“Wow, I’m glad we found Mike! First, he was extremely responsive. When we messaged looking for boarding for our dog in about a weeks time, he replied quickly and set up a meet and greet for the next day. He replied quickly to all our messages bout logistics. Second, he has a great combination of attentiveness and no-stress. He asked all the usual questions about our dog, and wanted to get to know her needs. When meeting Bowie for the first time, he read he body language as other dogs went by and even guessed “she isn’t been to this park before, right?” Which was true. Our dog isn’t used to socializing much with other dogs, so we were a little nervous about leaving her with another dog in the house. But Mike was very relaxed and confident about it, without being minimizing. We could tell that he reads dogs carefully and knows his dog well which made us feel comfortable that he could manage the two dogs interactions well. Finally, Bowie clearly had fun! We got some great pictures of her on hikes, lounging in the yard, and napping on the couch - her kind of vacation! My only hesitation in leaving a positive review is that other people might snag the future dates we want for boarding 😁”
About: I have 2 cats and sit for family/friends pets often. I can follow specific instructions well, and am well equipped to handle most animals. I am a high school student on summer break, and have a relatively flexible schedule to cater to any specific needs a pet could have. I care for pets in my home however comfortable they are. I let them adjust to a new setting, and giving them as much love and attention as they can tolerate.

Therefore, if your dog does not do well with other dogs, our house may not be a great fit for your pet. We get requests for exclusive bookings, and where we can accommodate these requests, we will. ****price for exclusive bookings is 2X our service rate, boarding or day care slot**** We require all new clients to do a meet-&-greet, so we can only accommodate last-minute new clients if we get a solid referral from another sitter, you are a friend of the family, or one of our regular clients referred you. We have found our guests do much better when they have been here and sniffed about before their stay. Your dog(s) will be loved and treated with the utmost respect by every member of our household and any other guests. Our home is very relaxed, and our backyard is a dog paradise with lots of shade and different areas for dogs to claim their own space. We always have a crew of dogs, so your dog will have plenty of stimulation and exercise while at our home. We work from home and are here nearly all the time. Pickup and drop-off times are flexible—the key is communication and consideration—fees may apply where either is lacking. The yard has plenty of room for guests to stretch it out and find their own space. We are happy to accommodate crating, and problem children will have some sort of time out until they can ground and be good guests. We are not disciplinarians but are pretty good at setting boundaries thru timeouts and rewards.

Prior to my dog’s stay at his home Chad had invited us over for a meet&greet and he took a lot of time to inquire about my dog’s character and behaviors, which made me very confident that things would be alright. I work from home at the moment so I will always be able to supervise your pet and I'm available seven days a week and can do boarding overnight I have a large fenced yard and a friendly dog to keep your pet company. They'll have free roam of the entire house and will get supervised access to the backyard. I have a large dog crate and can easily crate your dog if needed

