About: I’ve taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. I first started fostering puppies and kitten at the age of 12. I am new to Rover but I have extensive hands on experience, including working for two years at small animal hospital and volunteering at local animal shelter. She did a wonderful job during the drop in visits twice a day with Baron Von Bubbles including administrating insulin shots, giving medicine, feeding, scooping the litter & giving him fresh water. She took a lot of pictures & videos and gave me detailed updates in her messages. Baron warmed up to her within 1-2 visits and enjoyed being with her based on her reports & videos. “Kushram and Family are a wonderful find for dog sitting or doggy day care. Give the initial booking request a bit of lead time, as the confirmation that the day/time works may take up to a day to come through. This time I put in a request 9:30pm on a Saturday, and got confirmation Sunday evening. (I suspect requests are processed daily). The initial booking request was the largest gap we experienced in communication, scheduling the meet and greet by messages was easy - they were very responsive and want to ensure you and your pup will be comfortable with their set up and go over any special needs of the dog. Our elder pup Rick was drawn to Kushram and the whole family even on the meet and greet (I think just his wife and adult nephew), as well the drop off day of, and they were able to make him comfortable enough to eat even on a short visit. Given our short booking (only about 3 hrs) we can't really comment on long term pictures/communication during the visit, but I can say I feel pretty happy that I found some place local where I feel comfortable leaving my dog when I need to go somewhere. They also have some experience with some dog special needs, but can help best when they know about it ahead of time. They were not concerned or put off in the slightest by our pups needs (mostly that he's pretty clingy, can get cold easily, and only has 3 teeth and will only eat small pieces of food, and doesn't love hanging out with other dogs), and described other dogs they had watched with similar or more challenging needs such as dog-sitting a blind dog in a new space. Thank you for taking good care of our pup!”
“In a recent trip to Napa we were fortunate enough to find Tammy and her son to watch my dog and a friend's dog (Maltese and a Yorkipoo) for 3 days. We would drop them off in the morning and pick them up early evening. Luckily Tammy was flexible with our pick up/drop off times, quick to response and sent pictures through out the day. I would prefer to crate your dog for my out periods. About: I’ve had a dog ever since I was about 8 years old. I’m about to be 29 so that’s over 20 years of experience! I’ve had very calm dogs to my now 2 high energy, herding, reactive dogs! I can work with all types of temperaments! I currently work from 8-1 but my hours are very flexible due to being able to remote work! About: I love trying to teach them a couple things and playing with them ive been raised with dogs since i was little and i love taking them also out and giving them treats. Something about me is also im very active and so i wouldnt mind giving your dogs a walk im really friendly and patient with them and try to understand how they are. I also have toys for them since i understand they also like to chew on toys and for peeing i have a porch thats clean and i can put pads for them. The lost important thing is i know they need lots of attention and im willing to give that to them.Just know i will treat your companion very well. About: I grew up in a house full of animals and pets and have grown to understand and love them fully and I hope to spread that love towards other animals! I can come take care of pets almost every day! I am a working Christian girl so Sundays I have church for an hour, and I just recently started a new job so far my hours are 10am-7pm Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays! I’m available afternoons on Thursdays and I’m available weekends! I believe that pets require an immense amount of attention and affection and I will always create a trusting bond with the pet owners and answer any questions the owners may have!
