“Jess was a wonderful host and her property is a perfect dog retreat. Jess sent regular updates and photos showing how happy my dog was. My dog got lots of exercise and attention. He loved hanging with her dog and her family. Jess also has a lot of dog experience as a breeder which I appreciated. Thank you so much Jess!”

“Aimee took great care of Kona! We have used her many times in the past and we will continue to have her dog sit for us. Aimee makes sure Kona feels at home every time we drop her off. It is nice to know that Aimee is looking out for our puppy while we are away.”

“I felt good knowing that my dog was safe and being cared for and loved while at Nancy and Don's. He came home happy and healthy and Nancy and Don seemed to really enjoy his company too, which feels even better.”

“I feel so blessed to have found Carley! My pup Faith has special needs and I never leave her with anyone but Carley.. it's so wonderful to know that she is being taken care of just like she's at home with me, so I'm not worried and I can have fun. Faith loves her time when she gets to stay with Carley and her friends!”

“We cannot recommend Jared highly enough. From our very first interaction, his attention to detail and professionalism set him apart. He took the time to ask thoughtful, specific questions about our dog’s routines, preferences, quirks, and health history—everything from feeding schedules and portion sizes to behavioral cues and comfort habits. It was clear he wasn’t just “watching a dog”; they were committed to understanding and caring for our dog. Communication was exceptional throughout. We received consistent updates—photos, positive words about our dog’s behavior and how much he enjoyed watching our dog. Every message reassured us that our dog was not only safe, but genuinely happy and engaged. His knowledge of dog care was evident in both small and significant ways. He demonstrated confidence in handling, situational awareness on walks, and an understanding of canine behavior that gave us complete peace of mind. He was proactive rather than reactive, anticipating needs before they became issues. Our dog can be particular, yet he adapted seamlessly and respected established routines while building trust. What truly stood out was his authenticity. There was nothing transactional about his care—it was thoughtful, warm, and sincere. You can tell when someone genuinely loves animals, and that sincerity showed in every interaction. If you are looking for someone who blends professionalism, knowledge, attentiveness, and heartfelt care, his is extraordinary. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found him and highly recommend Jared to anyone looking for an outstanding pet sitter.”

About: Hi! I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life and have experience caring for multiple pets at once, including different breeds, ages, and personalities. I’m comfortable adapting to each pet’s unique needs and routines. I work remotely, which means your pet will have constant supervision, and attention throughout the day. I treat every pet how I would want mine treated and strive to provide a calm, loving environment while you’re away. I work from home and have for over 5 years. This allowed the time to really watch over your pet and being able to handle anything they need. I have a fenced in small back yard. My apartment also offers locations to walk dogs and allow them to poop and get some extra room.
“Wow, what a super kind human Lorrie is. She truly loves dogs and it shows in how much care she has put into her beautiful fenced in yard and countless dog toys/balls. She sent me sweet videos and updates about my pup and he looked so joyous to be playing all around her place. He was ready for a nap when I picked him up which is always great. I’ll definitely book with Lorrie and her cute pup Beth again.”

“Jennifer is really nice and accommodating. She even took care of our pit Jada with short notice. She provided daily updates for Jada including photos of their activities. We found the perfect dogsitter for Jada in the Redding area, and we look forward to her dogsitting Jada in the near future. Thanks again Jennifer!”

About: I grew up with dogs. I have been living in a house now with 4 Shih Tzus ranging from 1.5 years old up to 16. I've gone through potty training all the way to eye drops. I am also owned by 5 cats so I am well versed in litter boxes and finicky eaters. I work full time Saturday through Wednesdays from 7am to 3pm. My housemate and partner works Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. There is almost always someone home to take care of the dogs. It is no issue for me to stop by before and after work for potties and so on. I am pretty much a low key person so hanging with the fur kids is about as exciting as I get. When I am sitting in someone's house I like to spend time with the pet. I make sure that when I leave the house I secure the doors, windows, etc. I am respectful of belongings and space. I like to make the fur kids feel like nothing is all that different as much as possible. If I'm just dropping in for walks/potty time I like to spend time with them for their comfort and stimulation. I'll make sure water is refreshed and food is full and boxes are emptied.
“Our puppy Tekla enjoyed her stay with Jessie and her family, great care and we loved the pictures twice a day. It’s an awesome service to be able leave her with Jessie and not worry about how our dog was faring.”

