Once there was somewhat of a separation issue for her, but now Mosel is most comfortable with staying, knowing she is in good hands. One couldn't ask for a better 'sitter' than here at Walee's home. Mosel is very happy to stay with her and is well taken care of. Walee sends us daily progress reports and photos of Mosel playing, sleeping, eating and just hanging out with the other dogs. “Where do I start? Sara went far above and beyond on multiple levels! I needed very last-minute boarding care over the holidays for my big, rambunctious Doberman mix and amazingly, Sara was available. Our meet and greet made me feel so confident about leaving my guy with her, and her frequent updates and photos throughout my trip just added to my confidence that he was in great hands with her. Additionally, Sara was very proactive and communicative when my pup had an off day - she gave me a thorough explanation of his symptoms and was very deferential to how I wanted to proceed. Thankfully it ended up being a non-issue, but I really appreciated her attentiveness. Lastly, when my return travel plans went comically awry, Sara didn’t bat an eye at keeping my guy for a whole extra day. Her flexibility and positivity made my bad travel day so much lighter. During a stressful trip, it was a huge gift to know that my pup was getting such good care - it’s clear that Sara is great with all animals and loves them like her own. My husband and I work as a team and are both recently retired. We are home all day with the dogs and make sure they are happy and safe. :) We also are available for dog walking, drop in visits, and staying in your home to care for your pups during your absence. About: I have been a full-time puppy whelper for the past 8 years and come highly recommended with lots of references. I welcome all different breeds. I am always home. While I do have to pick up and drop off my children for their various sports and activities, it’s just a five minute drive away.I am always available. Plus, I’m attending school online from the comfort of my home. I live on 1 1/2 acres with a mini horse, two small goats that like to visit the neighbors and two potbelly pigs. Additionally I have two older French bulldogs who are house trained and very friendly, as well as two cane corsos who get along well with all animals including pony,goats, and pigs- they’re all pals! All of my animals are well-behaved , and I’ve often been told I should’ve been a vet or a dog trainer because of my love for animals. I have two separate backyards-one for the smaller dogs and one for the bigger ones. However I’m accustomed to rotating them due to my experience as a whelper. I know how to manage introducing new dogs and keeping them separate if needed.My dogs have access to indoors and outdoors, and they sleep in the house at night. I’ve set up set up my garage to be cozy and welcoming for dogs to stay in at night.

About: I have loved animals my whole life and have had many pets; dogs, cats, horses, birds, rabbits, sheep and more. I thoroughly enjoy being with animals, loving and caring for them. Some of my first jobs were at animal clinics, where I learned a lot about caring for animals. I was in FFA as a youth, where I raised and showed sheep, and where I also learned a lot. In my younger years I had many horses. I learned how to care for them, feeding, exercising, and cleaning up after them, etc! I learned responsibility, in addition to a deep love of animals. I thoroughly enjoy walks, runs, hikes, and playing with him. I am a big dog person! I currently work part time and am home most of the time. We currently have our own dog and so caring for yours will fit naturally into the flow we already have going! I have a fenced yard, where my pup and yours can play as much as they want! We have trails and parks near by for walks and runs, if you’d like for your pup to have exercise in those ways as well.

We love to exercise outside and go out often to romp. I am currently working remote part of the time (office days are Tues/Thurs). Bentley is an 8 year old Chihuahua Yorkie mix and Kali is a 6 year old black lab and Boo is a 2 1/2 year old terrier mix. About: After having a senior dog who couldn't be by himself for even 10 minutes, I understand how hard it can be when you can't make any plans, or take a vacation, because you are worried about your dog. We are located just a ten minute drive from Lotus rafting, come drop off your animals before having fun! My availability is usually I’m completely free for walks, drop ins & house sitting Monday-Wednesday and then Thursday-Sunday I work 8:30-4:30 but am able to after. About: I have had animals since I was a young girl and was always responsible for caring for them in any way the family needed. I helped watch friends animals as well. I currently have animals of my own that I adore as much as my adult children :). They bring love and light into our home. I am a part time dental hygienist as well as an undergraduate student studying Criminal Justice/ Forensics with plenty of flexibility. I am home full time doing school so my availability is open. I only pick up dental hygiene shifts as needed as I have been in the dental field 32 years. We have a a nice chunk of land with a fence and one dog to play with your furbaby her name is Shadow and she is so sweet and old, but still has energy for fun. We have a pond to wade in as well which is Shadows favorite thing to do. We are always keeping an eye on all of our animals and make sure they are safe and always have what they need. We also have 4 indoor kitties but they usually hide when company is around.
About: I have been a volunteer trainer with the Sierra At Tahoe Avalanche Dogs since I was about 10. My father runs the dog program so I grew up being taught how to train, take care of, and watch over dogs since I was a toddler. At the ski mountain I helped drill the dogs to find subjects in the snow, played, walked, fed, took to the bathroom, and watched over the dogs ages ranging from puppies to senior dogs. My family also has three dogs and three cats all of I have assisted in training, and most of the time look after on my own. I recently left my job so I am open full time with my schedule to take part in pet care. On some days I do need to watch my own animals since my parents work full time, but even then I am always available for even just a check in if needed! I make sure my pets have a set in feeding time as well as they have a signal for bathroom breaks, even if they do not show me they need to go I will periodically let them outside or take them on a walk. Besides just food and bathroom I love to work on skills, tricks, and just playing with the dogs throughout the day as to make sure they are enriched and happy. These qualities go for all animals I may watch too! I pride myself in being able to recognize their behavior so I can adapt for them what they need or want!
About: Lifelong pet owner/lover. I've had dogs and cats since before I can remember and have experience in house sitting and pet care. I also have basic training skills with dogs. I love taking care of animals with my whole heart and can bond/adapt to animals needs very well. About: I've had a love and passion for animals since I was a child. I adopted my first pet in 2014. A beautiful female Queensland Heeler and American Pitbull mix named Sadie. She has been my service animal for over 5 years. I began my pet care career as a pet shelter assistant. A few years later, I became a Grooming Salon Assistant and have been grooming every since. I have knowledge of most breeds and am comfortable working with any sized dog, any temperament. I have also worked as a Kennel Assistant in a Veterinary office. I needed very last-minute boarding care over the holidays for my big, rambunctious Doberman mix and amazingly, Sara was available. Additionally, Sara was very proactive and communicative when my pup had an off day - she gave me a thorough explanation of his symptoms and was very deferential to how I wanted to proceed. About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for as long as I can remember. My very first pet was my childhood cat, who I got when I was 2 years old and who lived with me for 17 wonderful years before crossing the rainbow bridge. Pet care naturally fits into my daily routine since I already care for my own animals every day. At my home, pets have access to a large, secure fenced yard for safe outdoor time and exercise. I also have spacious fenced in kennels available if needed for safety, rest time, or individual comfort. Pets are always supervised, given plenty of attention, and cared for in a clean, calm environment. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always respect their routines, instructions, and house rules to help pets feel comfortable and stress free in their familiar environment.
