“Shahrzad was absolutely amazing with my dog! I left my pup with her for boarding, and I couldn't be happier. Her backyard is fantastic—huge, secure, and perfect for dogs to run around and play safely. Shahrzad kept me updated and took wonderful care of everything. It's such a relief to find someone you can genuinely trust. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be booking with her again!"”

About: USE THIS CODE FOR $20 OFF YOUR FIRST BOOKING https://www.rover.com/sit/sofiaf58007 Over the years, I’ve cared for many different animals from dogs and cats to guinea pigs and fish. I share my home with my senior dog, Cushla, a very sensitive dog I’ve cared for since she was a puppy. Caring for her has given me experience managing allergies, stomach issues, prescription food, medications, and the extra attention sensitive dogs need. I offer a calm, one-dog-at-a-time environment where your pet will receive my full attention and care. Since neighborhood cats occasionally visit the yard, I only accept well-socialized dogs up to 20 lbs who are comfortable around other animals and suited for a calm, low-stress home environment. I work from home full-time, so your dog will have constant supervision, personalized attention, and senior-friendly features like pet stairs, plus plenty of care and companionship. Your dog will stay in a spacious, calm home with plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. I have a large, fully fenced backyard where they can safely explore, play on the lawn, and enjoy fresh air. I also have plenty of toys and balls to keep them engaged and happy. Inside, all furniture is covered with soft blankets so they can rest comfortably wherever they choose, and I have pet stairs available for dogs who need extra support getting up. Dogs are never kept in crates, and I always use a gentle, respectful approach to care, focused on making them feel safe, relaxed, and at home.

“Our dog was happy, so we were happy to see our pet satisfied! Thank you so much, Sonia. Hope to see soon! Definitely I will advise to choose Sonia as a sitter for your pet!”

“Alexis and Melisa have watched my dogs three times now and they are fantastic. They send regular updates and my pups are made to feel right at home. Well cared for and loved. I am so thankful. Highly highly recommend. I have already booked my next stay!”

“Kiyarash was helpful during a sudden time of need. He took care of Cooper for a full night’s worth of boarding and I appreciate the daily updates with pictures. It seemed like his frequency and rotation of dogs is never more than one at a time so there’s also no need to worry about whether your dog specifically will he compatible with other dogs. His space is open and well-kept and I appreciated the house tour at drop off.”

“Anebelle and Ben were amazing. They accommodated tedious different diet needs of our two dogs. They treated our dogs like their own; cuddling with them in bed, taking them on long walks, and keeping them entertained through out. Annabelle and Ben’s kids also made our dogs feel at home and showered them with affection. Annabelle also made sure to send daily updates with pictures and videos, allowing us to enjoy our vacation guilt-free. Needless to say, Annabelle and Ben will be our go to”

“Armando was very quick to respond and did a great job with our puppy Haku! We could tell Haku had a great time and was very calm and comfortable in Armando’s presence. Armando’s yard is also very well kept and spacious. We will definitely book again!”

“We boarded our 5-month-old puppy with Mariia for a day, and she was wonderful. She was caring, attentive, and kept us updated. Our pup felt safe, happy, and well taken care of. We’d gladly recommend Mariia to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving dog sitter!”

“Rachel and Preston were amazing dog sitters! They texted me daily updates, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. During the stay, my one-year-old dog and their dog became best friends, and it was clear my dog was having the best time and receiving lots of love and attention. I feel so lucky to have found the best care for my dog, and I will definitely use their services again!”

“Monica and Larry have a good thing going. He likes her she likes him and I rest easy knowing he’s in great care with her! This is our second sitting with Monica using Rover and she makes drop offs and pic ups as easy as can be and she’s so communicative, and I get several pictures and updates through the day, that I don’t ever have to worry one bit about him. I’m super grateful for Monica! She’s 100% my go to when I travel to non pet friendly places.”

“Dana is the best . I was denied boarding at the airport with my dog, and I was heartbroken. I had prepared all the documents, but they said they needed to make a phone call to verify them. We waited at the gate until the plane finally took off without us. I felt so helpless and walked out of the airport in tears. Then I thought of Dana and texted her right away. She immediately agreed to take care of Malibu. While I was in Hawaii, she sent me daily messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. I’m truly grateful to her. When I saw Malibu again, He was so happy to see me. That moment meant everything.”

“Great experience. Great place. My dog seemed happy and playful after leaving there. I am sure he had a good time. I received pictures throughout the day of him and what he was doing.”

“My dog is doing a long stay starting next week with Renata and her family and couldn’t be happier that we found her. We did a little test run for a few hours today and Sugar did great!”

