About: I have taken care of dogs most of my life, whether it's my own pet or pet sitting for neighbors. I have two dogs myself. Bosa who is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and our big little rescue Kittle who is a Great Pyrenees. I have been blessed to have so many amazing people, and of course dogs, that I can now make dog walking/sitting my full time job. Delphine is in the late stages of terminal cancer, and her care requires patience, gentleness, and a deep respect for her autonomy and quirks. Mackenzie showed all of that and more. She was completely unfazed by the realities of end-of-life care, managing Delphine’s tumors, helping her up and down stairs, and handling the occasional accident with calm and compassion. Delphine, who is usually wary of new people, seemed genuinely at ease in Mackenzie’s presence. That alone speaks volumes. Mackenzie also sent thoughtful, funny updates that made me feel connected even when I couldn’t be there. I’m so grateful that in this tender time, Delphine had someone who treated her with dignity, care, and kindness. If I couldn’t be by her side, I’m thankful Mackenzie was.”

About: I’ve had cats my entire life and understand them well. My sweet kitty just passed away at 20 years old and I’d love to help take care of yours. I frequently travel for work for weeks on end, but when I am home and able to cat-sit, my schedule can be completely flexible. Day / night. Since I only offer cat-sitting, I doubt that this section about my own house will matter much. Cats don’t like to be relocated for temporary purposes.

She was helpful during booking, came at consistent times, sent multiple photos of everything she did (ex: a photo of the clean litter box, etc.), and even bought our cats two brand new toys while we were away. About: I have been taking care of animals since I was about 11, so 7 years or so. I am very comfortable with both big and little animals, ranging from hamsters to horses. I have experience with senior animals, big dogs, horses, chickens, pigs, cats, and more. I am currently attending the SRJC, but only have online classes as of now so my schedule is very open to fit your needs. I like any excuse to get some exercise so I'd be more than happy to fit in a few walks a day with your pets, as well as house sitting, boarding, and drop ins. I am very flexible on pay, please just let me know what you need from me and what you're able to pay, I will take pretty much any job. I have a large open yard that is fenced in the front, but has a small (very shallow; no risk of drowning) creek running along the back, providing a natural sort of fence with nothing but a field behind it. About: I've always had a dog. I had dogs growing up, I adopted a dog when I moved out on my own, and I adopted another dog when my children were old enough. Dogs are an important and special part of the family. I enjoy giving them attention, taking them for walks, brushing them, and of course, cuddling with them. “Mackenzie cared for my 12-year-old mystery mutt, Delphine, during what I knew would be some of her final weeks. Delphine is in the late stages of terminal cancer, and her care requires patience, gentleness, and a deep respect for her autonomy and quirks. Mackenzie showed all of that and more. She was completely unfazed by the realities of end-of-life care, managing Delphine’s tumors, helping her up and down stairs, and handling the occasional accident with calm and compassion. Delphine, who is usually wary of new people, seemed genuinely at ease in Mackenzie’s presence. That alone speaks volumes. Mackenzie also sent thoughtful, funny updates that made me feel connected even when I couldn’t be there. I’m so grateful that in this tender time, Delphine had someone who treated her with dignity, care, and kindness. If I couldn’t be by her side, I’m thankful Mackenzie was.”

About: Walks through Armstrong Redwoods are a favorite activity. I have a large yard and a dog friendly house. I have a couple of years experience working in a veterinary clinic giving me experience medicating animals, including giving injections. I have a pool for dogs who love to swim! I was a volunteer and puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence back in the mid to late 1980's, and a Puppy Petter for Assistance Dog Institute in the early 2000's. I've also kept busy with boarding in my home for friends and acquaintances. I love dogs!! I have Sundays and Mondays off from my full time job, but I can fit in a nice walk after 4 pm most other days. When I have someone's dog, they get my full attention; we play, exercise, snuggle. My focus is providing an enriching experience for your dog .

About: I’ve been walking my own dogs and taking care of them of over 10 years and I’ve been doing these types of apps for around a year I’m super flexible and free pretty much anytime—my schedule’s wide open right now, so I can hop on walks, drop-ins, boarding, or playtime whenever your pup needs it! Hey, I’ve got a big fenced yard—tons of space for safe play and running around. My one friendly dog loves company, and I can crate if needed.