About: We've designed our experience a little differently than most. Rather than filling our home with multiple unfamiliar dogs, we intentionally host just one dog (or one family's dogs) at a time. We made this decision because we know separation can be hard. Our goal is to give every guest a calm, relaxing vacation while giving their humans peace of mind knowing their pup has our full attention. My husband Cameron and I have both been around animals our entire lives and have experience with puppies, seniors, bulldogs, and dogs with special needs. We also have two young kids (ages 3 & 6) who absolutely love animals and know how to be gentle and respectful around them. Whether your dog loves hiking, backyard sniff sessions, playing fetch, or simply curling up on the couch for a nap, we'll happily match their pace. We'll also send plenty of photos and updates throughout their stay because we know being away from your dog isn't always easy. We'd love to meet you both! We keep our schedule intentionally flexible so we can build our day around your dog's routine instead of expecting them to adjust to ours. Your dog's safety is our number one priority. Our backyard is fully fenced and we supervise outdoor time closely. Because we have young children, we've already built our home around safety. Medications, chemicals, and anything potentially dangerous stay locked away, and as a gardener I'm always mindful of which plants are safe and which aren't. If your dog joins us for a walk or an adventure, they'll always be on leash and right by our side. They won't be left unattended anytime, ever. We don't take guest dogs to dog parks or introduce them to unfamiliar dogs. We prefer controlled environments where we know exactly what's going on. We know leaving your dog with someone new can feel stressful. We take that responsibility seriously and will care for them like one of our own.
About: I grew up with 6 pit bulls, taking sun baths with them in my backyard. I’ve volunteered in SF SPCA and donate monthly. My best friend aka Herita is a rescue, she’s been with me for over 3 years now. I believe animals have taught me how to love unconditionally and responsibly. About: I have been taking care of my family’s and friends dog/pets for years now due to my love of animals, I made sure they are well fed and taken care of no matter what. Nothing makes me sadder than a suffering animal, so I make sure they are taken care of no matter what! I can usually do it after my classes during the week days but I tend not to want to do weekends since I need the free time to make sure I have everything in my personal life taken care of. I make sure my own dog gets her daily walk in the morning before feeding her then once I get home I take her for a walk again before making dinner for her and myself. About: I have loved animals my whole life! My walls were always adorned with National Geographic photos of my favorite creatures and I longed to one day have my own little wolf pack! I grew up mainly with cats and have a huge adoration for the felines of the world. I once had a three legged cat named Ziggy ( Stardust) whom was my most treasured companion. I always had friends with a lot of dogs who depended on me to love and support them as my own. Currently, I have a 8 year old Black Labrador Retriever named Olive who has been my closest furry friend for years! I truly consider her a part of me. I also have been raising my Yellow Lab pup, Juniper, since she was 8 weeks old. She is now currently 4 years and 2 months old. Raising a puppy has by far been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life and I have had so much fun training her! I consider myself a confident two legged friend who knows how to set healthy boundaries so that a pup can become the best they can be! I am a practicing herbalist and my heart is always geared towards healing. I care deeply for the sweet animals in my life! I am currently working part time and am an online student. Generally, I am available some mornings for dog walking and some nights as well. Sitting is a possibility but may be limited to my schedule. Feel free to ask! I like to play a little fetch or tug with them out in the yard or whatever keeps your pup stimulated:) But happy to take a nice long walk when appropriate for your pooch. I am very attentive to all animals and do my best to make them feel comfortable and loved.
About: I’ve pet sit dogs of every kind since childhood. I’ve had the pleasure of owning my dog Basco, for the last 10 years, since he was a pup, so I know how much love and responsibility is involved in pet care. He is my best friend, and when your pet is with me they will feel like part of my pack. I owned and cared for nearly every type of pet including, reptiles, small animals and exotics. I volunteer on a horse ranch and my very first job was at a pet store. My neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets for over 2 decades. About: I have loved taking care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I have a dog of my own and and very dedicated to making sure that whatever dog I am taking care of needs are all met. I can feed,walk and bath any dog. I also dabble In giving doggy massages I am pretty free all summer so I am available most of the time. I am able to fit it in day and night. So there is lots of time for walks I make sure that all doors are closed at all times. I have a big backyard that is gated so there is no way for them to get out. I also keep the dogs in a separate room with me during the night.

“Wow, I’m glad we found Mike! First, he was extremely responsive. When we messaged looking for boarding for our dog in about a weeks time, he replied quickly and set up a meet and greet for the next day. He replied quickly to all our messages bout logistics. Second, he has a great combination of attentiveness and no-stress. He asked all the usual questions about our dog, and wanted to get to know her needs. When meeting Bowie for the first time, he read he body language as other dogs went by and even guessed “she isn’t been to this park before, right?” Which was true. Our dog isn’t used to socializing much with other dogs, so we were a little nervous about leaving her with another dog in the house. But Mike was very relaxed and confident about it, without being minimizing. We could tell that he reads dogs carefully and knows his dog well which made us feel comfortable that he could manage the two dogs interactions well. Finally, Bowie clearly had fun! We got some great pictures of her on hikes, lounging in the yard, and napping on the couch - her kind of vacation! My only hesitation in leaving a positive review is that other people might snag the future dates we want for boarding 😁”
About: I have 2 cats and sit for family/friends pets often. I can follow specific instructions well, and am well equipped to handle most animals. I am a high school student on summer break, and have a relatively flexible schedule to cater to any specific needs a pet could have. I care for pets in my home however comfortable they are. I let them adjust to a new setting, and giving them as much love and attention as they can tolerate.

I have a fenced yard and dog door for in and out privileges. I accept dogs that are crated at night or free roaming. Home is well suited to pets.
