But I appreciate the fact that Amanda gave us a full and honest report (which is helpful for us to gauge the areas he still needs significant training) and was very kind about the negatives. The most important thing, though, was that he settled down in the car almost immediately. Our dog is a very nervous dog, so if he has had a rough time at a dog sitter, we know right away because he whines and whimpers all the way home. After leaving Amanda‘s house, he winded for about 60 seconds and then went to sleep. Hallelujah! Thank you, Amanda, for the top quality care you have given to our very low quality puppy. About: I have had all types of animals ever since i’ve been alive! This includes horses, cats, dogs, chickens, sheep, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc.! I have a deep love for all animals and know I am a trustworthy and caring animal lover! I am a graduate from Cal Poly SLO that has moved home for a bit. I am trying to make a little money while finding a job and what better way to do that than to spend that time with animals! So, my schedule is very open as I am navigating this shift in my life! As I said above, I have had animals my whole life. As for dogs and cats, I first make sure that they are getting all the love they deserve because their love towards humans are endless. I go on atleast 1 walk a day and feed my dogs twice a day according to their diet. As for my cat, I make sure to give him all the belly rubs and a good morning stretch (he loves it)! While I was in school I helped my boyfriend take care of his two frenchies. My latest pet was a big Bordie Collie, but right now I have a smaller dog and a cat! Therefore, I have taken care of a variety of different dogs. All I want to offer to your animals are the love and care that they deserve!
About: Hi friends! I’ve not only grown up with dogs but have one of my own! I’ve been pet sitting/boarding for over 10 years. Good friends, family members and customers of mine have all trusted me to watch their animals or stay over at their house and care for their babies! I’d love to help out if I can. I am currently for a brewery and have some free time! That may change in the future but for now, I’m here and available to give 100% of my attention to yours and my fur baby. I live in an apartment downtown. I’m close to numerous parks and dog parks. I live in a pet friendly environment and safe neighborhood. “Being the first time leaving Alistair since I rescued him 4 yrs ago and now mostly retired as my service animal due to a vision problem. I was really anxious about leaving him with anyone. My mind was put to rest after the meet up Linda and her husband have a true gift with putting both Alistair and myself at ease. I cried when I left but was relieved shortly after with photos of him strolling on their beautiful property. I was sent photos regularly during my trip. What a relief to know he's got a loving place to go the next time I need to leave him. Just great people. ?”
