Your pup’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. We have a securely fenced yard where your dog can enjoy outdoor time, but we will always supervise them while they’re outside. Inside, they’re welcome to make themselves completely at home — including cuddling up on the couch or sleeping on the bed with us. We only host one family’s dogs at a time, so your pup gets our full attention without having to share our home with unfamiliar dogs. We also do not have children, creating a calm and comfortable environment where your dog can settle in and feel at ease. We’ll follow your pup’s routines, preferences, and house rules as closely as possible so they feel safe, happy, and well cared for throughout their stay.

I often would care for my neighbors dog since he was a puppy, parents worked full time and puppies need all the attention they can get so I helped train him. I also trained my own puppy Melo, he’s still growing and learning but I love being his mom. We have a securely fenced backyard for safe outdoor play, but your pup will never be left outside unsupervised. We’re also within walking distance of beautiful Bidwell Park, so there are plenty of opportunities for walks, exploring, and fresh air. I work from home, which means your dog will have lots of company throughout the day and won’t be left alone for long stretches. We’ll give your pup plenty of love, attention, playtime, and, of course, as many cuddles as they’re willing to accept. We’d love to get to know you and your four-legged family member and make their stay with us feel like a home away from home! Brittany works from home and has a very flexible schedule so can spend all day with your dog. We are happy to modify our daily routines to accommodate your dogs's normal walking and feeding schedule so they feel right at home. We can also accommodate last minute bookings. Your pup’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. We have a securely fenced yard where your dog can enjoy outdoor time, but we will always supervise them while they’re outside. Inside, they’re welcome to make themselves completely at home — including cuddling up on the couch or sleeping on the bed with us. We only host one family’s dogs at a time, so your pup gets our full attention without having to share our home with unfamiliar dogs. We also do not have children, creating a calm and comfortable environment where your dog can settle in and feel at ease. We’ll follow your pup’s routines, preferences, and house rules as closely as possible so they feel safe, happy, and well cared for throughout their stay.

About: I am a licensed and insured pet care provider. Everything your fur humans will need will be accommodated here with so much love. Lots of attention, cuddles, play time, and outside time. Toys and treats provided for free. I also have several dog food options. I'm a volunteer for several pet rescues. I’m patient, attentive, and good at picking up on an animal’s individual personality, routine, and comfort level. I’m reliable with schedules and details, so feeding times, medications, walks, check-ins, and special instructions are taken seriously. I’m also happy to send regular photos and updates so you know how your pet is doing while you’re away. I’m comfortable with pets who are energetic, shy, anxious, goofy, or just very particular about how they like things done. My goal is to keep their routine as normal and low-stress as possible and make sure they feel safe, cared for. I’m comfortable administering medications and have experience with both oral and injectable medications. I’m attentive to dosing instructions, timing, and making the process as calm and low-stress as possible. I’m also genuinely excited about dog walking. I’m working on being more active myself, so your dog gets a reliable walking buddy and I get an enthusiastic accountability partner. I’m happy to adjust the pace and length to your dog’s age, energy level, and usual routine—whether that means a relaxed sniff-heavy stroll or a longer, more active walk. I work a consistent full-time schedule, with quite a bit of flexibility throughout the day. It makes it easy for me to plan pet care reliably throughout and around my work hours. My work hours are 6:00am-2:30 pm Tuesday - Saturday. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and other care, and I’m happy to coordinate a routine that works well for both you and your pet. I value consistency and punctuality, especially when pets are used to a specific feeding, walking, or medication schedule I live in a pet-friendly apartment near lots of walking trails. I currently don’t have any pets in the home(unless you count a shrimp 🦐) I take pet care instructions seriously and always try to keep your pet’s routine as familiar and low stress as possible. I pay close attention to feeding instructions, medications, behavior, doors and gates, leash safety, and anything else you want handled a particular way. I’m respectful of your home and your pet’s boundaries, and I won’t force interaction with a nervous or shy animal. I’m also happy to send photos and updates during visits so you know how things are going.

Forest is professional, responsible, caring and really takes his role seriously. He once told me, “ I want your dog to come back to you as healthy and happy as he was dropped off to me.” I felt that! Will is like my child and I worry when we are away, but I know if he is with Forest (and Norma-who Will absolutely adores) I KNOW he is getting the best possible care. About: I had my own cat named Jesse for 16 years. He was the love of my life. My best friend, child and ruled the home. I work as a caregiver part time so I make my own schedule. I am home most of the time available to give loving attention. I live in a very pet friendly community with a large courtyard. Many dogs and cats live here. California Park Lake is across the street.
