitting in someone's house I like to spend time with the pet. I make sure that when I leave the house I secure the doors, windows, etc. I am respectful of belongings and space. I like to make the fur kids feel like nothing is all that different as much as possible. If I'm just dropping in for walks/potty time I like to spend time with them for their comfort and stimulation. I'll make sure water is refreshed and food is full and boxes are emptied.
“Thank you Isaiah & Alyssa for having Cinder while I was on a much-needed vacation. I received regular updates and pics during her stay and I really appreciated that. I didn't have to worry about a thing while she was in their care. Highly recommended! Patrick Wallner”

“Jess was a wonderful host and her property is a perfect dog retreat. Jess sent regular updates and photos showing how happy my dog was. My dog got lots of exercise and attention. He loved hanging with her dog and her family. Jess also has a lot of dog experience as a breeder which I appreciated. Thank you so much Jess!”

About: Hi! I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life and have experience caring for multiple pets at once, including different breeds, ages, and personalities. I’m comfortable adapting to each pet’s unique needs and routines. I work remotely, which means your pet will have constant supervision, and attention throughout the day. I treat every pet how I would want mine treated and strive to provide a calm, loving environment while you’re away. I work from home and have for over 5 years. This allowed the time to really watch over your pet and being able to handle anything they need. I have a fenced in small back yard. My apartment also offers locations to walk dogs and allow them to poop and get some extra room.

About: I have years of experience with my personal animals along with friends, I care for animals as if they were my own. They get the rule of the roost, and sleep in my bed! I often work 4 days a week so I have the long weekends to pet sit. If you need during the week it’s possible, as I have a doggy door and a 6 foot-dug into the ground fence, but would need to be the right fit while I’m at work, I have cameras to check on them too. Pets will get ample play time, walk/run and couch time too. The dog door is helpful once they figure it out, they can come and go as they please.
“Jean was amazing!! Charlie was so loved during his stay . He made new friends and i was so impressed with how comfortable he was at pick up . Highly recommend 🩷 you can really tell she loves what she does . Great yard to play and a very welcoming home Definitely will go with her again”

“Rionnagh was incredibly responsive, friendly, and communicative throughout our experience. She kept us updated with frequent messages and photos of our dog, which we greatly appreciated. When we needed last-minute accommodations, Ri was accommodating and made the process seamless. Though her location was a bit out of the way, we’d happily use her services again for her excellent care and reliability.”

“Jessie and her family were wonderful. I felt totally comfortable leaving Buddy with her. She sent pictures daily of Buddy and she showed us her backyard and house so we could see where he would be staying. We feel so lucky to have found her. Thank you Jessie!”

“I had Courtney stop by for a drop in today, as we had a long day away. My plans changed a little and Courtney was able to come earlier than planned, which helped out a lot. Lily and Elaine were happy to see her, of course Lily still barked a bit in the beginning but it didn’t last long, which is really good for the 2nd visit. Courtney was able to get her outside for a break and a little walk. She checked everything I asked to check, it’s really nice to have her so we don’t have to worry when we need to be away.”

About: I grew up on a farm, so animals have always been part of my world—feeding chickens before breakfast, brushing horses after school, and getting covered in dog hair in between! I’ve looked after everything from bouncy puppies to mellow senior dogs, and I’ve always had an easy, natural connection with animals. They seem to sense that I’m one of the good ones. I’m great at picking up on their vibes—whether they’re in the mood to zoom around or just want some chill cuddle time. Taking care of animals is second nature to me, and honestly, it’s one of my favorite things to do. I live a flexible lifestyle and am fully available to care for your pets. “Dylan was absolutely wonderful with Charlie. He accepted him right away during our meet‑and‑greet, which instantly put me at ease. He’s incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, attentive to details, and genuinely easy to talk to. Charlie had a great time with him and the other dogs — he came home happy and relaxed. Dylan’s home is clean, organized, and clearly set up with care. His wife Julie was also very supportive and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’m so glad I found them. I highly recommend Dylan to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter.”

“Jennifer was able to work with my long hour work schedule and picked up right away when I texted. That’s a big thing for me cause my hours are difficult to find someone. She kept me updated as well and took good care of my baby.”

“As we traveled outside our area, Lorrie stepped in, last minute, to take care of our precious little terriers who needed secure puppy-sitting for our granddaughter’s wedding. Her property is perfect with rural large, fenced areas for dogs to run & have fun. She has plenty of room inside her home for the dogs to freely find their spot to rest. The little ones sit next to her as she works providing a secure time out. She clearly had full control of the active young large dogs under her care and our little dogs, understanding their individual needs. Our little ones, though young as well, did great in the dog pack, learned how to be a dog, and dog pack rules! When we picked them up they were happy, a little tired from all the play, ate well, and not stressed.”

