About: From the time I was brought home from the hospital to mom life at 30, I’ve always had a dog by my side. Pets are like children and I care for them in just that way. We’ve adopted everything from abandoned puppies with no training, to senior dogs. Friends have relied on me to house sit their pups while away during the hot summer months, and have experience fostering kittens, dogs on medication and puppies going through potty training. I’m currently a stay at home mom. Two girls👧🏽👶🏽 and two boys🐶🐶. I’m rarely out of the house and have lots of time to play. We take walks daily, but also love our time on the couch, and would easily welcome another to snuggle with! My fur babies are great companions to both humans and other dogs so they’ll have a friend here if yours needs one. If there is ever any need for separation our yard is fenced and has a dividing gate down the middle. The main living space in our home can also be divided/closed off by Dutch doors which keeps the dogs from wondering, and allows me to keep them in close proximity to me. If keeping our boys separated from your fur babies makes you more comfortable we have a detached studio/garage we would be happy to utilize to keep ours in. If I am needed at your home, where your pet is most comfortable, I can easily be there to care for them. I also understand the importance of making sure everything is how you left it and that pets are secured inside when leaving. Knowing your babies are in loving hands is important. “This was my first time ever needing a dog sitter who wasn't a family member or friend and having my current 6 month old timid velcro puppy means that I had to be extra wary of where I leave her. When Anya and I met Audra during the meet and greet we were able to chat for a while and I felt totally comfortable explaining my own concerns and Anyas needs of patience and time. Audra was able to address them all and the answers she gave made me feel she would be a great fit. Dropping off my puppy was hard but it was easier knowing that someone who seems to really love dogs and was capable of accomodating a more timid dog had her. I was able to get updates throughout her daycare stay and when I picked her up she seemed perfectly fine and elated to see me. Driving home she was plum tuckered out and napped but when she got back home Anya was back to her regularly scheduled trouble. I gave her a look over and saw no issues and behavioral wise Anya acts as if she had never been gone at all. Afterwards I asked Audra some questions about Anya and how she did to follow up with her dog training and received prompt responses that will help me make sure that this timid pup continues to thrive and grow in confidence. I also have Oreo, our kitty that is the new addition to our home. I would love to care of your furry loved one while you are away like if it were my own. When pet sitting at owners home I can make sure your dog gets the exercise and play it needs. Any needs or concerns you have I will gladly accommodate to the best of my ability. I'm currently working in the weekdays but I am totally free most weekends to care for your dog(s). And free in the evenings weekdays and weekends for walks and to dog sit for a few hours. I take my dogs out for potty breaks and physical activity three times a day every day and can do the same or more for your furry friend. I love to play tug of war with my dogs and will do the same with your pet. I like to stimulate my dogs minds by giving them treat puzzles. I have a play gun I can use that shoots out a small tennis ball that my dogs love to chase and bring back to me. I also have lots of plush toys your furry friend can play with of needed. If caring for dog at client's home I can make sure their dog is looked after by feeding the dog the clients desired food and treats and by giving the dog various opportunities to be active both inside and outdoors. And of course if outdoors in the community for a walk always with their leash on at all times unless otherwise discussed with client. And I will always give the dog the opportunity to relieve themselves several times during the day.
About: I have personal experiences with my own pets. I have a total of 7 cats. I love dogs as well. I even have experience with senior dogs. I have free availability right now I’m on a seasonal break from my job. I can come any time and stay if needed. Book now!!