“I had to take a trip and all my family members were not available. This was my first time using Rover or any other dog-sitting app. I was very fortunate to find someone that I felt very comfortable leaving my older German Shepherd with. Patricia's personal experience with her own pets made me very comfortable in trusting Tyson with Patricia. We met to introduce our dogs and everything from there was smooth sailing. Patricia was fantastic in keeping me up to date with everything and she sent pictures throughout the process. I feel like I now have someone I can count on to care for my dog when I am not available. And that is a great feeling to have!! Patricia is great!”

“Hayley and Arthur are very dedicated, professional and above all, they really love dogs! They understand animals and their needs. They have 2 dogs of their own and they were very attentive to properly introduce them to our pups. Beside having access to a large, safe backyard, our pups were taken for walks and offered plenty of attention. Hayley was so kind to take the time to send us daily updates as well as pictures and videos. It was so obvious that both Vanilla and Riley, our pups, were having a blast in their home! We are grateful to have found them, and we highly recommend their services.❤️”

“Had to travel on short notice and Susan was nice enough to accommodate our little lady, Ellie, over the weekend. Originally recommended by a close friend, we couldn’t be happier with the care and shelter that she provided. Waking up to early morning pictures of a happy girly really made us feel a lot better from miles and miles away. We’re also extremely thankful for her family’s love and affection towards our little doggie. Would 100% contact Susan for any future plans!”
“We are so happy we found Ryan and Abby. They watched our 2 rescue dogs and our puppy is terrified of strangers and sometimes screams. Ryan knew to sit down and let him come to him and fed him treats and before you know it, it was a love fest. I couldn’t believe it. Then he showered us with pics and videos and our pups had so much fun! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our pups! Highly recommend!!!”

“Beray did a wonderful job boarding my dog Mabel. She was very communicative, followed all of my care instructions, updated me with photos often and is very easy to work with. I would definitely have her board my dog again.”

“Maryam was absolutely wonderful with Fiona. She was very accommodating when I needed to change the dates, which I truly appreciated. She also took the time to do a meet and greet beforehand so our dogs could meet, which made me feel even more comfortable. Her dog is very friendly and gets along well with small dogs, and Fiona fit right in. Maryam kept me updated with pictures and clearly took such great care of Fiona. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. I would highly recommend Maryam to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and thoughtful dog sitter. I will definitely be booking with her again.”

“Sanaz took wonderful care of my two cats while I was away for two weeks. She visited every day to feed and check on them, and she consistently sent photos and videos that gave me peace of mind while traveling. About: I've been a cat lover, and caregiver since I was a child. Many years later, I still consider cats one of my favorite animal companions. I also have extensive experience with senior and special needs pets. My own beloved cat Lucy battled kidney disease in her final years, and it was my absolute joy to help her live a long, happy and healthy life, far past her expectancy. I have 20 years experience as a pet caregiver and in those years I've seen it all. So whether your furry best friend needs hand feeding, meds, fluids, or just a good play session and cuddle, I'm here for you and them. I'm also fastidious about keeping litter boxes clean and sanitized to keep toxins away from your pet and out of your home. I look forward to meeting you and your cat soon!

About: As a cat owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone patient, gentle, and trustworthy to care for your babies while you’re away. I have experience caring for cats of all personalities — from social and playful to shy and anxious — and I always move at their comfort level. I’m experienced with feeding, litter box care, administering medication when needed, playtime, cuddles, and creating a calm environment where cats feel safe. After caring for my own pets through medical challenges, I know how important attentiveness and compassion are when it comes to animal care.
“Victoria was fabulous! One of our cats needed to go on medication on short notice before our trip and she handled everything so smoothly! It was such a relief to know they were in good hands.”

About: I've had cats my entire life and I know how to work with them really well. I currently have 3 kitties of my own, all rescues. I have also taught them each some basic tricks, like sit and shake. One is also leashed trained, and all 3 kitties travel with me regularly as well. One of my past kitties was diabetic, so I have experience giving medications. One of my current kitties, Oreo, is a senior cat with kidney disease, so I also have experience with prescription foods and having to do lots of litter box cleanings as well.

I’ve also helped care for pets of family and friends, and I always do my best to make them feel loved while their owners are away. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate time to pet care during the mornings and some afternoons or evenings. I enjoy being active, so going on walks or playing with dogs fits perfectly into my daily routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to follow all instructions closely to keep their routine as normal and comforting as possible. I give them fresh water, food, walks, and lots of attention — always with love and patience. I respect the client’s home as if it were my own, and I keep everything clean and organized. I also take time to connect with the pet, understand their behavior, and make them feel safe while their owner is away. I truly believe animals feel our energy, so I always bring calm, kindness, and warmth to their space. I care for them like I would want someone to care for my own dog.

