About: I am 48 years old and have had dogs, cats and horses my entire life. I have been an elementary teacher in Fresno for twenty years. I have rescued three dogs from my school in the years that I have been there. I am familiar with local vets, dog parks, pet stores, and walking trails. What sets me apart is that I am a big softy. Animals can tell this and always gravitate towards me. I believe dogs and cats should be allowed on the couch, in the bed and anywhere that is safe for them to be. I understand that animals have feelings too and are all different with different fears and needs. I do not leave my animals outside when I am not home. I do not leave my animals for more than four hours. I do not watch fireworks on the 4th of July because my Boston Terrier needs me at this time. I would do anything for my pets and yours. I just have a huge heart for them. I'm currently off for the summer. I stay home every day and go on walks, cook, read, watch tv and work around the house. I can give my full time and attention to the animals at this time of year and I love to do so. I have a fenced back-yard and a fenced front yard with grass that my dogs and I love to hang out in. When it gets hot, we go inside the cool, air-conditioned house and relax all together. My dogs are all friendly and get along with each other and the cat that lives here.

About: I love animals!! I am experienced in administering medication if needed. A nice walk or play time at the park is always fun, I might even enjoy it more than them. Some fur babies experience separation anxiety when they are without their humans. I try to connect with them and build trust so that the temporary absence of their human won't be so stressful on them. I would not want your baby to feel uncomfortable in their own home so building trust is very important. I would like to note that I am open to care for almost any type of animal. I have had fish, rats, hamsters, birds, snakes, dogs, cats, bunnies, you name it. If I do not feel comfortable in the quality of care I am able to provide your pet based on specific needs (like exotic animals) I will communicate that to you and I will also do my homework. Knowledge is free! I am more than willing to learn I am currently an active foster for a non profit rescue in Oregon as well as a local non profit rescue. The most fosters I have had at once is 8, both big and small breeds. If you'd like to reach out to either of the rescues I am more than happy to provide their info to you I have 4 guinea pigs, 2 hairless guinea pigs (which require a little extra care) and 3 dogs. My mornings before work consist of feeding them. I start with the dogs,then the guinea pigs. I spot clean the guinea pig living areas (they live like they are royal), give them their daily vitamin C and urinary support tablets. After that I give the dogs their allergy chews (they have very sensitive skin). While at work I occasionally check my in home camera to make sure they are all okay. When I come home I repeat the routine with the guinea pigs except this time I do a full cage clean and give them their daily serving of veggies. It is rare, but sometimes I might forget to do one of the things during my morning routine so I will return home on my lunch to make sure it gets done, especially if it can't wait. I am very dedicated, they are my children. I will treat your babies as my own🧡 When caring for your pet in your home I like to go over any special tasks that are required, like feeding times, medications, diet, emotional triggers if any, allergies, etc. The more I know about your pet the better care I will be able to provide. I also like to become familiar with where their things are stored so that I can easily access it at any given time. If I am not able to locate something I will always contact you and ask for more details or permission to look in a different area if needed. While caring for my cousins pets I made sure we are stocked on anything I might need for them during my stay and always make sure to familiarize myself with where things are. I take them outside to potty every hour and a half or so depending on their food and water consumption. I can take them out more frequently if needed. I always make sure to put things back where I got them. If I bring my own treats I will make sure to present them to you and go over ingredients before giving them any in case of any allergy they may have.

About: I've taken care of pets about half my life and always clicked with all kinds pets and relied on for many pet needs of the family. I have a pretty open schedule so it fits just fine in my routine and daily life caring for pets of all kind. It works great I tend to the needs and necessary care of the pet or pets rather it be my home or clients. Everything will be taken cared of and pets leaving happy.
About: I worked at two big name doggie day cares in the past such as Camp Bow Wow and Elaine’s Pet Resort. From my time there I learned skills such as bathing, how to give oral pills, I also learned how to be attentive to dogs needs. I learned the signs for when a dog becomes overwhelmed, stressed, or more importantly for the summer months heat exhaustion. I love animals and feel strongly a sitter should show as much love and care as if the owner themselves were with the animal and that’s what I intend to provide. As far as weekends I coach a local softball team so availability is open every other weekend as we have tournaments on the weekends. “I had Bunty (my medium retriever mix dog) stay with Cindy for Day Care in Jan 2023. First, we did a meet and greet with Cindy to make sure it is comfortable for both Cindy and Bunty. Please do note that Cindy has two other smaller dogs as well as bird pets. In addition, she lives with small children. So please ensure that your dog will be comfortable in such a setting. Cindy's home has all the essentials. She has a big backyard with plenty of room for zoomies. She's got house full of people to give lots of love and attention. In addition, she lives just a block away from a park. Bunty stayed with Cindy for about 8 hours. Cindy is an excellent communicator, periodically sending pictures and videos to alleviate any stressed dog parent. She takes excellent care, did lunch, water breaks, two walks, and pee breaks. When we came back home, Bunty was exhausted which is the true sign of a fun dog day! I would definitely recommend anyone to keep their dog with Cindy. I know I'll be back with her soon.”

About: Animals and pet care have been a central part of my life since I was a child. I grew up surrounded by dogs, taking care of not only my pets, but the pets of my neighbors as well (both dog walking and house sitting). In my early 20’s, I did some work dog training, and have experience in helping dogs learn strong commands through leash and treat training. About: I am 48 years old and have had dogs, cats and horses my entire life. I have been an elementary teacher in Fresno for twenty years. I have rescued three dogs from my school in the years that I have been there. I am familiar with local vets, dog parks, pet stores, and walking trails. What sets me apart is that I am a big softy. Animals can tell this and always gravitate towards me. I believe dogs and cats should be allowed on the couch, in the bed and anywhere that is safe for them to be. I understand that animals have feelings too and are all different with different fears and needs. I do not leave my animals outside when I am not home. I do not leave my animals for more than four hours. I do not watch fireworks on the 4th of July because my Boston Terrier needs me at this time. I would do anything for my pets and yours. I just have a huge heart for them. I'm currently off for the summer. I stay home every day and go on walks, cook, read, watch tv and work around the house.
