I (Diana) grew up on a farm with lots of different animals and dogs, and understand how each one has their own fantastic personality. Just let me know what they need, and I can do it. We’ve had puppies, older dogs, big dogs, small dogs, and everything in between! My tween/teen kids are kind and fun with animals, and will provide even more love and attention for your dog while they stay with us. Thank you for trusting us with your favorite furry buddy! We primarily work from home so we can spend a lot of quality time with your dog. We have a Newfoundland-poodle mix of our own, so our daily routine is already focused on dog care (feeding, walking, letting outside, etc). Just let me know what your dog needs! We also have goats, chickens, outdoor cats, and a couple of feral peacocks that hang around the property. It’s a pet paradise. 😊 We have a large fenced yard and a big goofball named Hoagie to keep your doggy company. We will love and care for your dog as if he/she was our own, because that’s what we would expect for Hoagie while we’re away. We have extra pet beds, food and water dishes, etc. Our yard is perfect for a game of fetch, a sunbathing session, playtime with Hoagie, or just a great sniff. We’re happy to have your dog sleep in one of our bedrooms, take them for walks, and give them all the love.

“We have only had Mollie since last December. She is a rescue and a sweet girl. We had the opportunity to go on a trip with friends. I wasn't sure how she would do with new folks since we had not had her with other dogs or people. Our get acquainted visit was the best experience for both of us. She was glad to see me when I picked her up, which was great! She had a good time playing with other dogs and running and smelling around their fenced property. A lake and waterfall and lots of good smells made Mollie a very happy girl. She is nine and her vision and hearing are not great but she loves to smell. Thank you to Linda and her husband! About: Served as a volunteer and foster parent for many rescued animals in Bali during the pandemic. My experience with animals is vast. Ive grown up with many different kinds of pets. Cats. Dogs. Birds. Reptiles. Rodents. Chickens. ducks. Donkeys. Horses. Pigs. Goats. You name it. I love all animals. I was raised in the foothills in the redwood forest. I’m a very down to earth and healthy lifestyle human who just loves fur babies of all types. I’m attentive and loving and playful with animals. I really need it as much as they do. I work early in the mornings off around 9am and then have most of the day to myself. It’s nice to have an excuse to take a dog on a walk or to lounge around with some kitty cuddles. Having animals in my home makes it feel more like a home. In my own home I will be in close proximity at all times and I will be home the entire time so I can sense when potty breaks or walks are needed. I really enjoy taking walks myself so it’s a perfect fit to have dogs over. Cats are similar with the exception of walks unless you want to leash train them or already have. I love to keep an eye on them so they don’t hurt themselves and I give lots of play time.

“Sasha dropped in on my dog Willow a few times this week and I could not have asked for a better person to take care of her. Willow is very nervous around strangers, generally very distrustful and defensive, but she seemed to connect with Sasha from the start at the meet and greet. Sasha was so sweet and understanding with her, never pushing Willow to interact more than she wanted to. When she dropped in, Sasha took Willow outside and played with her (sent me the most adorable video!!), refilled her water, gave her some treats, and cuddled with her on the couch. Before she left on the last day she even cleaned up some of Willow's toys, which I am always terrible about doing. It was such a sweet gesture when I myself was already nervous about someone coming over, it put me right at ease. ? Sasha was very communicative and went above and beyond dropping in on Willow and I couldn't be more grateful. I will definitely contact her again for future drop ins when I need them!”

