“Jill and Liz are fantastic! We were driving from SF to LA for a long weekend and wanted to give our 2 chihuahua mixed pups a little vacation of their own—Jill and Liz's home was just the ticket! Their backyard is truly a pup's paradise—large enough to run and play with some shade to hang out in and even a water feature to splash around. They were really great about sending tons of pictures as updates and very patient and understanding with Frankie who was a little stressed at being left, so initially he wasn't eating his food—they coaxed him with some shredded chicken, and he came around by the end of the second day. We could tell our pups were getting TLC with the pics of them snuggled in Liz's lap or blankets while hanging out on the couch and bed. To top it all off, when we came to pick up our babies, Jill and Liz surprised us with a framed photo of each dog! It was such a sweet gesture. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them if we ever do another road trip to LA (if they were closer to SF, we'd re-book in a heartbeat!!) About: I have taken care of dogs small to big since i was around 10. I am a 3 sport athlete with a 3.8 gpa thats ready for energetic playful dogs and lazy couch potato dogs, as i have both kinds myself! My schedule is fairly open most days. I have college wrestling practice on weekdays from 4–6 PM, but aside from that, I'm generally available throughout the summer, with the exception of a few occasions when I need to care for my younger brother, who has special needs. I was raised to respect people houses and living space. I have never and will never drink or smoke. I let my own dogs out 3 times a day morning evening and night with walks at night so they and I dont overheat. I love playing fetch and tug of war with them and by the time their inside their big lazy couch potatoes i love to sit with.

About: I have always grown up with having a pet in the home. Currently, I have two: a young 1 year old shitzu and a senior 11 year old maltipoo (you can imagine how they get along). I have basic skills on training some tricks. My true enjoyment is playing with pets. They heal something in me, and I think they know that. After that I worked at a kennel/training facility for 6 years, then became a dog groomer for 10 years as well as went back to more kennel work. I also breed and show border collies and train them for a variety of different events. To say my live revolves around my dogs is an understatement. I have been working with dogs for over 30 years in a variety of aspects. I work from home 8-4:30 with a lunch break. I am able to check on your pups before and after work and even on my lunch break depending on the proximity of our homes. In my home my dogs are indoors with me during the day. They go outside for 20 minutes every hour (supervised only). During they day they have their own dog room next to the living room where I work. Toys beds and crates fill their area. I treat your dog just like one of my own when they are with me. Our dogs sleep in our room with us as well. In your home its your rules and what you need out of a sitter. I would ideally like to take your dog outside to play or for a walk (if that is what they would like). Really it's about the dog and trying to keep a normal routine.

“Jill and Liz are fantastic! We were driving from SF to LA for a long weekend and wanted to give our 2 chihuahua mixed pups a little vacation of their own—Jill and Liz's home was just the ticket! Their backyard is truly a pup's paradise—large enough to run and play with some shade to hang out in and even a water feature to splash around. They were really great about sending tons of pictures as updates and very patient and understanding with Frankie who was a little stressed at being left, so initially he wasn't eating his food—they coaxed him with some shredded chicken, and he came around by the end of the second day. We could tell our pups were getting TLC with the pics of them snuggled in Liz's lap or blankets while hanging out on the couch and bed. To top it all off, when we came to pick up our babies, Jill and Liz surprised us with a framed photo of each dog! It was such a sweet gesture. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them if we ever do another road trip to LA (if they were closer to SF, we'd re-book in a heartbeat!!)
