“So glad Teeda was available for our 5 day stay in a non- dog house in Tahoe. She is such a great person and did a great job with my big 40lb puppy. In fact, when we took our pup for one of the days in the middle of her stay and then brought her back in the evening, our pup was excited and so willing to go back w Teeda and went right into her car! Teeda's house is dog paradise and you can tell she is such a dog lover. She is kind, funny and down to earth. As a first time puppy mommy it meant the world to me that Teeda sent lots of pictures and texts. I had such confidence that my baby was being well taken care of. Teeda was also flexible and caring, understanding that our schedule was a little up in the air. She is the equivalent of Mary Poppins for dogs- she was like the magic solution to all of my worries last week.”

I have been a tahoe dog mom myself and understand how healthy, active, or spoiled they can be. About: Been around dogs my whole life. Fast forward to when I went off to college, since 2014 I’ve been dog sitting whether it’s daily walks or overnight stays with all types of dogs. Through my own dog’s experience , I’ve cultivated a caring, dependable, attentive way with animals that my friends have put full trust in and know their pets are taken care of worry free when they’re with me. Fortunately, My work allows for me to lots of free time throughout the week so that I’m able care for fur babies all day. About: I've owned Australian Cattle Dogs (red/blue heelers) my entire life. My beloved most recent 12 year old Red Heeler named Austin passed away last summer. I now travel too much for work to consider getting another pet myself, but would love to borrow some to get my four legged furry fix. I am self employed professional photographer with a flexible weekly schedule and I work from home, except when I am out photographing clients. I would love to be a trusted fill-in for your standards of interaction with your pal if our schedules align. Please note that I am NOT a good fit for pandemic animals that cannot be left unattended or have separation anxiety. If your dog cannot be left alone for a few hours at a time you'll need to look elsewhere. I have a fenced yard and a dog door for access. I would prefer to care for dogs in my home but open to house sitting also.
“Tim T. is amazing! He got us out of a real bind. We were away from home for a wedding. We found out the day before the wedding that we could not leave our dogs in our hotel room. By some miracle, Tim happened to be available with less than a day notice. He picked up our dogs at the hotel. Usually one of our dogs takes a while to warm up to new people. We were nervous but Tim is some sort of dog whisperer! In no time at all, the dogs were in his car and off for a day of fun. They spent the day taking a drive, then a hike, and then relaxing in the lap of luxury at Tim's house. We got photos throughout the day and it was obvious that Tim was the dogs' new favorite person. We were able to enjoy the wedding stress free. Tim returned the dogs to us late at night. It couldn't have been easier. Our only regret is that we live too far away to make Tim our regular sitter. If he's available, don't hesitate! We'd give Tim more stars if we could!”

About: I absolutely love dogs and cats and have over 13 years of experience with my own dog as well as taking care of family and friends pets! I have lived with and worked on training with a number of dogs and cats and feel very confident in my abilities with all animals. I have a very flexible schedule, allowing me to prioritize house and pet sitting. I currently work remotely so I am able to accept same day bookings depending on my schedule - but this allows me to make a schedule change very easily! I respect and love each pet as if it were my own. I know routines and expectations are very important to animals, so being able to accommodate to their routine is very important, as well as being able to read their body language and respect their needs.