About: As a cattle dog owner, I'd like to think I have a special set of skills for crazy babies. I have always had rescues and fosters in my home. I have been fortunate to work with foster pets from the Caribbean and Mexico as well, each of these often came with health issues. I have experience with pregnant dogs and cats as well! If you are interested in having your pet stay over, know I have two very friendly dogs. They have both experienced having guests and foster pets in the house as well. Tolerant and obedient. I have multiple rooms and baby gates for separation and quiet time. In general, I am a very active and outdoorsy person! So i am happy to take the pets out to the trails or the lake! I live on 10 quiet acres with a fenced yard. There is ample space to play outside or be kept safe and warm inside. I am fortunate to work from home. I have the ability to provide care all day and night for your pet! I walk each morning and evening and have the option to take your pet out for a walk or a play on the property in both fenced and unfenced areas. I have an older dog who is very arthritic so I am used to caring for the elderly animals as well. Pets in my home have their own room if needed. I have plenty of space for crates. I have a large gated deck and live on 10 acres on a quiet road. My own pets walk daily with me along my road which works well for easy elder dog walks as it is shady even in the summer. It also can provide great training ground as there is little traffic. For the high energy babies, we can play fetch or take to the trails nearby. I have always had rescue pitties so I am comfortable with big cuddly babies. I adopted a cattle dog pup who had clinical anxiety which has taught me how to care for highly intelligent, high energy dogs as well. Treats, love, and confidence makes for a happy dog!

About: I grew up on a large family farm with all kinds of animals. We recently had two senior Shih Tzu's that each had their own special needs. After the loss, we are ready to open our home to new pups! We love all dogs and animals of all kinds. Our property is a large 3 acres. Our large backyard is fenced. We enjoy hiking and long walks. My husband works from home so there's someone always here for potty breaks, snuggles and treats. We do have one friendly, easygoing cat. Your dog must be comfortable around cats. We are happy to give medications or whatever special needs that you might require. My husband works from home and we are generally homebody people. I work about 32 hours a work. I am usually at work at 10 am and home by 5:30 pm. Our cat is self-sufficient and has his own bathroom space with his automatic food feeder and litter box. I am very aware of my environment to keep the dog safe from others and feel a private area is best for dogs while under my care. But I appreciate the fact that Amanda gave us a full and honest report (which is helpful for us to gauge the areas he still needs significant training) and was very kind about the negatives. The most important thing, though, was that he settled down in the car almost immediately. Our dog is a very nervous dog, so if he has had a rough time at a dog sitter, we know right away because he whines and whimpers all the way home. After leaving Amanda‘s house, he winded for about 60 seconds and then went to sleep. Hallelujah! Thank you, Amanda, for the top quality care you have given to our very low quality puppy. I am especially grateful that Amanda was willing to take the puppy at the last minute, because my husband had a hospital procedure and I had completely forgotten about making arrangements for the dog. About: Our family of two is pet-friendly. Dogs, cats, bunnies, and other animals were guests in our house—all the way from small puppies to giant heavy mastiffs. Safe house for your pets. No neighbor dogs, only squirrels. The yard is protected around with fences and trees. My husband is a military medic trained to help dogs if needed. Can take care of oral medication, IV, pills. My husband is at home 99% since he is in Air Force Online Program right now, and I am at home most of the time. Our family very flexible on the weekends with the schedule and always happy to help other with their trips and dog stays. We have a fenced yard and have only one puppy, a lot of space inside and outside. My husband and I are very active and happy to take care of our little friends.

About: I have taken care of dogs on my own since I got my dog Mr. Buddy who is an Australian Shepard. I raised him from a puppy when I got him in Alaska when I was in the air force. I also watch my sister's dogs all the time, and I've decided to turn my love of dogs into a profession. I've learned a lot about dogs from great people like ceaser milon and the dog father, and many great people I've met along the way on my travels in the military. Your dogs will be well taken care of under my care. I have decided to do this as a full time gig. I want to be my own boss and work better with animals then I do people lol. I have delt with dogs of every age from my grandparents older German Shepard of 14 years old to my dog Mr. Buddy as a young 12 week old pup. I can assure that I will adhere to any safety practices that you want for your fur baby. I also have my 4 year old Aussie, Mr. Buddy, that does great with other dogs and socializing them. I've seen him help mentally troubled dogs many times. Off course I will not bring him if the client doesn't want him there. But once again I care assure that any dog will be safe under my care.

“Very nice experience for us. This was the first time I’ve had to board my dog and I was worried about her reaction to being alone. Samantha kindly reassured me that she would be okay. There is a large fenced area for off leash play time. Blondie was taken on long walks and was bedded down in a stall in a former stable. She had a cozy bed and a heater. When we picked her up she looked happy and comfortable. We are very satisfied with Samantha’s kind care of Blondie.”