About: I grew up on a farm in the mountains. It introduced my love and experience for animals and the immense gratification involved. Since moving away I have took in many animals both to do my part personally in my home and giving the opportunity for others to have the same by rehabbing, sheltering and finding their forever homes. It has always been my dream to open a shelter, or even more fun a cat cafe. I am excited for the opportunity to share my love with your furbabies and am appreciative for the consideration. I am an entrepreneur from home so my schedule is very open. I am aware how hectic life can be and hope to take some of that weight off your shoulders. My cats are spoiled rotten. They are given wet food once a day on top of their dry food. They have their own room full of windows, an electric litter box and a door to their massive catio outside. As well as access to the rest of the home as given. They are given medications as needed and I use Dutch vet service to assist in staying on top of their general health. When it comes to your animals I will offer the same love and attention as I give mine while following the regimens given. As far as watching your animals in my home it will vary according to the needs and comfort of the animals I am watching.

About: I have worked as a detection dog handler and gun dog handler for a few years now. I have also trained my own dog to complete multiple tasks for different purposes. I know how to get your pup tired mentally and physically while having fun and have the patience necessary to help them learn new tricks and become familiar with a new place! I have a flexible work schedule so rest assured that your pup will get plenty of exercise and will play fun games throughout the day! I also live very close to a fenced tennis court (if your pup is into tennis balls and fetching) and a fenced park with soccer fields. I provide a safe and clean environment with a fenced yard and a friendly and playful dog to keep your pup company. I have an extra crate (size XL) if your pup is crated-trained. I also have lots of room to accommodate your own crate inside my living room. I have a doggie treadmill (Dog Trotter USA Inc), which we use to keep our dog active during very hot weather, and can use for your pup as well if interested! I always follow the owner’s instructions closely. Dogs are never unattended for long periods of time, and I always monitor them to make sure they’re feeling safe and comfortable at all times.
About: I have had a dog since I was born. I started caring for my dog by the age of five. Then, I did overnights with a diabetic dog, with whom I had to administer medicine. Now, I have two dogs of my own who are very special. I currently work from home, so pet care fits in seamlessly with my routine. I also have a fenced-in yard, so potty breaks can be taken frequently. I am very attentive with care for pets in my home, and I’m my clients home. I always ensure there is fresh food and water. I make sure they have toys or chew toys to keep them occupied. I am always available to take time to play, and go on potty breaks.

“Oakley had a wonderful time with Nancy and Don. They are very friendly and loving people. Oakley has lots of energy but when he got home he was tired and went to lay down. Which means he had a busy fun time. So happy we found them!!”
“Jennifer was able to work with my long hour work schedule and picked up right away when I texted. That’s a big thing for me cause my hours are difficult to find someone. She kept me updated as well and took good care of my baby.”
“Dylan was absolutely wonderful with Charlie. He accepted him right away during our meet‑and‑greet, which instantly put me at ease. He’s incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, attentive to details, and genuinely easy to talk to. Charlie had a great time with him and the other dogs — he came home happy and relaxed. Dylan’s home is clean, organized, and clearly set up with care. His wife Julie was also very supportive and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’m so glad I found them. I highly recommend Dylan to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter.”

“Needed daycare last minute for my spoiled and somewhat dramatic doodles and they had a blast with Lorrie and her pack. The property is amazing, lots of shade, secure fence and sweet doggie friends to explore with. Bonus - Lorrie’s granddaughter was visiting and spoiled my guys even more. We are in town occasionally and I will happily book again.”

About: I'm very loving & caring for animals & their needs, and I feel they all deserve the same respect as their human families. I've grown up surrounded by dogs & cats, never living without at least 3. Animals are all such unique individuals & I am excited to have an opportunity to meet and take care of all the new furry friends (: I'm a stay at home mom, born & raised in Hawaii. Maintaining whatever structure and discipline necessary is a very important priority when it comes to animal care, as well as the individual needs of the pet itself, however needed. Animals are a part of our familes, they were just born a bit little different than us (: Being a stay at home mom allows me to have lots of flexibility when it comes to scheduling, I am happy to accommodate whatever your animal might need (: All animals have such different wants & needs. I love taking time to get to know an animal as an individual, & then figure out which way to interact with them best. It’s important not to force an animal into something they’re not comfortable with.
“Riley was AWESOME and took such great care of Jack!! Her dog Hank and Jack played so well together! 🥰 Riley loved Jack like her own...I highly recommend Riley (and Hank) for the best care for your fur babies! ❤️❤️”

I will be booking Shannon again!”

