About: I am happy to announce that I recently acquired a home with a 20 acre piece of property in Graeagle where I am now boarding animals! I have one dog of my own, a Vizsla mix who is 6 1/2 years old and loves all other animals. I am currently taking up to 3 additional dogs total on to my property at a time, depending on their size and demeanor. I require a meet and greet in your home or a neutral area to ensure my dog and yours get along. If there are other dogs on property during your pets stay, I will either ensure they are compatible or keep them separate during the entire stay. Although my property is surrounded by forest land, it is best if your dog likes to stick close and not run off too far. There is a small stream that runs through my property to play in, nothing deep enough to cause more trouble than dirty paws. My boarding fees include pick up and drop off from your home since I do not allow visitors on to my property, due to safety reasons. Your dog will be inside, out of the elements at night as well as during the day, during inclement weather. I curtail your dogs activities to your preference. I encourage you sending your pup with toys, beds, etc. I always feed dogs separately and if treats or bones are to be given, I separate all dogs at that time as well. Please ask any questions you may have, I am OCD about safety and making you and your pet feel as comfortable as possible while you are away from them. Pet care is my sole source of income and my life pretty much revolves around it. I wouldn’t have it any other way! I love what I do. I care for every pet differently. I adhere to the owners instructions as closely as I can since they know what’s best for their own pet. When there is question I refer back to the knowledge I’ve learned in the past with my own animals or pets that have been in my care.

I deeply love animals and currently I’m not in a place to adopt my own, so this job is a passion project for me to get to spend more time with dogs and cats. My goal is for you to enjoy your day or your vacation in peace, knowing that you will come home to happy healthy well-cared-for pets. I have extensive experience both caring for pets and housesitting, and excellent references. I have dearly loved animals ever since I got my first kitty and doggy when I was a very small girl. I have had and loved and cared for many pets over the years. At this stage in my life, since I’m not ready to adopt my own pet, getting to spend time with your dear ones is a dream come true for me every time. I also know how important our homes are for our sense of happiness and safety and well-being, and what a difference it can make if someone cares for our home well while we are gone. I love beautiful spaces and I always do my best to leave your home in as nice or nicer condition than I found it in. I have experience and love caring for everything from multimillion dollar homes and large properties, to smaller sanctuaries. One unusual trait that I bring to the table is that I can handle a very high level of responsibility, and at the same time I am capable of being quite flexible. If I sign up to care for your pet or your home, I will be committed and dedicated to deep, kind, attentive, care, fulfilling what I have agreed to to the T; and if you need to come home early or extend your stay, I am often able to accommodate that. I will provide exceptional care for your pets and your home so that you can take a big breath of relaxation and settle in easily when you get home. As an energy healer and somatic coach, I have a flexible schedule and usually work from home, and getting to take care of pets brings a lot of liveliness and sweetness into my day. I put your pet’s safety and health first and foremost. It’s always the first thing I consider in any interaction with an animal - we can get to the fun part once everything needed for health and safety is in place.
