“Mel and her family really helped me when I was in a bind. I have a basset hound with bad separation anxiety and needed a place for him to go while I worked out of town for two months. Mel immediately was willing to make room for him. He did daycare 5 days a week with her and I consistently got pictures and updates throughout the day. About: I have been a dog mom most of my life. More recently I’ve worked with a rescue and have experience fostering dogs . All 3 of my dogs are rescues and they are all very different so I’ve learned that they all their own individualized plan I currently work full time so I am available most weekends for boarding. Sometimes I’m off over the summer so my availability opens up then I have a really big fenced yard and a cozy pet friendly home. I have 3 small dogs who I love very much. My heeler mix is a bit fear aggressive towards new people and large dogs but he is obedient and I am working on socializing him more and I know exactly to manage. I also have a great relationship with a local mobile vet service. Please bring your own dog food, mostly to avoid tummy aches. Our pets are some of our best friends. But after letting her know we had a vehicle emergency, she offered to look after our dog for the night and even a whole second day and night while we stayed at a hotel and got a rental car sorted out. She kept us updated with plenty of pictures as well, while also making sure Ryder got plenty of exercise, food and sleep. She is an excellent sitter and I would rebook her anytime!”

About: Hello! I have owned animals my. I often care for my family and neighbors animals as well. I have done numerous house sitting jobs that include dogs and cats, along with many other animals. About: I’ve worked with dogs as young as 8 weeks to as old as 15 years. I’ve also worked with dogs as small as a chihuahua to as big as a poodle. Im a college student and have some flexibility in my schedule but working weekends is the best time to pet sit, however if you message me about a specific time during the week id love to see if we can work something out. I prioritize creating a safe and comfortable environment for pets, whether I’m in their home for a drop-in visit or staying overnight. About: I have always had a dog or multiple while growing up. I was always the kid that would ask to pet peoples dogs (still do) I have dog sat before for my neighbor and anytime the dogs saw me they always ran right to me. Dogs specifically always come up to me or are attracted to me. I have never had a bad experience with a dog and even if I did I would probably still try to make it my friend! Most days I am completely free except Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:10-11:25 then I have a night class from 6:10-8:00 I have always been an animal person and love every animal I meet. Before we moved to our new house my dog slept in my bed with me and had a bed of his own that he would occasionally lay in. My dog was always with me on the couch or really anywhere I went. Anytime I am at a friends house or anyone’s house who has I dog I always treat their pet like it’s my own.

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs for my family members for two years. I rented a house and the owner left his two Great Pyrenees to be in my care for the amount of time I lived there. I have a 3 year old pit bull and a 2 year old German Shepherd I love and care for now. I also have a 2 year old kitty that I love. About: Since the day I was born I've personally had over 40 cats and 20 dogs. I have taken care of and owned small and large livestock including horses/ cattle/ goats/ poultry/ rodent and reptiles. I expect full health reports so that I may beware of any conditions or issues with your pet. In my home, my own cats are not allowed outside without being on a harness or leash due to me living in town.

Manuel followed my feeding schedule each day she was there. My dog is very laid back and chills on the floor or couch.
