About: I am the kind of person who'll always find a pet to pet or coo over no matter where I am; I always volunteer to watch my friends' animal friends when they can't because they're so freakin' cute. Throughout my life I or my family have had some pets, from hamsters to cats to dogs (and big ones!), so I know how to treat animals well and how to care for them. I love taking dogs to the park and run with them, play, and give them treats, but I'm careful not to spoil them too much no matter how much I want to. I know when they need to get their energy out and when to chill, when to give them personal attention and if they need a firm (but appropriate!) discipline. It will be a mutual love at first sight ! :D I freelance and have a flexible schedule. I don't always know which days but I usually will be able to tell at min 1-2 days in advance. I'm also generally available weekends. I cater to each dog. I have the friendliest dog of my own to hang with yours so I'm well versed in dog care. We love walks and hikes and hangs, either at home or backyard or beach! If a crate is required that's not a problem. I like to casually supervise them while letting them play and run around if close supervision isn't necessary.

“I could tell from day 1 that our senior cat Mingus was in great hands with Corrina! She sent updates and pics, was flexible with our needs, and the house was immaculate when we returned. We were able to truly relax on our trip knowing she was playing with him, giving him treats, and giving him lots of affection (he's a very needy cat!). She even added some extra ice to his water during a heat wave! Corrina seems to have a natural way with animals because Mingus is usually quite shy with strangers, but he warmed up to her immediately. I'm so happy we found Corrina, and I'm about to book her again. :)”

About: I rescued my cat when she was 3 months old from the shelter and I had her until she passed at 18 years old from cancer, her name was Vixen. She was diabetic so I have experience with insulin injections and senior cat needs. I have also done a ton of rescue work with cats; rescuing them from the euthanasia list from the high kill shelters, caring for them and their medical needs, because they always had medical issues, as well as caring and fostering them until they were adopted. The most cats or kittens I had at one time was 6🤣. Your cat or cats are safe with me! We love being outside and know dogs do too. We have dog sat our friends, neighbors, and family dogs often and I am available all day and flexible. About: I've taken care of people's pets since I was in high school. We recently lost our dog, so we miss having an animal around and would love to care for your pet as if they were our own. Before them, I rescued a kitten from a shelter who lived to be 18 years old. She had diabetes, so I administered her insulin injections twice a day, every day, for years. . Today, Chance has Addison's disease and corneal edema, so I'm very experienced with administering oral medications, injections, eye drops, and eye ointments (all things he needs now! ❤️). I understand how important it is to follow medication schedules and provide calm, attentive care, especially for pets with medical needs. . I grew up with Dobermans and German Shepherds, which gave me a lot of senior dog experience as I cared for them as they grew old. I have hands-on experience with reactive dogs, including redirecting behaviors, reading body language, and reinforcing basic training. Because one of my own dogs is reactive, I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and respecting each pet's comfort level. I worked with multiple rescues, fostering dogs and cats (a lot of cats). I would rescue them from the euthanasia list at the high-kill shelters, administer meds, as they were always sick, care and foster them until they found their forever home. I also used to manage a doggy day care. . I am a working professional & work remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to devote to the pets in my care. About: I am the kind of person who'll always find a pet to pet or coo over no matter where I am; I always volunteer to watch my friends' animal friends when they can't because they're so freakin' cute. Throughout my life I or my family have had some pets, from hamsters to cats to dogs (and big ones!), so I know how to treat animals well and how to care for them. I love taking dogs to the park and run with them, play, and give them treats, but I'm careful not to spoil them too much no matter how much I want to. I know when they need to get their energy out and when to chill, when to give them personal attention and if they need a firm (but appropriate!) discipline. It will be a mutual love at first sight ! :D I freelance and have a flexible schedule. I don't always know which days but I usually will be able to tell at min 1-2 days in advance. I'm also generally available weekends. I cater to each dog. I have the friendliest dog of my own to hang with yours so I'm well versed in dog care. We love walks and hikes and hangs, either at home or backyard or beach! If a crate is required that's not a problem. I like to casually supervise them while letting them play and run around if close supervision isn't necessary.