“Genae was awesome ~ we contacted her last minute & she was extremely accommodating. We dropped off our puppy and contacted her later in the day about running late & she was fine with it. We will definitely use Genae again. Thanks Genae 🐾🐾”

About: I have had a dog since I was born. I started caring for my dog by the age of five. Then, I did overnights with a diabetic dog, with whom I had to administer medicine. Now, I have two dogs of my own who are very special. I currently work from home, so pet care fits in seamlessly with my routine. I also have a fenced-in yard, so potty breaks can be taken frequently. I am very attentive with care for pets in my home, and I’m my clients home. I always ensure there is fresh food and water. I make sure they have toys or chew toys to keep them occupied. I am always available to take time to play, and go on potty breaks.
“Jessie is very accommodating. She’s very good with communicating and sending pictures. Cleo was in very good spirits when I got her back and she was very tired because she just played the whole time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Fair price, good communication and overall really good with animals.”

“Riley was AWESOME and took such great care of Jack!! Her dog Hank and Jack played so well together! 🥰 Riley loved Jack like her own...I highly recommend Riley (and Hank) for the best care for your fur babies! ❤️❤️”

“Craig was amazing. He responded quickly to our last minute booking request. My dog is difficult to say the least. He definitely put her first and gave us so dog-free time on our weekend getaway to Pismo. If he could handle our Molly then I’m pretty sure he can handle any dog out there!”

About: I'm very loving & caring for animals & their needs, and I feel they all deserve the same respect as their human families. I've grown up surrounded by dogs & cats, never living without at least 3. Animals are all such unique individuals & I am excited to have an opportunity to meet and take care of all the new furry friends (: I'm a stay at home mom, born & raised in Hawaii. Maintaining whatever structure and discipline necessary is a very important priority when it comes to animal care, as well as the individual needs of the pet itself, however needed. Animals are a part of our familes, they were just born a bit little different than us (: Being a stay at home mom allows me to have lots of flexibility when it comes to scheduling, I am happy to accommodate whatever your animal might need (: All animals have such different wants & needs. I love taking time to get to know an animal as an individual, & then figure out which way to interact with them best. It’s important not to force an animal into something they’re not comfortable with.

I will be booking Shannon again!”

Im passionate and safety oriented. I’ll spend most of my time caring for your pets and reading my textbooks. I’m a quick learner and can follow any instructions you set for me. I have experience administering medications to dogs as my previous dog required multiple bouts of different medication throughout the day during the end of her life. I also have experience with reptiles and heating requirements and general feeding schedules.
About: Very well, experienced in dog training techniques, pet store etiquette, a variety of small pet needs, as well as, infant, elderly & service animal special care. I’m an early riser with a balanced indoor/ outdoor schedule- perfect for animal health. Mornings & afternoon exercise play a large part in my active lifestyle here, too! This property also sits across the street from several beautiful trails that I explore frequently, though, our personal wooded acreage is welcomed to furry guests, too. We have two cats that are very friendly & open to other company, though can easily be separated depending on your personal needs. We also offer spare rooms to customize for their temporary stay. Wind-down times are in place before bedtimes, though there’s rarely been an animal that wasn’t exhausted after a good day here!
About: I have over 8 years of experience working with all sorts of animals with varying temperaments. I am able to vaccinate animals and administer medications. Most recently I've been focused on dogs, with over 2 years of professional experience at a dog boarding facility in LA where I was the manager. I am comfortable working with any dog, big or small, aggressive or total sweethearts. As I have recently moved to the area, I am looking to build a new clientelle. At the moment I am available to work any time of day, weekdays and weekends. First clients will take priority, whenever you may need me, I will be there! If in my clients home, I will closely follow their normal day to day routine and whatever else may be required of me. About: As a child I grew up with Great Danes, along with pit bulls, Rottweilers, Lhasa apsos, pugs, and many more. Animals have always had the biggest spot in my heart and always will. I’ve taken care of all sorts of pets from dogs and cats to horses and cows. Choosing me to care for your pets doesn’t only help your dog feel comfortable while you are out, but it gives me an excuse to do the one thing I love most in this world. I feel especially drawn to animals and I believe they feel the same about me. I’ve never met an animal who wasn’t comfortable around me. I currently work part-time at a local outdoors store but I am happy to move my schedule to accommodate specific needs of pets and owners! I can allow pets in my home for shorter amounts of time. I have a very large fenced back yard that is fully shaded. There are also beautiful walking trails nearby my home. My house is air conditioned 24/7. In a clients home I will always respect their property and belongings. Caring for pets comes with cleaning up after them from time to time and watering plants or bringing in packages while the owner is out.
Since I’m not tied to a traditional job or schedule, I can offer your fur babies lots of time, attention, and consistency. Whether it’s daily walks, extended stays, or last-minute needs, I’m here to help and happy to adapt to your routine. I prioritize creating a safe, nurturing environment wherever I’m staying. I care for pets in their own familiar space, which helps them feel secure and relaxed. I’m attentive to routines, respectful of your home, and can adapt to any special needs your pet may have—whether that means crating, administering medication, or extra cuddle time.