As for at your home if you tell me what needs to be done I will follow the list and provide pictures of it done!
About: I am a nurse who is hoping to give extra love and care to your pets! As a kid I would do dog walks and check ins. I also have watched friend’s pets while they are gone. I treat your pet like family and as if they were my own! I am currently on a different work schedule so I my availability is pretty flexible. Check in or drop in’s I can do anytime during the week/day. I would prefer to take care of your pet in your home. I would treat your home the way I would treat mine and respect your boundaries and privacy.

About: I have always loved animals and understand the importance of treating every pet like family. Over the past four years, I have cared for dogs for family and friends by walking them, house sitting, feeding them, and making sure they received plenty of love and attention while their owners were away. Through my work as a Hospitality Aide, I have developed strong skills in responsibility, patience, and providing dependable care. I am CPR certified, reliable, and committed to following your instructions carefully so your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for every time I’m with them. I have open availability and am flexible to meet your pet care needs. Whether you need early morning, daytime, evening, weekend, or last-minute care, I’m happy to help whenever my schedule allows. I understand that every pet has a unique routine, and I’m committed to providing dependable, attentive care while keeping you updated for peace of mind. I treat every pet as if they were my own. At home, I make sure my pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and receive lots of love and attention every day. When caring for your pet, I’ll carefully follow your instructions, respect your home, and do everything I can to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals—dogs, cats, and even farm animals—so caring for pets is truly a passion of mine. I understand the needs and personalities of different animals, and I love giving them attention, care, and affection. I’m responsible, dependable, and have reliable transportation, so you can count on me to be on time and keep your pets happy and safe while you’re away. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, and disabled dogs as well. I have a senior Siberian Husky with hip dysplasia so i have learned to administer medication and provide special care to those pups who need it. I have raised a whole litter of puppies as well so i am experienced in potty and crate training too! I have never lived without a pup in my home and i love every bit of being a dog mom! Pet care fits seamlessly into my weekly routine because I work a flexible part-time job at Dutch Bros, which allows me plenty of time to walk, feed, and give attention to pets consistently throughout the day on weekdays and weekends. I am typically available everyday of the week besides mondays. When i am working i usually get off no later than 6pm so i am very open to overnight stays as well! Due to this flexibility i am open to last minute bookings! I visit pets in their own homes, following each owner’s instructions to keep them happy and comfortable. When in your home I would love to take your fur babies for walks, to dog parks, any anything you already do with them to make them the most comfortable! You can count on me to respect your home and maintain your pets’ usual routines.
About: My family has always been passionate about giving animals the best possible life & experience that we possibly could. I have owned multiple dogs of different sizes and owned for multiple kinds of reptiles. I have experience carrying for special needs dogs as two of our dogs needed extensive medical care and medication administered multiple times of day as they near the end of their lives. I consider myself to be very calm and respectful of people’s fur babies and home. I’m currently working part time, just 10 hours a week and I spend most of my time when I’m not working doing schoolwork. I’m a local college student and avid pet lover. Im passionate and safety oriented. I’ll spend most of my time caring for your pets and reading my textbooks. I’m a quick learner and can follow any instructions you set for me. I have experience administering medications to dogs as my previous dog required multiple bouts of different medication throughout the day during the end of her life. I also have experience with reptiles and heating requirements and general feeding schedules.
About: Hi, I’m Ariyana! Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was raised around both dogs and cats, and caring for them isn’t just something I do—it’s something I genuinely love. Every pet deserves to feel safe, loved, and comfortable, and I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own. One thing that sets me apart is my experience with pets of all ages. I enjoy working with puppies and kittens, helping reinforce good manners, basic obedience, potty training, leash skills, and positive routines. I understand that young pets require patience, consistency, and lots of encouragement, and I love being part of their learning process. I also have extensive experience caring for senior pets. I’m comfortable with slower walks, administering medications (if needed), accommodating mobility limitations, following special feeding schedules, and giving older pets the extra patience, gentleness, and attention they deserve. I know how important it is to keep their routine consistent and stress-free. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or calm and cuddly, I’ll tailor my care to their individual personality and needs. I’ll make sure they receive plenty of exercise, enrichment, affection, and one-on-one attention while you’re away. Communication is incredibly important to me. I’ll keep you updated with photos, videos, and messages so you always know how your furry family member is doing. My goal is for you to have complete peace of mind, knowing your pet is safe, happy, and genuinely cared for. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I strive to build lasting relationships with both pets and their owners by being dependable, attentive, and treating every animal like family. I can’t wait to meet you and your best friend! Although I work full-time, I make pet care a priority in my daily routine. I carefully manage my schedule to ensure every pet receives the time, attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. Whether it’s morning visits, evening care, overnight stays, or weekend availability, I’m committed to providing reliable, high-quality care. When your pet is with me, they’ll never feel like just another appointment—they’ll be treated like family. When caring for pets in your home, I know how important it is to keep their routine as normal as possible. I’ll follow your instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, potty breaks, and any special care your pet needs. I also make sure your pet receives plenty of love, attention, and companionship while you’re away. I’ll respect your home as if it were my own by keeping everything clean, secure, and tidy. You’ll receive regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for. My goal is to provide dependable, stress-free care while making your pet feel comfortable in the place they know best.

