“I cant tell you the amount of relief I had booking Amy to care of baahu. I did a trail run for a day which went fine, but this time it was 37 days and she did ahmazing for all 37 days. I have been using rover for more then 4 years and evrytime I book stays that are more then 10 days, I bet to you that I have had bad experience evry single time, either they stop sending updates as days passes or start complaining of dogs behavior etc etc. And evrytime my trip runs with so much pressure as to how to deal with my dog and the dog sitter. BUT WITH AMY, my experience is totally different, she updated me with daily updates, sent photos evryday!! During my trip I could peacefully enjoy knowing that baahu was in safe hands. About: I know how important dogs need to be walked . And they need to be able to go outside as well. And just my love for dogs is remarkable. I also went to school for vet assistant. I do work, but I have days off, and I don’t always work all day, I’ll know my schedule ahead of time, so I’d be be transparent with my availability. I’m always off on weekends though! As a last-minute ask, I asked Naomi if she would be able to check on Zyla during the 4th of July fireworks if she wasn't too busy. Not only did Naomi take time out of her holiday to do an unscheduled visit, she actually sat with Zyla for an extended period of time comforting her through the fireworks. I was so worried about Zyla during the 4th, but Naomi's care helped put me at ease and I was so so grateful. For me, her continued communication was excellent, with regular check-ins to ensure we were aligned on how the care was going and what needed to be done. She texted to see if the walk could be shorter because she noticed the weather would be hard for Zyla to walk in, asked to see if a chewed-up toy could be disposed of -- even throwing it away herself into the community bin so I didn't have to come home to trash in my can.”