I needed someone to help me with walking Luna while I was at work and despite her being a handful, he was incredibly kind, patient, and undaunted by the task. I highly recommend him if you ever need someone to care for your fur babies.”

About: I’ve cared for animals my entire life and truly treat every pet like family. I have experience with both cats and dogs of all sizes, including senior pets and pets with medical needs. After caring for my own dog through health challenges, I understand how important patience, attentiveness, and comfort are when trusting someone with your fur baby. Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine since I have cats of my own and genuinely enjoy caring for animals. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to give pets the time, attention, walks, playtime, feeding, medication, cuddles, and consistency they need to feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, so I always try to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. About: Hi, I'm Pam and I'd love to meet your furry family member! I've worked with animals my whole life. I've been arounds dogs of all sizes and breeds, cats, birds, fish and even reptiles and have pet sat for friends and family for many years. I used to do volunteer animal photography for a local rescue. I had to get to know all the animals I was doing photos of and would help walk them occasionally to get to photo sites. In rescues, animals can be under a lot of stress and have a lot of stimulation. I learned how to read their temperaments so that I knew the best way to handle them in order to keep them and myself safe and everyone happy. I still do photography, especially of animals. So you can expect some fun pictures every time =) I currently work from home, so I can usually fit in pet care through out the day. Let me know what kind of schedule you need! “Absolutely amazing! Darby is so nice and pleasant to talk to. And she treats my two doggos even better than I imagined. I love the amount of communication about how the walks went and how the dogs are behaving while I'm out and about. My two rascals absolutely love her. As a first time user of the app I was concerned about trying this out but I have no regrets and I recommend it to others now. I can relax knowing that Darby is taking care of the kiddos.”

About: Every pet is taken care of to their specific personality, preferences, and needs. Building their trust and happiness at their pace for creating fun memories together! I’m available for pack hikes, walks, and drop in pet sitting. Morning pick ups and drop offs about 2-3 hours total depending on hike and routes for all other dogs in the group. Pack hikes for new dogs are at a slow and welcoming pace! Instead of just putting random dogs together, I set them up with other dogs who I know love making new friends and can match their pace so they get the routine down and feel comfortable with the process. Then we build up from there so they are excited and expecting their daily hike outdoors with their dog friends!

“We always love leaving Lusi with Stanislava and Mario; they take such good care of our girl, we never have to worry about how she’s doing while we’re gone. Stanislava sends plenty of cute pictures of our baby and we always feel confident she’s in great hands.”

“This family is great! The price is affordable and they live in a cute, friendly home that was perfect for my pup over Thanksgiving. They sent photos as much as I wanted, they allowed me to come a little bit later for pick up because my flights were delayed, and my pup came back to me tired and happy. I would definitely recommend and I will be using them again! Thank you!”

“Tate would be lucky to get to stay with Candy and her Vizsla again. Candy is very knowledgeable about dogs and their habits. Her calendar fills up quickly so book ahead!”

“My dog Charlie had an absolute blast here, and will definitely be returning in the future anytime I need someone dependable to leave him with! He stayed for a few days, more than enough to gauge his comfort and enjoyment. It’s hard to find a new dog sitter when you move to a new town, I’m so glad we hit it out of the park on the first try. 😊”

“We are so lucky to have found them! Our pup has so much fun every time he stays. When we drop him off, he is pulling to get inside and we can tell he enjoys it. They take fantastic care of all their dogs. Thank you!!”

“Love the attention Phil and Lauren gave Bailey. Taking her for walks, giving her treats and scratching her butt like she enjoys. They treated her like she was part of their family. Texting me photos of her off and on during her stay which made me feel comfortable. I will definitely use them again.”

“From the minute we dropped her off, I knew we picked the right sitter for our girl. Frank and his family brought her out of her shell and welcomed her as if she was their own. Beautiful yard to play in, daily walks, and couch snuggles. What more could you ask for?”

About: I grew up with dogs in my household since i was 6 years old, as one of them got older they became a diabetic so I learned how to give insulin shots twice a day. I also helped run my aunt's in house pet sitting and walking service growing up back in high school for several years. Some of them needed meds with their food (dogs and cats) so I have experience in that as well. My schedule is very very flexible so please just shoot me a message and we can discuss details! For daily, weekly, monthly, etc. thank you! Checking up on them here and there, giving them tons of love and play time! Making sure they're fed on time, always have water, frequent walks
