About: I can’t imagine living a life without being a dog mom. I’ve had dogs since my childhood and practically my entire adult life. I’ve had heartbreak from losing them because they were so loved. I’m retired and home mostly except for when I travel. I’m available to walk dogs and to play with them in fenced yard. I have a soft spot for all animals. My dog Holly is mostly an inside dog but always has access to fenced backyard through doggie door. The same would apply for any dogs I care for.

I currently have a labradoodle Shepard and walk her at least once a day. About: I've always had friends with dogs and have done house and dog sitting for many years without any issues. I also have a saint Bernard, Banks! I'm currently looking for a new job after I was laid off from my former job. I have a lot of time on my hands currently so I have open availability. I take my doggo out on walks every day! About: I have taken care of many animals since I was around 12 years old. For years, people within my community have come to me to take care of, or spend time with their sweet (and sometimes not so sweet) pets while they were away, and because I am so used to caring for children, I have a special place in my heart for pets of all kinds. I am very patient and nurturing and have many pets of my own back home in GA where I grew up, but because I am away from my own fur babies, I am hoping to have the opportunity to spend time with yours, just as if they were mine. :) My typical full-time job is within the film industry, which is shut down for the time being due to a writer’s strike that has forced thousands out of work for an unknown amount of time. With that being said, I’m spending a lot of time at home and have a completely open schedule for pet care! The writer’s strike likely will go on for months, so I am fully available now for full-time pet care and will still be available part time once the film industry is back up and running! I have always felt comfortable having pets on my furniture as well as in my bed, as I grew up with three “lap dogs” who crave constant attention and cuddles. I understand that not all pets prefer to be touched or held, but I like to give pet owners that option. :) I am a pretty active young adult, so I love dogs that like to go on hikes or walks around our nice, friendly neighborhood. (or yours!) I never let my own animals’ food or water bowls go empty, so I make sure that the pets are always well maintained and taken care of. I have a mixed breed rescue dog (all shots and healthy) and two rescue cats. My three amigos! I have always owned large dogs, and am experienced with larger breeds. But I also adore the teeny tiny ones as well! If your pet comes to my home, they must accept cats as I have two indoor kitties. I have a large Enclosed yard they can run and play in, all day if they want. a large crate of needed , and I’m home full time. I can do sleepovers in your home, if not frequent, or extended stays. My pets and husband might get jealous! 🤣 *PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT board cats in my home, only dogs and caged animals. Sorry. I work from home and have the flexibility of scheduling work around my fury friends! I am available to accept any pets starting at 8am on weekdays and weekends. We take 1-2 walks each day. Your pet is allowed on furniture, so my home will become their home comfortably. I have a large backyard that is fully enclosed. It is a brick wall of decent height but I will need to know if you own a reindeer that can fly over a wall! 🤣
About: I am currently a dog bather, used to be a dog trainer and have experience with multiple dog breeds and temperaments, I know how to approach timid dogs as well as puppies or older dogs. I am currently a dog trainer so I know how to care for dogs and their individual needs. My current dog has a lot of different medical needs as well. Depending on what the animal needs are, I make a specific care plan for them and follow it exactly. If it works, why change it? We always want what’s best for pets.

About: I can’t imagine living a life without being a dog mom. I’ve had dogs since my childhood and practically my entire adult life. I’ve had heartbreak from losing them because they were so loved. I’m retired and home mostly except for when I travel. I’m available to walk dogs and to play with them in fenced yard. I have a soft spot for all animals. My dog Holly is mostly an inside dog but always has access to fenced backyard through doggie door. The same would apply for any dogs I care for.

“Katherine was amazing. She had my 40lb husky mix, for 2 nights. She was very prompt with messaging and communication. Katherine took all the necessary steps to get me and my fiance comfortable with leaving our dog with her. She recommended a meet and greet initially. After that went without any issues we booked her for 2 nights. We received messages and photos of our dog throughout the day. This was our first time leaving our dog with someone else and Katherine made sure we felt comfortable with every step. “Lacey was wonderful with my pup, Sweetpea. She let my dog cling to her for several days while I was away - "Velcro puppy!" Ha. My dog is elderly and a tad feisty so it was nice to know she could hang out and be herself. Lacey has lots of other dogs there and I think it helped mine feel like part of the pack. There was one pup - a fellow poodle named Cooper - that my dog really bonded with, and I think that helped too. I would absolutely use Lacey again to watch my sweet pup. She was also really great with texting photos and status updates to put my mind and heart at ease.”