About: I have three dogs and three cats and take care of them frequently. I have dog sat several breeds and sizes for friends and family and have so much fun! I spend most my day with my animals. Playing, running, and cuddling. I adore animals more the people most the time. It involves feeding, walking, and giving baths. I always carry something to protect both me and the animals on walks. I have previously owned 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks, 1 Pomeranian, & 3 blue/red nose pitties with my family throughout my 18 & under years. At the age of 21, I began working at a doggie day care/boarding camp in California. I fell in love with meeting new doggie faces and personalities that I eventually want to open up my own business in taking care of pups while dog parents are at work or out of town. I have also owned 2 kittens before officially giving them to a great home! I am currently in the U.S Army national guard until I get my education completed and afterwards I plan on fulfilling my business dream working with extraordinary animals! About: As a child I grew up with Great Danes, along with pit bulls, Rottweilers, Lhasa apsos, pugs, and many more. Animals have always had the biggest spot in my heart and always will. I’ve taken care of all sorts of pets from dogs and cats to horses and cows. Choosing me to care for your pets doesn’t only help your dog feel comfortable while you are out, but it gives me an excuse to do the one thing I love most in this world. I feel especially drawn to animals and I believe they feel the same about me. I’ve never met an animal who wasn’t comfortable around me. I currently work part-time at a local outdoors store but I am happy to move my schedule to accommodate specific needs of pets and owners! I can allow pets in my home for shorter amounts of time. I have a very large fenced back yard that is fully shaded. There are also beautiful walking trails nearby my home. My house is air conditioned 24/7. In a clients home I will always respect their property and belongings. Caring for pets comes with cleaning up after them from time to time and watering plants or bringing in packages while the owner is out.
About: I grew up on a farm, so animals have always been part of my world—feeding chickens before breakfast, brushing horses after school, and getting covered in dog hair in between! I’ve looked after everything from bouncy puppies to mellow senior dogs, and I’ve always had an easy, natural connection with animals. They seem to sense that I’m one of the good ones. I’m great at picking up on their vibes—whether they’re in the mood to zoom around or just want some chill cuddle time. Taking care of animals is second nature to me, and honestly, it’s one of my favorite things to do. I live a flexible lifestyle and am fully available to care for your pets. Since I’m not tied to a traditional job or schedule, I can offer your fur babies lots of time, attention, and consistency. Whether it’s daily walks, extended stays, or last-minute needs, I’m here to help and happy to adapt to your routine. I prioritize creating a safe, nurturing environment wherever I’m staying. I care for pets in their own familiar space, which helps them feel secure and relaxed. I’m attentive to routines, respectful of your home, and can adapt to any special needs your pet may have—whether that means crating, administering medication, or extra cuddle time.
